stayed in room 618. It was perfect for us. Our family was down the hall and more family on another floor. We were all pleased with our accommodations and the comfy beds. The screen door on our balcony was sticky and didn't track well but we lived with it and the view made up for it.

The unit was adequately spaced for my 2 adult sons and me with a large dog. The kitchen was well equipped, again considering what it is. I cook from scratch and was able to do that comfortably. The place is hard to find, but that's not a bad thing in my opinion. The rooms were very quiet even though their vacancy rate was low, and other guests were polite and considerate.

at the check in we were great friendly and direct to our room for our surprise we had been upgraded to a bigger room, ( this might be a chance on slow season or between the week days) and that was nice, the building is new and the area is quite, the breakfast included in the service is great and many options to choose from.

From check in to our room this one day stay was great. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and was promptly taken car of. 5 minutes and we were on our way to our room. The room was fantastic. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Every area was clean. The bed was firm but comfortable. The pool was nice. A lot of guests were using it. I’m sure breakfast will be great also.

Stepped on a lizard in the kitchen. It ran under the refrigerator. The place was run down . . . Carpet fraying, smell in rooms. The people were nice.

From the beginning at the end everything is 10/10 staff all the staff…from GM to the cleaners person super friendly, you have a really good team on this place. I stop around 4 places on this trip and the first costumer service perfect !! Hotel amazing !!

Very clean inside. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Good food. Love that we were upgraded for free. Sweet little “apartment “ with all the bells and whistles. Love that the front desk offered us complimentary sangria as a welcome. Someone had set the alarm clock to on at 5:00 am and it went off. Not fun on a Sunday morning. The air handler for AC was in our room and made rattling and groaning sounds all night. Hard to sleep with that.

My husband and I with our 3 grandchildren expended 3 horrible nights. The first one there’s not air conditioning and nobody can sleep,so,next morning pack everything and change the room ( also bathroom door doesn’t closed) Next night in the new apt, my husband find at 5 am my grandkid sleeping on the floor( had a linking on his head come from the ceiling), so, pack everything again and change the room again. Very tired for the last night ( the” new “ bathroom door doesn’t close too) But I want to thank you the Cuban lady ( manager?) She was the best and try to help all the time) The hotel is completely full but no one can use the pool or the basquete court ( be advise, it’s not a mosquitos it’s a dinosaurs). Never more in this hotel.

The stay overall was very good. Breakfast buffet was very good with all well known brands and multiple options. Stuff was very kind and helpful. Location was very good. Also the restaurant next to the hotel was perfect! The only problem was the airconditioning. It was extremely noisy that my baby and nephew couldnt sleep well. It was also in a direction that was freezing our heads.

I had a beautiful suite, staff was outstanding, the amenities great (other than the fire pit being ooc). If I had a criticism it would be a need for breakfast meats. Would stay again and recommend.

The hotel was very clean, the suite we stayed in was really clean and well kept, we even had house keeping stop by to ask if we needed any clean towels or anything for our room. All the staff was really friendly, especially everyone at the front desk, from checking in to the check out. Lastly, breakfast was very nice, plenty to choose from and the area was kept real clean, the staff stopped by each of the tables to say hi and asked if everything was ok…it’s truly a very nice property to stay!

Our 1 BR balcony unit was great. Even though we didn’t cook, the kitchen had everything you needed- full size refrigerator, 2 electric stove top, sink, dish soap, sponge, towels, dishes, salt n pepper. Complimentary breakfast was delicious- hot n many cold choices. Pool n spa felt great, even though the spa felt the same temp. as the pool. Pool towels available. Front desk personnel were very pleasant and helpful. All in all would stay here again

The property was nicely situated with a close drive to Sanibel Island. The breakfast options were phenomenal. However, the broom had many flaws, including a cigarette burn and the very uncomfortable couch. I did not feel that the room was properly cleaned when we arrived, nor during our weeklong stay.the availability of rims before refrigerators was a great option. However, since the hurricane, I do feel that they need to look at updating some of the carpeting in the upper floors as well.

The two bedroom room we had was very clean and roomy. The laundry facility was clean and nice to have available. The breakfast staff was very nice and food variety was fabulous. Front desk staff were very nice as well and enjoyed the complimentary sangria and goody bag upon check in.

The front desk staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. I rode in for one night on my touring motorcycle and because we were expecting a tropical disturbance that night into the next day, Brianna opened a side door to a hallway so i could park the bike in to protect it. The bike didnt fit due to the width of the saddlebags but she let me park it right next to the front door under the overhang which did a good job. When it became apparent that this tropical disturbance might cause a delay and i might have to extend my stay, they said they had room and could do that if i needed. There was a 7/11 with very friendly staff that i walked to to get some snacks and drinks because the Publix also next to the hotel was closed. Would be nice if they had a covered area designated for motorcycles as there were a few others there already. I absolutely will seek out this hotel next time I'm in the area to stay again, just bring a bike cover with me for the next trip.
