Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Their establishment was clean and welcoming and hours the hot pools were open were convenient. I liked the fact they had pools indoors and outdoors and their water alide was fun. I have been recommending this place to friends and family since our stay. It was wonderful!

Overall condition of the hotel looks to have been last updated 20 years ago. The rooms were outdated with water damage visible on the ceiling. The water in the shower felt like it was cutting through your skin and constantly dripped. The restaurant took about 1 hour to get the food after ordering and was not good, they were not busy so no excuse there.
The pools inside and out could use a good cleaning. The water slide and stairwell also need a good cleaning.

The hot springs was wonderful, the room was clean enough, water was hot, the balcony was wonderful, surrounding landscape was gorgous, lots to see if you want to walk around the area and the staff was nice.
The beds sunk into the middle, the room had NO sound control (which made sleeping difficult), the coffee pods were hidden in the desk (which was odd) and the chair on the balcony were not comfortable to sit it, food prices were very high and not very good.
Overall it was a good stay, but not worth the cost. I would do a day trip for sure, but not stay overnight. The hotel and area have HUGE potential, but they need to raise the standards to the cost.

We did not have hot water to shower. And at 6am an alarm went off for over an hour in a neighboring room. Rooms are not very sound proof. This was suppose a relaxing trip for our family.

Stayed two nights and it was fabulous. We went on the off season so it was quiet. Rooms were cozy and clean, staff was friendly and the pool was awesome. Took a short drive to Philipsburg for a day trip and back to the resort for swimming. Perfect little get away. The restaurant in the resort was very pricey but the food was good.

Your staff was so polite and helpful. The service in the pool bar and the restaurant for breakfast were the absolute best!

The rooms are small but quite comfortable. We enjoyed sitting outside on the grass for morning coffee & evening beverages. The pools are the main attraction, & rightfully so. They are wonderful! The staff is exceptional, very friendly & helpful. Only negative was all the construction

Definitely will come back, it was nice and quiet. Rooms are decent, could be slightly cleaner. But it will not stop me from going back.

It was good getting checked in, we had booked two rooms. Alot of people hanging out making noises in the night. Price was cheaper direct booking at motel, than throughhotel.com. overall it was ok for one night stay.

Your cafe is not good. Had a ceasar salad and for an expensive hotel it was awful. The lettuce was brown and most unattractive salad a person could possibly come up with. We went elsewhere for food after that. Went to a place in town and had a ceasar and it was excellent told them they needed to teach your chef how to prepare a salad so you wanted to eat it.

This hotel is poorly maintained and VERY short-staffed.

The room had dirty towels in the bathroom, the heat/AC didn’t work, and we didn’t have any hot water to take a shower. The maintenance guy couldn’t fix any of the issues so they moved us to a different room that had the exact same issues. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

We got an affordable last minute rate and enjoyed our stay immensely, with the exception of the restaurant, where the staff remains inattentive and aloof

The pools are great. The room was clean and comfortable except for the smell of smoke in a non smoking room.

We had a great stay, other then a uncomfortable bed it was wonderful. clean room, the only down side was we should have booked with Fairmont, they were giving a third night free, we were not eligible since we booked on this site.

We have been staying at Fairmont Hot Springs for over 30 years. There have been many good improvements made over the years. It is a great family destination for all ages. We spent most of our time in the pools. We were disappointed that all the poke were not open all the time. Two of the days the indoor pools were closed due to staffing issues. That is an excuse that hotels have been allowed to use since COVID. I don't think it is a valid reason. Also the pools use to be open 24 hours a day to guests, now it closes at 10pm. That being said we would definitely stay again. The hotel staff was very helpful and incredibly nice.

We stayed here in 2019 and it was very good and the restaurants were EXCELLENT in both service and quality of the food with a Manager who clearly knew fine restaurant business practices. That has all changed extremely negatively and it is going downhill with dirty rooms, bad dinner service in restaurant and bad food. My French Dip was greasy and had a extremely bitter aftertaste and our server (a young gentleman with tattoo's who never smiled) acted like he could care less and took no action other than to say he talked to the cook: no offer to replace it or do ANYTHING about it. Breakfast was mediocre (although at least the bacon was crispy) but the the server was very nice. This place is now going downhill fast and they have apparently engaged in the "death spiral" of cost cutting to squeeze more profit. Beware "good reviews" by wannabe poser "pseudo elites" who like to say how long they have been coming there. We will never come back.
