We found the bed uncomfortable. The linen where loaded in detergent smell. And no hot water our first day, and no one on the desk to tell. The stair way is horrible cheap laminate flooring which is noisey. Attention to details please. It’s a great location with tons of potential.

Location was the best. Heritage hotel, rooms a little time-worn, but clean and great for a stay in Trogir. Would stay again.

The hotel is somewhat dated and could use a renovation. The location is great as it's at a strip with bars and restaurants that make the area very lively at night. Walkable distance to the main tourist attractions of Trogir. Breakfast was underwhelming with a set (a la carte) portion that left a lot to be desired (I advise not paying for it).
The main thing to highlight here is the parking situation. If you are coming with a car during the high/summer season I highly recommend booking a place that offers parking. Parking on the street (if you can find a spot) is ~€4 per hour (this is the city, not the hotel). The staff advised on a couple of free (street) parking areas, but this is no secret so you will be competing with everyone else to find a spot. Despite arriving on a Monday evening (beginning of August), I had to drive around for about 1.5 hours before finding a spot that was a 15min walk away.

Wonderful stay staff was very helpful and friendly but didn’t always know how to be helpful. Seemed like restaurant staff would help at the front desk and they were very friendly but didnt always seem to know the specifics of individual reservations. My friend was given all the info for free breakfast and I wasn’t so I did miss one morning of breakfast and we didn’t get the welcome drink but the stay was great and I’m sure if I would have inquired they would have accommodated us. Greta place highly recommend!!!

The hotel is in an excellent location, in the sense that you can drive right to the hotel and park on the street. They have a proper staffed reception. From the hotel you can walk all over the old town. However, the parking is not free and might be difficult to find in the high season. We were there in November. But parking was only 12€ per day, so not exorbitant. I wish Expedia's website was clearer regarding access to, and cost of parking. In this case it worked out well.
My only complaint was that there were a few pieces of broken glass near the fridge in our room, and my husband cut his foot. While the room was cleaned every day, somehow that got missed.

The stay at Hotel Pasike was almost perfect! The staff was helpful and accommodating. The only problem occurred after midnight when a light (possible emergency light) turned on and would not shut off. It was too bright for sleeping!

The town of Trogir is worth the detour and staying at Hotel Pasike was a fantastic surprise. Large and beautifully furnished rooms, outstanding and personal service. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, the best meal we had during our Croatian trip.

We thought that Manuella, the receptionist, was exceptional in making us feel welcome at your establishment.

We came in for the last night after a week of sailing. Looked for a nice place near Split airport - booked a suite with a hot tub + a small additional fee for welcome drinks.
Needed to go through a restaurant to the reception. No welcome drinks, the reception was very busy - maybe they forgot. The room and bath were looking nice. Wifi was not working properly - bad reception.
Went for dinner and came back for a well-deserved bath - no hot water. Kids wanted to try the bathtub - when you turned the jets on it was not cleaned and dirt came to the tub. Could not see anybody in the reception. No hot water in the morning either.
Went to reception and asked about breakfast which would have been 15eur / person additional. Told the reception about the water issue - they were surprised. Then a man came in, very angry, asking why we had not reported the hot water issue yesterday. Very confrontational.
After he left, the receptionist ladies told him that he is the owner and is also running the restaurant. They apologized and said that we could have breakfast if we wanted. After the owners' confrontation, we did not want to stay.
He apparently is a new owner and has taken over the hotel from a family that has run the place successfully for a long time. After all this the owner was still happy to take our money and did not offer any compensation or even an apology. The receptionists tried their best and were nice. Never had an experience like this.

This is a very old property with very old fashioned furnishings and amenities. We wee only there 1 night and it was fine but I wouldn’t have wanted to be there any longer

This was our last day in Trogir after sailing for a week. The location is both central, yet tucked away, in Trogir.
My room was one of the lowest cost rooms, but perfect.
I was on the second floor (no elevator - standard for these boutique hotels) with a balcony!
Shortly after I checked in the staff was busily preparing a wedding reception just below me, at their outside dining area. I was delighted to watch the set-up, the bride and groom photographed just under my perch, and the standard bride with shy but beaming ring bearer who knew something really special was happening and that he, for a moment, had a very special role next to someone who looked like a fairy princess in a creme white gown.
Then it was serenading by a live band playing traditional music (not too loud) and all done after 2 hrs or so. Magical.

Excellent hotel at fantastic location, but overstrained staff. We did not receive the welcome cocktail, breakfast was not fully set at the mentioned time. Overall it seemed the place was understaffed.
Parking is 10 minutes by food away.

Decent enough hotel in Trogir old town. The decor is quite old fashioned but the rooms are clean, spacious & comfortable. There isn't always someone at reception so you may need to get the attention of someone in their restaurant to ring for help if you need it and be aware that the airport transfer needs to be booked at least 24hrs in advance which we weren't told at check in. Their profile on Hotels.com suggests they have 2 beach bars - they don't, this isn't anywhere near a beach. Perfectly fine hotel for a short stay in Trogir though.

Good location, walkable from the parking lot where I got off the bus. Stayed just one night before my flight home. Close to airport. Nice room with big window which opened up to pleasant view. Clean room, and bathroom. Close to everything. Staff could have been a little more helpful and friendlier.

We had a nice room. It must be an old building because the stone walls were foot thick. The room was charming and the bathroom modern.

Unique hotel in a world heritage site. The rooms were charming with beautiful antique furnishings. The bathrooms were modern and well equipped. We were located on the third floor. If you have trouble managing stairs I would ask for a room on the main floor. There are no elevators. However, a bonus of our third floor room was the community terrace overlooking the city.

We were disappointed to learn at our check in that we were moved to an apartment location away from the hotel due to plumbing issues at the hotel. We had not slept in over 30 hours and could not find our way to the alternate location after walking around Trogir’s old town. The hotel was easy to find but the apartment was not. We had booked the hotel based on location and for the room character/charm advertised on the site. The room missed on both of these. Additionally, the single bed was quite uncomfortable. The airport shuttle service was excellent and the hotel staff were extremely helpful.

Nice, quiet location in Trogir. We took a boat from Split instead of using the bus; highly recommend that mode of transport. We arrived at the hotel early and they were happy to watch our luggage. The free airport transportation very early in the morning was handled perfectly. The driver was there early, ready and waiting. The hotel and restaurant staff were warm and friendly and we enjoyed our meal at the restaurant and our complimentary drink upon arrival. The rooms have an old world charm that added to our experience in Trogir.
