Great location just out of the busiest area but only a short walk to the beach and centre. Spotlessly clean, comfortable room with plenty of space. Nicely furnished. Pleasant pool and garden area. Would definitely recommend.

Some of the staff were very nice. Clean hotel but the trash kept outside the elevators for most of the day and stains in carpet in hall make it seem dirty. Room was clean, cute patio.

This hotel was amazing. I will definitely stay here once I visit Sorrento again. The staff was friendly, breakfast had a great selection and it was very close to the center of the town. Bonus points for being a short walk from the train station.

The room was very very small, not at all like the photos, practically a cupboard with not even enough space to walk around the bed! The pool was shabby with peeling paint and littered with people’s drinks bottles and left over rubbish. The breakfast was mediocre, actually some of the cakes were good, but the eggs were cold the coffee was undrinkable! We were hoping for a lovely stay but were bitterly disappointed, oh and the reception staff were dowries on occasion. I don’t usually write reviews, but this hotel had such glowing ones I wanted to share our experience!

Lovely hotel, great location for Sorrento centre and transport links, friendly/ helpful front office staff. But unfortunately the hotel's response to items going missing from our room was not as expected for a 4* hotel. No accountability for shopping bags going missing from a secured room or offer to compensate the items that went missing. The items were low value (c£30) and I've no doubt they were removed in error, but the hotel's response was not good. It marred an otherwise enjoyable stay at the hotel.

I wanted to share my recent experience at the hotel. Overall, the staff and the GM were fabulous. However, I had a few concerns during my stay. The hallways were quite dirty, and there was an issue with the water continuously coming out of the shower, even after a very brief shower. Although I contacted the front desk about this, the issue was not addressed. Additionally, my friend and I enjoy having wine on vacation, and we found that although the bar appeared to be open, the staff member who assisted us seemed to have very little knowledge about the available options.

Little gem of a place!! Loved my stay at The Capri Hotel it was immaculate and decorated beautifully. Room was on the small side but had everything necessary and I had a balcony with pool view that I loved to sit on early evening as it was sunny and had view down the street towards Piazzo Tasso (room 209) Breakfast area is lovely and has nice choice of options. Front desk staff were super helpful. I would definitely stay here again it is convenient for walking to the center and a 2min walk to train/bus station but has very sound proof rooms so no noise issues. Wish I could have stayed longer.

We loved our stay at the hotel. Close to train station and right on doorstep of Centro and access to Port. Loved the pool and the breakfast. Both welcome and integral parts of our day. The staff were perhaps the best thing. Friendly and courteous and always willing to help. Front desk to restaurant to cleaning. So appreciative. Extra special shoutout to Teresa who goes above and beyond. Thank you Teresa and look forward to seeing you in the future.

This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in . The manager Teresa and all her staff made you feel com pletely at home and part of the family. The lounges and dining room were stunning,really beautifully decorated. Loads of choice for breakfast . Although some rooms were on the small side and little storage, and small pool also, the benefits more than outweighed these issues. A few minutes walk into the main square (on the flat) and the rooms overlooking the pool are very quiet. I was quite unusually sad to leave…

Absolutely perfect! The staff was beyond helpful. Breakfast was great. Pool area came in handy since the beaches are small and packed. A/c was great!! Clean large rooms, conveniently located right on the Main Street, but also super quiet in the room. The women at the desk were amazing! I would most definitely stay at Hotel Capri again good value for the price. Grazie!

The Hotel Capri, in the heart of beautiful Sorrento is wonderful! The Hotel Capri is beautifully decorated and is near lots of restaurants and shops, just minutes away! Amazingly, the hotel has a beautiful patio area behind the hotel that has lemon and orange trees. So beautiful! (Don’t forget to check it out)! The hotel staff is truly great! The front desk staff is welcoming, accommodating, and professional! They made our stay even more enjoyable!

Nice hotel. Small rooms but manageable, breakfast good, pool area nice, location perfect. Good value for the money . If you arrive by car there is a gas station opposite the hotel, I parked my car there while dropping off the luggage. The nearest parking spot (Parcheggio) is parking Sorrento also on corso Itallia 100-200m from hotel. Be careful Corso Italia is closed for car from 19:30 (7:30pm)until 04:00 and there are cameras.

Hotel Capri was fantastic. We loved the hotel and location. The hotel had a very nice but small pool. The breakfast was included in the price and was very good. I would like to Say Thank you to Nissal he was very friendly and served us with a smile everyday. I would return to this hotel. Great location to walk Sorrento. Also close to Ferries to visit Amalfi, Positano, Capri.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful renovated hotel in the heart of Sorrento, great location easy to walk to all the main sites and train station. Rooms were nice, new and clean; staff were lovely and always helpful; from Teresa & Emelia at the front desk to Viviana & Guiseppe during our breakfast service. Breakfast offered in the hotel was great, a good mix of sweet and savoury. Would definitely recommend this hotel in Sorrento.

Staff are very nice. Breakfast is mediocre. Could be better. The hotel looks nice, however the condition is not great. Our toilet leaks water. The AC is very cold and it is hard to adjust the temperature. We turned it off and it just turned on by itself. Bedding is very thin so it is ver cold at night. The floor in the room is vinyl with a tile appearance.
