Nice quick stay!

Would be nice if there was a continental breakfast at the hotel.

There was food in the floor in our room that had not been cleaned up since the previous stay (or possibly before that). Check-in was a whole situation as they kept saying something was wrong with my reservation from using a third party to book it. I could tell the hotel manager was aggravated and whether he was trying to or not, it still felt directed at me. He finally gave up and just gave us the room key. The whole experience just wasn’t the best.

Really nice property, the only thing l thought was not good was it took 5 minutes to get any service as there was no one at the desk to service us. After that wait a gentleman comes around corner to check us in.?? Any other hotel l have stayed at there is always a person to greet and check you in.

The bed was a little hard but overall great.

This site is always a solid selection. There are a lot of benefits in the immdiate area (Stores, Restaurants). It has easy access to I-75. Due to the holiday the onsite restaurant wasn't available, but that was ok.

The hotel and room were very good. The breakfast was not very good, and thus overpriced. My check in experience was a bit odd. She was nice, but didn’t really explain the amenities or services available. I had to ask as I’d never stayed there before.

Nice, clean hotel. Staff was very pleasant. Only negative is that the pillows on the bed were very flat.

Carpets needs to be changed and mold in bathrooms walls

They stay was great it was almost at capacity but the service was still wonderful.

The bathroom had hairballs in it, some unknown reddish orange substance on the walls. The mirror in the room had some stream of substance down it and was dirty. I try not to complain but this was gross

I really like the convenience of the parking and a distance of the rooms from the front desk

Lady who checked us in had no clue how to find our reservation…this was annoying! She wasted so much of our time! She finally figured it out, didn’t apologize, gave us 2 keys that didn’t work had to go back to her! Just terrible!!! The Property is very well maintain!

We were there early and were able to check in early with no issues! super friendly and helpful staff!

The first room had some hair on bed and nightstand. We were given a new and cleaner room immediately!

Great place and location.

The hotel was clean. I did not realize they charge you to park in their outside parking lot. $3.87 tax per day. You did not get free anything at this hotel. We could have stayed at a nicer place where parking is free, and you get a free breakfast. Hotel staff running around the hotel in their bikinis at night.

No free breakfast room was over priced

King room with sofa was outstanding. Nice clean, well-maintained property. Convenient to shopping and food services

That mattress pillows and bedding do not compare to Hampton Inn

Lobby and staff A Room left a lot to be desired. Had the 1 bedroom king suite. Furniture was dirty, a/c in the bedroom was not working, TV in the living room area did not work properly. No such thing as "free breakfast" as advertised.

The lobby is clean, spacious and aesthetically appealing. My husband and I ate our dinner in the lobby and afterwards we relaxed in these amazingly comfortable lounge chairs near the television. I would suggest turning off the speakers above these chairs though because we couldnt hear the television over the music. The exercise room was clean and adequate except for the odd placement of the TV to the right of the machines instead of straight ahead. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful with helping our kids hook up their Nintendo Switch and letting us into the exercise room which was not supposed to be locked. The room was clean and comfortable; however, there were only 3 pillows per bed and the night clerk said there weren't extras. It was overall a very nice and quiet stay, but I would just add that I can see hot breakfast items as being made to order and pay restaurant style; whereas there should be at least some fruit, yogurt and other cold items as complimentary. Lastly, we loved the noon checkout instead of 11:00🙂

Modern upgrades. Very comfortable bed. No free breakfast bar and not enough coffee in the room. I couldn’t find a hair dryer and called the desk, he told me where it was normally kept and I couldn’t locate it. He came promptly with a new one. Later I found it. Overall very happy with our stay.
