Our hotel room was clean and comfy. Pool was not quite as warm as we like, but it was great for the kids to play and get our some energy! The breakfast was great with waffles, eggs, sausage, and all the regular offerings. Thank you!

Room smelled of urine. Chair with desk was tapped on arms and did not fit properly with desk. Chair and footstool were dirty and musty.

Truck driver on days off. It sounds a little corny … I love peace and quiet on my days off and as I don’t have a car ; shopping centers are a short walk away. I leave the rig at a truckstop and taxis to home away from home.❤️👍👍👍👍👍

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY DISSAPOINTED. Every door in their hotel SLAMS shut every time someone goes in and out and they just don't give a care in the world if their "guests" don't get a good nights sleep. Isn't that what a hotel is supposed to be for???

The property was disgusting. My room had stains on everything. The Chair carpet blinds walls. It was disgusting. I complain to the front desk. The guy was nice but management won’t change it. I’ll never stay at a Comfort Inn again

This is somewhat generic hotel. It's hard to say anything really good or bad about it. It's clean enough, comfortable and perfectly acceptable for a night or two. It sits near a lot of other hotels just off the highway, near a grocery store and Walmart, so supplies aren't an issue.

Leftover food in the fridge. Spills in the microwave. Shirt in the closet. Made us wonder what else was overlooked. Also, a lot of the TV stations were not available. We were looking forward to watching the US Open but that didn’t happen. Typically our stays at Comforts have been pleasant but this was a disappointment.

Everything was fine except for the drumming of electrical equipment 24/7 bolted to the wall outside the window, and the whistling water pipes when anyone has a shower, and the noise from the stairs beside the room. Avoid room 203!

The first room we reserved was very dirty. Hair in the tub and on the toilet, stains on the bed sheets and comforter, dust everywhere. We asked for a new room and the second room was a bit cleaner, but had a very musty smell. The shower made a loud, high pitch sound… I thought it was a fire alarm at first. The whole hotel stinks and is in disrepair.

Clean rooms, wonderful staff. Had a room with a pullout couch bed, and when I pulled it out for my kiddos to sleep there was damage rendering it not safe for sleep. I reported it right away to the staff, and the next night was a note that a new couch was ordered and would be delivered with [date]. I was impressed with the speed and focus. Also, amazing breakfast! Banana nut waffles, my kids still talk about them!

Hair in bed and bathtub, cigarette burns on dirty ottoman, dirty chair, frig had dirty drink containers in it, bedding yellowed and stained. Our door did not open with key. We were above pool and our floor and beds vibrated all night.
