Very clean , breakfast was very authentic and there was a path leading to the beach ! I wouldn’t mind having stayed in the hotel during my stay !!

The hotel was nice overall but I was not happy on things they should inform me about on check-in. For example, to use the beach you have to pay for chairs, thebalcony door locked me out of my room, and the rental said they have a casino but I was informed there it is seasonal, I could have booked a cheaper hotel if the casino was not working. However, the staff was great and the food nice.

Hotel is very nice, especially pool and spa. It is very quiet , great for having rest. Hotel staff is amazing and very kind. For sure we are coming back next year :-)

the only shame is that the view is getting blocked by new properties ... we askes for sea view, if it werent for the new properties building up in front of the resort we wouldve had an amazing view. its a shame.

The hotel was absolutely stunning - one of the nicest I’ve ever stayed in. The adult pool area was beautiful, with some sun beds situated in the water and parasols that you could connect your phone to to play music. We did have to complain to remove some children on one occasion, but the signs are only written in English, and with a lot of guests from Eastern Europe, this message may not have got through. The rooms were great and balconies nice, although obviously we didn’t spend a great deal of time in there.
The gym was also very good, as this can often be a sticking point for hotels. Although the free weight section could have been better (heavier), it did the job for a holiday workout.
Unfortunately, we did have some issues with incorrect information given regarding bus times to Kotor and the staff weren’t always particularly helpful when we had queries at reception. We were also out on a trip one day so popped into the breakfast area at 0655 (it opened at 0700) and weren’t promptly told by a member of staff that we shouldn’t be there.
We also weren’t always offered drinks at the pool and had to seek out staff to place an order. Several times we were kept waiting 15-20 minutes for a glass of wine to arrive too. I’m sure these issues will be ironed out once the hotel has been up and running for a couple more years. The drinks measures at the hotel’s beach bar were also pathetic, so we only went there once. Private beach was very nice though.

Had a lovely stay at Falkensteiner in Montenegro. We got a free room upgrade which was really sweet of them to do. Comfortable, big bed and a lovely little balcony with garden and mountain view. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Poolarea was lovely and the beach too. Great food and cheap prices - both in the hotel and the city.
We could have wished for a more versatile breakfast since neither of us eat pork. Nearly all of the meat was pork but the staff was very helpful and cooked some chicken for us some of the days where there was no chicken or beef in the buffet.
Would definitely come back again in the future.

We stayed at the hotel between 26-31 May 2019. The staff were very helpful and professional but a number of amenities were not available during our visit:
1 beach facilities were unavailable
2 jacuzzi spa was not working
3 sauna was not available till 10.30am even though the spa was open at 8am
the excuse given was that the hotel was recently refurbished and opened but that is a poor excuse.
We also felt that there should have been a play room/ area eg for pool, table tennis.

We stayd here on a family holiday with a 5 month old baby and had a really good time. The hotel is well maintained and rooms are kept clean but are a bit small. Hotel staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Fantastic location that overlooks a beautiful vista (St. Nikola island). The staff could relax a bit and learn to smile. The managers at the hotel should allow their staff to enjoy their jobs as opposed to making them act as if they are working at a military academy. The nighttime entertainment is great (amazing male vocalist who sings in four languages) and the infinity pool is beautiful. Also, the breakfast buffett is the best one I have ever had in my life (they even have burek!!).

Fantastic modern hotel with brilliant views over the bay of Budva. Rooms are immaculate as were all parts of the hotel. Great spa - would recommend the anti stress massage. Location is a 10 minute taxi ride from main bars & restaurants or a 30 min walk. Good value for money - would stay again
