There is a nightclub around the corner and it’s impossible to sleep. During the summer period, the nightclub is open every day except for Mo days. It’s crazy!
All the staff acts as it’s OK, but I have talked with other guests and everyone is unhappy.
On top of this, the elevator doesn’t work properly and the key lock is unsafe.
I have moved to another hotel so I can sleep properly.

I had a single room that bordered a side street. That was probably better than my friend who had an ocean view. Saturday night could be loud with clubs on the pier. The noise was not a problem for me, I slept great and the room overall was very nice for the size. My only complaint is I did not have hot water and had to take two lukewarm showers.

Our stay was very pleasant, breakfast was tasty, rooms were clean and very pleasant hotel staff

Located above a restaurant in the bar and restaurant area and on the beach. Room had a fridge. Toothbrush’s and disposable razor provided. Balcony was in need of repair, broken decking and metal chairs which got extremely hot. Shower screen leaked a lot. Entertainment arena close by which blasted loud music from late afternoon until 6am. Very noisy area. Great if you want to be in the centre of it all.

Right on the beach, amid a variety of restaurants. Rooms have the basics, including fridge and kettle. Surprisingly quiet, considering the all-night partying nearby.

The sea view was stunning. The hotel is a bit old but had a nicely renovated bathroom, which is very important. It had a little fridge which was a useful amenity and food options were a step away. The staff were so helpful and kind and all spoke enoughEnglish. It is far from the city center but we didn't care because the beach was so spectacular with every amenity. Would def stay there again.

Nice place, close to the beach, good mood, professional staff!

Fine if you want to be by the beach but pretty noisy and fairly expensive for a relatively basic hotel

Right on the beach, very convenient for transport and not far from centre of town.

If you want a hotel that’s clean, basic and near the beach this hotel is ok. However the reality of the property does not match its website. As the rooftop terrace is closed there are no outside area to sit and relax. One of our rooms only had a small balcony and the other did not. The bar and restaurant did not seem to be part of the hotel and to sit there it was necessary to purchase something. Although rooms were clean on return each time there was a horrible smell. Bit disappointing all round did not live up to expectations would not revisit.

This was a cute boutique hotel that was within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and ice cream. It was a very lovely room and very clean. I would stay there again.

Just a 2 night stay, it’s an older property but comfortable with everything you need. Nice bar and restaurant attached. It’s on the beachfront with good access to public transport. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I had a nice meal in the attached restaurant.

Overall helpful friendly staff. Good location. easy access to main city with so much to do and see. First night in first room we were given, there was a really bad smell coming from the toilet that kept us awake ! On request we were moved the following morning without hesitacy. There seems pockets of that problem in the whole as city outdoors too. Nothing major unless it's in your bedroom. Cleaning service was good except they ran out of coffee sachets half way through our week, a bit annoying and avoidable. Nearby Soplaya (little Venice) is worth a short trip ).

The hotel was good value, I didn’t have high expectations as it was quite reasonably priced and 2 stars. The rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Everything nice and comfortable. The only issue being a terrible smell of sewage in a few rooms and areas, we had a room change and this room was fine. They have automatic air fresheners installed in the smelly rooms and corridors which was another horrible overpowering chemical smell on top of the already horrible smell. The reception area also having this strong horrible air fresheners. My advice, research into installing pleasant fragrance.
The breakfast was ok, nice coffee and fresh juice, terrible scrambled eggs, chef could do with lessons on this. Smoke salmon could do with a slice of lemon on the side and all toasts could do with seasoning and olive oil on the table to season to taste. No breakfast options for children even though my children are good eaters the toasted bread was so hard it was impossible for them to bite through. The restaurant staff were lovely and very accommodating.
Overall, happy with the location, good transport links, lovely beach and the decor is of good standard, clean and tidy hotel. Do expect a bit of noise in the rooms, walls are thin and windows not insulated. The reception staff are very helpful and welcoming, recommend restaurants and booked a taxi to the airport.

The hotel itself looks clean but the smell of building like sitting on the toilet. As soon as you step inside the lift and you can smell the odour which obviously has sewage problems and they were constantly spraying the air freshener trying to concealed the unpleasant smell and by doing that it made worse. The first night was nightmare due the smell and could not sleep at all, although I kept the window opened for whole night the smell still lingering around and no way to get rid of it. Next day, went to the reception and the young man was pleasantly to agreed to change the room but my daughter and two young child had to put up with the smell for whole of our stay. Asked to change the room and the woman in the reception stern faced told me that no way to changed the room. Suggestion was run the tap water on for 10 mins and it will washed the drain pipe. I said would this work? Then she said” you people not willing to listen “. I was furious the rude comment about “ you people” then she used an excuse about the English is not her first language. Oh well, it happened the English is not my first language either and I would not used such rude attitude to address any customers. The smell was toxic and my five years old grand daughter was coughing whole of stay. I would say if anyone ever want to stay in this hotel then please be prepared to put up the horrible toxins smell and bad attitude of woman receptionist.

Other than the boardwalk strip if you don’t have a car your stuck there, but it’s a great location if you just wanna hang by the beach and boardwalk with all the restaurants

Highly recommend, lovely little place, very clean, newly refurbished and very friendly staff. Literally on the beach so makes for a very relaxing place to stay and great roof top bar and restaurant downstairs

This is a really nice hotel. No noise complaints at all despite other reviews. On beach and surrounded by decent restaurants. Breakfast is very good value. Roof top bar has amazing views and is cheap. On day of check out they happily stored our luggage then allowed us to grab a shower upstairs before heading to airport. This is so useful if you’ve got a later flight. Wi-Fi didn’t work very well at first but after that was fine. Also very clean. And has aircon plus ceiling fans in room so if you hate aircon at night (I do) you can still keep cool. They also provide beach towels.

It was an amazing and peaceful experience. The beach reminded me of the Caribbean waters. The personnel at the hotel were friendly and helpful. They called a taxi for us.

Since we were only staying for a few days it was perfect wouldn’t spend a week in this hotel as it is small and doesn’t have any facilities

Great Service here. I spent 3 nights at this very nice and clean hotel on the beach. very nice staff and the bed was comfortable and large.

Great location and very close to the beach. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable.
Give great tips on how to bicycle into the old town and also wrote down drop off points for the taxi driver in the evenings.
Had no problems with late check in due to flight delay (after 00:00) and also arrange for a shower room on day of checkout.
Wonderful breakfast in the mornings with plenty of selections.

Front Desk Manager was very helpful. Room was smelling ver musty though. They need a dehumidifier in every room. Restaurant downstairs was pretty good for Tapas. Breakfast is not worth the money but it is convenient. Beach is incredible. Worth going to for the beach.

It was very safe and the staff were amazing

Really bad. A clear no go. Some rooms just on top of a night club, no one came to clean the room, no one to fix the access card overnight, one window with no blind, dirty furniture.
