The hotel sent me a connection to an App that they have for its guests to book in because of new "contactless" service. I am bad at digital things. I could not figure it out so I never checked in and missed my booking. I wish they would have let me know before or I would not have booked with them. Peter Gizzi

The hotel is in a great area of downtown. The history of the hotel makes it even better. Best looking breakfast room ive been in at a Hampton Inn. Room was great...clean and comfortable!

If you want to be right downtown, this is the right place. The hotel is very clean and the staff is good, with a good breakfast. There is a free shuttle van too. But the rooms are small with no refrigerator. The price seems high for the size of the rooms.

Honestly the policy of not cleaning the rooms on a daily basis was unacceptable. The housekeeping service was sure to keep a card in our room to ask for a tip however they merely brought us towels and never made the bed or cleans the mirror in our room which after several days had toothpaste stains. Also we found dirty rags and Windex in the elevator and outside of the elevator. This area is so prominent that's the only reason we would consider coming back but this hotel needs a major update

Four of us. The room was exceptionally quiet, the staff were friendly and informative, super close to the river walk, and the breakfast had a great variety of choices, even almond milk! Only 2 things I wish were in the room: a small refrigerator (we had dinner leftovers, and wanted our water bottles & fruits cold), and a thicker blanket for the sofa bed. That's it! Thank you.

My daughter and I stayed at this property while visiting a nearby university. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Our room was quiet and clean. They have a shuttle service that is incredibly convenient. We stay at many hotels throughout the year for our kids youth sports, and this one was definitely one of the best,

The entrance is very small; the room is small and the carpet fells old and sticky. The light switch in the bathroom is hard to operate. Very annoying

Another couple we were traveling with had a superior room even though we paid more and booked the room earlier. Small corner room — which should be at a cheaper rate. (No couch or sitting area like other rooms.) Out of shampoo and conditioner. Had to ask twice. The hotel has a great location and staff was polite.

Staff was great from start to end. However, upon entering the room there was a strong smell of mold. I'm not sure if it was the carpet or the chairs. This hotel is also listed with free parking on booking page but when I received the confirmation from the hotel the only option given was valet parking. When checking in they also charge you a $50 fee which they tell you they would return when you check out but never did. Instead they tell you $36 goes to the valet parking and that the remainder will be returned to you in few business days. They also need to place hot signs maybe in different languages on/next to/or above the heated appliances that are used in the breakfast area to prevent burn accidents

Located in downtown Providence, it was easy to find the property - thanks also to Google Maps. I am thankful to Tayla and Donelle at the front desk for switching us out of a 2 Queen bed room to a suite - all becos Expedia thinks we have a small child even tho at the booking stage, we indicated we have 4 adults and a 17-year old child! Come on Expedia...wake up and pull up your socks! The switched out room was bigger and we enjoyed the stay very much. Valet was very nice as well. Breakfast was fantastic!

The location is great. Only stayed one night. The ac wasn’t working but was fine after opening the windows. I should have said something when I checked in.

The hotel was okay, but the room was sub-par, and the window looked right into a parking garage. It was convenient enough for our visit to Brown, and we found reasonably priced parking about a 15 minute walk from the hotel.
