I stay here regularly. The location is very convenient for me because my office is very close. The accommodations are reasonable, the breakfast is reasonable, and the amenities are reasonable. Everything here is predictable. I'll stay here next week too. I really like the pillows, and the rooms are pretty big, and the ACs always work good. You will probably have to reprogram your keys every day though. LOL

Very nice and clean. Friendly front desk. Always happy to see a refrigerator in room when we are traveling, this has even s small freezer so we could keep ice pack frozen for car travels. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Would recommend this place to stay

Staff at the front desk were awesome and I rated excellent based on them! We enjoyed the pool (but had to search for towels, even though we were the only ones in there). Room was clean and beds were comfy. Wish there was a TV in the couch area of the suites for the night owls who want to watch late into the night (it's right in front of beds). Breakfast was adequate, but there were signs that said it's for dine-in only and not to grab and go, odd. Cereals were individual generic brands, not name-brand. Two waffle makers and choice of waffle flavor-plain or banana nut-were awesome! Not a ton of parking in the front, but there is access to side doors and lots of parking available in back. Would stay again.

The hotel was nice, I booked a king bed and got two double beds instead, the lady that checked us in didn’t seem very concerned. It wasn’t a huge deal we were comfortable but it’s not what I paid for.

Everything was great except the coffee macine and accessories (cups, creamer, sugar, etc) were in the bathroom. That was a 1st for me. I have stayed at other Comfort Suites as well as other hotels and I have never seen that. Why would you want your hot beverage in the same place as your toilet? Disgusting!

Additional parking in the back but there is no back entrance so you have to walk around. Other than that it was nice and clean and staff was friendly. I will stay again

Stayed for one night on the way to our destination. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Restaurants were in walking distance for dinner. The pool and hot tub were in good condition. Breakfast had a good variety of choices.

The overall stay was great. The breakfast area was horrendous with the way it is setup. Had to wait in a line because of the congestion and others waiting on their toast or waffles. Need to have a better setup.

When we walked into the lobby, we were overcome with the scent of mildew. The hotel has 4 floors, we were placed on the first floor. Walking to our room, the smell of mildew was overwhelming. Apparently the rooms two doors down (opposite of each other) had flooded. We asked to be moved. The initial response was a little snarky from the Front Desk employee. We asked why we would be put next to two rooms overcome with water. She then moved us to the third floor. Why put ANYONE next to that?!?! We have stayed here several times in the past and noticed a decline in the cleanliness/aesthetic of the place. In the mildew room, we were in a handicapped room with a handicapped shower, and there was what looked like mold along the bottom of the shower wall. Super gross.

Comfortable room with nice decor. I appreciated that it was very classic and not Stark. My only issue was with the firmness of the mattress. Everything else was great! Would like to see more gluten free and less sugar choices for breakfast.
