Room smelled like cigarette smoking Kenzie to previous customer smoking in a ,”No Smoking” room. Amd shower towels were stained with black spots and shower was dangerously slippery causing difficulty to shower with no hand rails .

I normally enjoy staying at this establishment but this last time there was issues with everything from checkin to almost checkout. Room 219 is NOT one of their better rooms. Not only did the TV screen have color distortion severly, I got bug bites on my neck and arms both nights. Then a group of drunks checked in next door at 3am loud and falling against the walls. As I said get if you get there early for a nice room your good. Always bring your own bedding and towels.

Terribly dirty. Television didn't work. Owner reluctant to provide free Wi-Fi. They did accept only $20 cash for deposit instead of their stated $40, but plenty of places don't charge one at all even when posting "$100 cash deposit required". This small family is doing their best, but they need to improve housekeeping and get their televisions to work.

I had trouble with my key opening up the door and it was extremely hot 99 degrees I had to travel upstairs twice with all my luggage. Overall I had a decent stay no complaints other than the key not working the first time and suspect people hanging around the hotel drug sells possibly.

There was no one in the front office when we were checking in we were standing there for 30min before anyone can to help. There was a fee that wasn't told to Us the people wret rude about it it wasnt a very good stay

Overall, the place was clean. Unfortunately, we had terrible neighbors. They were loud, banging the walls, and shouting. Did not enjoy a good night’s rest.

There are not too many restaurants nearby, property is older could use some updates. Room was clean.

Towel looks unclean and worn! Toilet paper only has 1/4 of volume on it. No soap! Mistitle conditioner bottle with shampoo. No facial tissue! No coffee or tea machine! Ironing table looks worn out! Don't know whether iron actually work or not. The sound proof of room is poor, noise from upstair room and outside was quite annoying. No deadbolt lock! No "Do not disturb" to no need for maid service. Besides agree upon payment through Hotels.com the proprietor asked to put down extra $40 cash as safety deposit???

Room was very dirty and disgusting. Manager on sight was rude and disrespectful. She was just as nasty as the room. Grease, dirt, and bugs all over the room, bed, and restroom. 0 out of 10.

The room seemed Nice Asked for a non-Smoking Room but it smeeled like smoke as soon as we got in. The room seemed clean but there was a stain on one of the sheets and a smudge on the door but other then that the room was great for our need of sleeping

The place here shall I say was utterly disgusting. The shower head almost fell off as I turn in on, water spouting on the outside of the tub. I did call the front office for repair, 20 minutes later the owner came to "fix" it. The room smelled cigarette for a non-smoking room. No I will not recommend this hotel. I could not stay and had to pay for a different hotel.
