The hotel staff was great. The room was ok. It was missing the on/off button for the main light. A baseboard was missing. The plugs In the bathroom did not work.

It’s right next to a gas station + multiple vet places. There’s also an in n out close by! Loved our stay, the reception people were nice and the breakfast was good. My only complaint was there was 3 tiny roaches in our bathroom. But we only discovered in the middle of the night and didn’t want to bother. The rest of the room was clean (we checked) and the bed was soooo comfy.

Everything about the hotel was lovely - super clean, comfortable bed, wonderful staff, great spa level shower and bath products…as of this review they STILL haven’t released the $100 hotel deposit from my credit card. It’s over two weeks at this point. I wasn’t allowed to wait two weeks to pay for the room, I was charged immediately so I know they have the capacity for better accounting. Once the staff confirmed the room wasn’t damaged when we checked out the money should have been put back on our credit card. We have to travel again for medical care and I couldn’t book the same hotel just because of their ridiculous credit card hold policy. Everything is digital and instant as of 2024 so there is zero reason for this kind of accounting.

The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable and pillows were amazing. They had a decent breakfast but they cut off the pancake maker and coffee machine at 9:45 when breakfast was until 10am. Front desk staff was very nice.

I don’t appreciate the $💴 hundred dollar secured deposit for incidentals if u want to take the hundred dollars fine///however it should be refunded back to the person the same day that the guest leaves the guest should not have to wait 5 to 7 business days to get their money back…… I checked out on July 29 and I still do not have my hundred dollars back to my card….. That is not my bank fault that is your fault. That is the company’s fault…… Because you are still holding it

Great facility. My only negative is staff/policy. I was there for my daughter’s softball tournament. She played an early game the morning of checkout and we were back to the room by 9:45. She asked the front desk for a towel so she could shower before we departed (dad and I were fully packed up), and they told her no because we were checking out that day. Terrible service!

Not enough towels was provided daily, i had to go down almost daily to get extra. Room was not serviced daily, was told it was customary. Breakfast was pretty good, my grands enjoyed it but was told during one of the mornings that breakfast was closed, while it clearly was not. Overall i give my stay a 7/10. All front desk employees was nice and attentive.

It’s a place to sleep. Found cheetos that weren’t ours in the room, so room wasn’t vacuumed. The window was open on the 2nd floor with no screen guard so luckily I caught it before my toddler went over to it. I think the window was open because the room was musty and the ac wasn’t working. Absolutely ridiculous

The room didn't seems as tidy as my last visit. I woke up for church Sunday morning on my way out I seen the maids in the hallway. And out of curtasy I notified them that my room was empty. She asked what room I was in I told her. When I got back later in the afternoon the room was still not serviced the lady had gone down the hallway and missed my room. I asked her for my bedsheets and towels so that I can just do it myself. She didn't have the bed size because she never had my room on the list until another lady pointed it out to her on her list. It was okay I guess I made it work. Maybe I'll try the Moreno valley one next time.
