Good stay. Underground parking was great. Room was comfortable, clean and well appointed. Glasses for water would have been good as would a teaspoon. Great bakery nearly opposite. Overall a great 6 days .

Great place to stay with quick walking access to the cape and the beautiful hiking and scenery it holds. The room was great. Decent breakfast. Reception closed from 12:00-15:00. Reception was not helpful about checking out late or letting us store bags until we could catch our train but that is because they are closed during the hours I mentioned before so they don't have the capacity to accomodate early check-ins or late check outs. Seems it would be beneficial to have someone at reception for that short 3 hour window, it would solve a lot of problems and give guests more confidence in their stay. Overall a very good hotel and has the potential to be great!

Very close to two great beaches, public transportation, restauranta, and two convenience stores. Rooms were small but adequate and comfortable, grear water pressure and the balcony was enjoyable. Skip thier overpriced breakfast - fed three people at the bakery across the road for the price of one hotel breakfast. Parking garage is a tight fit but secure.

I have to start out with we read on the hotel desc. that some rooms had a shared bath so we called to verify that the room we were booking DID NOT have a shared bath. We were assured that we had a toilet in the room since it was a deluxe room. There was no miscommunication. My husband is French. But when we arrived the room we were shown did not have a toilet. We arrived after 9pm and were told it was the last room so we had no choice but to keep the room. Other than that the room was OK. It was a very small room. Just enough room around the bed to move. A small closet to put the suitcase. One nightstand. We did have a sink and our own shower. There was just a sheet on the bed, no blanket and the staff were already in bed so there was no one to ask for additional bedding. I will say I think theyre trying. There have been comments about people not liking the breakfast. I think what is described is a traditional European continental breakfast. They now offer just a croissant and coffee for 3 euros as well as the continental breakfast. Also they have plenty of towels in the bathroom. Nice patios for each room. Two pillows per person on the beds. As I mentioned we arrived late and didnt notice on the listing that we were suppose to notify the hotel but they were very gracious in accommodating us even though I think closing at 8pm is a little ridiculous for a hotel.

We stayed here for 3 nights.Check-in was easy. We didnt try the breakfast as there is a bakery (boulangerie) literally a minute away. The neighborhood is great, there are 2 beaches within a 10 minutes walk, a corner store, multiple restaurants. And the local train station is just nearby too. Saint Raphael and Agay are 10 minutes drive away. The toilet, common to all the rooms on the floor, was two steps away and never too busy.Downside: our room was on the small side. With two medium luggages and two backpacks there was nearly no space to walk around the bed. Parking is NOT included with the reservation (€5 extra I think) but there is plenty of street parking (also by the corner store).

Not a bad stay, but there are some inconveniences. #1, its not in the center of St. Raphael, more like 10 min. drive, and I found it hard to find. This also means that its in a nicer, quieter, more pristine area. #2, even though I realized this may be common in Europe, the reception closes way too early, at 8 pm. I never saw that written anywhere nor had a warning about it when I booked, and of course, as a traveler driving through, I was not there that early. I arrived around 9:45 pm actually (still sunny out), and knocked on the doors to no answer. It took another kind guest with a phone that worked in France to call a number for someone to let me in. I think the hotel should be on the lookout if they know guests are coming-how about some cameras? Until then, I highly suggest contacting the hotel if youre coming later, to make arrangements. After I was in, room was nice and clean. #3, no parking provided, so you must make sure you find a spot in the alley behind the hotel or on the street in front. #4 Price is very affordable, but dont think its low enough to make up for these inconveniences. Overall, was ok, but needs improvements.
