I stayed here for two nights with my 16yo niece. We had a nice time - the location is good and the conditions of the building was overall good.
The only less good thing was the lack of wifi connection in our room and an aircondition that was difficult to regulate.

We stayed at room 309, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great, the location is good, very quiet and safe; however we found 2 cockroaches in our bedroom, and another thing that I want to mention is that the bathroom is too small, when you use the toilet you barely fit. But in general Ok.

The hotel is very primitive. The room are clean but very dark. The staff very authoritarian and not friendly at all. The swimming pool is nice. AVOID it !

The room was very sparce. Small room, beds, 1 small end table, sm refrig, small table. Only 1 waste basket in room for bathrm which you need bc you cannot put toilet paper in toilet. Beds only had sheets, no blanket. I had to beg and plead to get a blanket, extra pillow, toilet paper etc etc. They fight you when you ask for supplies! Front desk staff was never very friendly or accomadating to guests. I saw them give other guests just as hard time as we got. They insist you wear hotel these bracelets to recognize you coming and going. I would not wear it as i felt i was a walking target out on the streets. Front desk do not provide any tourist information for guests...i was constantly told to look it up myself! Very little parking available at hotel for cars. We were told if we left after 5:30 - 6pm we would not be let back into parking lot. Tgey do offer free breakfast which were good, however, you have 2 choices only every day. Got old very quick for us. Dining staff were lovely though. Saving grace for us was the nice rooftop pool which we used daily. Inexpensive hotel, but lacks amenities, toiletries, and quality service. It is also located on a super busy road so car travel was a pain coming and going. Near plenty of great restaurants and mini markets in town. Also quite close to Marina and local parks. Having a car is a must!

Hotel has a lot of room for improvement in need of remodeling. Surprised that there was no phone to contact front office, no blankets, and parking was horrible (only had 5-6 spots and others would have to park in a lot down the street; almost got hit by a tourist bus that also parked there for the night since it was a dimly lit lot. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Only positive I can think of was the top level floor pool area which was a nice area to relax.

Did not feel safe, if you are not a local they are rude and will try to over charge you for things included.

We had a very basic room at Le Priss Inn. It was a very large room, with a fridge, air condition and fan. The air conditioner worked well. The shower was good, once we modified the setting on the shower head to provide hot water. The room was very, very plain otherwise. No decorations at all. WiFi did not work at all from the room. You had to go to the reception. When we checked in the lady was very helpful, spoke English well and gave us good directions to the bus to Manuel Antonio Park. They do make you where a bracelet for the duration of your stay. A little annoying to be sleeping and showering with it. The parking and the hotel is well secured, with a guard all night. The pool area is small (much smaller than the picture makes it look), but very nice and clean. The hotel is downtown Quepos, which is not the prettiest of towns, but has all the necessities.

Location is decent, half a block from the grocery store and 4-5 blocks from the bus station. This property is very overpriced for the poor condition of the rooms and pool area. Everything is run down. No blankets in the rooms. Wouldn't pay more than $50/night for this place at most. One can do much better in the area.

Perfect comfortable stay with great staff. Very reasonable. Nice pool. Sofa Sanchez just down the street. Very safe for single travelers. Booked hotel on the way to Zancudo and returned to the same hotel on my way back to San Jose

Great place to chill if you need to stay in the town of Quepos - beautiful rooftop pool with great sunsets.

Nice 3 star hotel, close to everything, could be better if it had a restaurant.Needs better wifi. Are room was far from the wifi router.

Nice room and people. The WiFi was horrible. Had to sit in the reception office just to check my emails. It sits on a busy intersection and can get quite loud. Overall a good value but with the two limitations above.

We did not enjoy our stay here and left 2 days early. It is in the city which means you have city noise and stress. The room was cramped, had no hand towels, no shampoo/conditioner, no safe, minimal lights, and no blankets. The hotel desk staff were not overly helpful or welcoming. If you're going to be this close to the beach, you might as well stay in a more tropical locationl

Room was clean and spacious, had a fridge, ac worked great and pool was awesome. I have been in Costa Rica for 3 months and this was by far the oddest toilet. It made gurgling noises all night and even flushing urine only with no paper, it didn't really flush away, so you can imagine the other. The thing that really angered my husband was, we were told at check-in to come down to the lobby for our breakfast vouchers, so we did and different desk attendant said we didn't get free breakfast. I purposely book hotels that have breakfast,as my husband gets "Hangry" So the second am when checking out the attendant from check-in was there and I mentioned the no breakfast 1st am and he said Yes you DO get breakfast and gave us our voucher for that day at least. So over all great hotel, but one guy messed up and cost us money we had not budgeted for to feed and family of 4 breakfast one morning!

I was looking for a place to stay at the last minutes to Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica. I like staying in Quepos for the reason that there are many different restaurants in walking distance. Le Priss Inn was a little outside from the downtown (at night), but taxis are always available. The hotel staffs were great, friendly and helpful when I need direction. The room was fairly clean and the swimming pool up on the rooftop was clean and nice, but not really can swim other than for cooling off and enjoy rooftop gathering by pool side. Beds are comfortable, clean bathroom etc.. I would stay again for the price. Since we were coming to hotel at midnight, there was always a staff opening gates so I know the car was at safe parking lot.

It's a nice looking hotel and, I believe, it had a great past. I didn't have Internet connection in my room. To use my laptop, I had to go to another building where the reception desk was. On the second night, there was no water in the room. I didn't want to take chances and moved to another hotel. By the way, the staff was very nice.

Hotel Me Priss is nested in an great little corner of Quepos. Really close to a MegaSuper market that is convenient also. Hotel staff was friendly and the rooms were pretty well maintained. There is also a pool on the roof which has a decent view. Overall I would say it is a great bang for your buck hotel. Would stay there again

More emphasis on customer service when you arrive. We had to wait for our room to be ready because our reservation was lost. Luckily we had a copy of our confirmed reservation. They used that to supply us with a room. The room was clean and adequate, but not enough light to read by. They did store our luggage for us as we were up early for a birdwatching tour and wouldn't be back for check-out time. That was nice. We realized the pool was on the roof above our room. A little unsettling due to potential for earthquakes. One night was about all I would suggest. They provided secure parking.

We decided to stay in town overnight after visiting Manuel Antonio. This hotel was a great find. The pool area is beautiful.

Do not stay here...no hot water in the shower and the jacuzzi at the top of the building never heated up. There are no closets at all. A/C was iffy at best.

We stayed at the Le Priss in March 2010. Good budget hotel, nice pool and very helpful staff. It is in the village of Quepos, just on the outskirts of Manuel Antonio. We enjoyed our stay since we mingled with the locals and we liked their way of living...laid back and happy..infact we intend to purchase a property nearby.
