The Jeweled Turret Inn ranks in the top tier of bed and breakfasts. This was our first trip to Maine, so we chose Belfast as one of our destinations. The Inn is located a short walk from the harbor and downtown. It is in a wonderfully maintained historic home, beautifully appointed and immaculate. Coffee on the veranda was delightful and the breakfast delicious. If you need a place to stay in the Belfast area, you can't go wrong with this one. It's also a reasonable drive from Bath, Freeport and Portland for day trips. Highly recommend!

The Jeweled Turret Inn is a beautiful, historic property. The Inn is beautifully decorated with charming antiques and period pieces. It is extremely comfortable and impeccably clean. The innkeepers Cathy and Carl are extremely kind and hospitable. The breakfast provided is fantastic!

The owners have done a wonderful job restoring this beautiful Victorian mansion. Antiques in the common areas, two lovely verandas for sitting overlooking beautiful grounds. Our room was very small, but the only one available when I booked, comfortable bed. Bathroom was completely renovated, pretty, and very well arranged. Would love to stay again, maybe in a larger room. The breakfast was outstanding, excellent blueberry muffins, Dutch pancake, large selection of fresh fruit. Host/owners are very nice.

The husband Carl was very personable but his wife Cathy was not & as she was the cook - the breakfast was very disappointing, ie, the first day coffee was weak, fruit was fresh & tasty - but 1/2 a waffle with a dollop of whipped cream & 1/2 strawberry was not acceptable for a New Enland breakfast! The coffee again weak the second day the fruit was the same but a cup cake size of a quiche w/ vermicelli & no meat either day was not exceptible at a rate of $250/day!! The bed was very soft and not comfortable for a good night's sleep!!

A true Victorian gem, lovingly restored and maintained by the host couple. Quiet and comfortable, and of course, delicious breakfasts! The locale is an arts community with an active shipyard and walkable harborfront. A perfect getaway!

The feel of this house is antique and charming. The owners have thought of everything, from bathrobes, to a 24/7 hot tea station, to a 4-course breakfast. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was large (complete with a clawfoot bathtub). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We loved the stay we had with Carl and Cathy. They were both wonderful and the place was an awesome sight to behold. The breakfasts were very very good as well. We also got to meet their dogs, who treated us great as well.

Oh my goodness, what an adorable place! Stayed two nights in this lovely little B&B! Hosts were friendly and helpful, breakfasts were wonderful, and location was perfect. Walk to the little town or to the waterfront for some shopping or dining. The home is decorated perfectly. A few things to take note of: the fireplace is not a working one, our bathroom while private was down the hall, and no television in the room. We didn't mind this, but some may.

Cathy and Carl have a beautiful restored Victorian house. It is very clean, with beautiful grounds and a gourmet breakfast every morning. A great place to stay when visiting Belfast.

This is a charming and lovingly kept property dating from 1898. The owner is personable and helpful and serves a delicious breakfast. The inn is just three blocks from Belfast’s downtown and port making for an easy walk.

Amazing stay, the inn is very cozy and quaint. Great location, only 8 minutes walk away from the main restaurants and shops. Cathy is such an amazing cook, our breakfasts were always made with care and precision.
