There was Roaches in the room. The tub filled as the shower ran. Someone wrote on the sealing in the room and they didnt clean it. The wifi was horrble the connection wasnt stayin at all. there was no cereal for breakfasts for the kids. The coffee was horrible and cold. The locks looked broken. When we pulled up the sign wasnt even the same. An Asian worker said its been like that for 2 months already. The whole room was horrble. I will never book here again. I took photos of everything and showed front desk guy the video of the roach. For some reason this app will not let me upload my photos.

The door on the first room we were given didn't close. The door kept hitting the door frame. We were then given the jacuzzi suite "because nothing else was available". The air conditioner was loud and had only one setting; ALL the lamps had dim light bulbs; the batteries were duct-taped onto the tv remote; there was no wi-fi password so we decided to use their business center computers rather than risking our own and their computers were out of order so we decided to wash clothes and the washing machine was also out of order. On the bright side, Bianca on the front desk the first evening, was quick to offer assistance on other problems I haven't previously mentioned here and Antonio (that same night) provided help with the tv. The beds were comfortable; the room was clean and there was a grab bar in the shower/tub. This was our first and last stay at this particular hotel and by the way, good luck with the tv channels.

I’ve stayed at this hotel in the past and it has changed ownership. Was extremely disappointed & will not be going back. The service is lacking. Staff does not go out of their way to be helpful. Having to ask for towels and be told they’re in the wash & asked to come back, no cups at breakfast time for coffee and tea…bathtub backing up when taking a shower and left with hair in the tub. When asked if someone could look at it, the response was, “well I’ll have to put in a work order”…we stayed two days and by the end of the second day, we couldn’t wait to leave. Very disappointed.

The hotel was out of the way and our room was available right at 3:00. The breakfast was terrible-no good options to choose from and the employee working the breakfast area was also checking people out and calling Ubers for people.

Nobody at desk for check in. Had to wait 10 minutes. At 1 am someone had a key and tried to get in our room. We were lucky we had the security lock on.

Do not stay here. Full service price for low budget services. No room cleaning unless you ask for it. Want clean towels go to front desk and you can get them if someone not outside smoking. No maintenance staff to fix.change out non working TV. NOISY. Pepsi bottling plant to the north. Camping World to the south. Not a standard Comfort Suites/

There were a bunch of hair pins and clips as well a few pieces of hair bands all over the floor. Looks like no one ever have touched the floor after previous stay?

Had a nice two night stay to get a break from the heat. I got a suit room which was excellent and clean and bed was very comfortable. Never made it to the breakfast. Get there early as they start shutting down early. The manager was super nice and so was the front desk guy!

The bed linens had stains all over them. The beds were terribly u comfortable. The pullout couch was disgusting and had stains all over it. Couldn't use. The breakfast didn't look or taste like it was for for human consumption. Didn't swim but the pool room was super overheated and terribly over chlordinated.... The reviews are true.... This property leaves a lot to be desired.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. We were here for family, and we want to make a shout out to the wonderful front desk, clerk who checked us in and fixed our air conditioning and was just all around a really, really great person. I don’t know her name, but she had more than several tattoos.

We were locked out of the pool area.Help eventually got the key. Pool was very dirty on the bottom. Also pool was VERY COLD. We could only stay in a very short time because it was so cold

Property was run down, wallpaper peeling, no working outlets, shower curtain was falling off, deadbolt on door broken, dark and the 2 interactions with 2 different staff members both were rude and one of them even said “I just work here”. If I could give negative stars I would. Checked out early and went to another hotel.

The check in was a breeze. Our room was clean. The air conditioner was loud and made noise all night. Breakfast was ok. The food serving area wasn’t kept very clean. Many of the items were empty. The food staff was too busy carrying on a conversation amongst themselves to notice. Handles were broken or dirty. And many areas of the floor were wet without a reason.

The included breakfast was very good. We had a suit room and the pull out couch was very bad. The mattress was very uncomfortable and dirty. The queen bed mattress wasn’t great either as it made your roll to the middle. Besides the mattresses the hotel was very nice and we enjoyed everything else.

We did not get to check in until exactly 3:00, that is the policy and we were 30 min early and had to wait. The room was not ready when we went up so we asked house keeping to do it next and they did. It was clean when they were finished. They did not clean for us or take any trash out the next day: however, they only clean rooms after a guest departs. Also small pillows on beds not a standard size.
