“Perfect for families! My kids absolutely loved our stay. The Mountain View option is the best choice. There are plenty of activities, including a swimming pool and various play areas. Highly recommended, and we will definitely visit again. Plus, we enjoyed free passes for cable rides and other village activities. Loved it!”

We had the most wonderful stay here. The family/staff was warm and friendly and helpful, always willing to give advice when we needed it. The room was comfortable and the view was beautiful. We loved having the little kitchenette, especially since we have children. The home cooked dinners were absolutely delicious and our children loved the pool and game room. It was a very easy walk to town and the super Morzine bubble lift or the free shuttle to the prodains cable car. We skied in Avoriaz since it was late in the season and there was still plenty of snow there. All in all a wonderful holiday and we can’t wait to come back and stay at Les Cotes!

Staff - fantastic, friendly, welcomingFood - delicious (half board) not a bad meal during a week stay. Breakfast is self service which for us was fabulous, meant we could eat without waiting for hosts and hit slopes for first lift.Facilities - it’s got everything you need for ski trip. Lots of hot water, balcony and great view of Morzine. I only have 1 negative point and that was our room was very small, but for me and my son is was ok. This is not standard though, the rooms we did see around us all looked much bigger. The Morzine Pleney and Super Morzine free bus stops right outside hotel.

Lovely family run hotel. Owners could not have been more helpful, from arranging our lift passes to allowing us to access the breakfast room for food and drink on the last morning when we had a very early transfer.
Room was spacious with useful kitchen area including fridge.
Plenty of choice at breakfast, evening meals were set menu but they were happy to accommodate any changes if wanted.

Whether was amazing and we really enjoyed skiing. The overall area was amazing. The only issue we had was with the hotel. At first they were very lovely helping us around and being very friendly. Towards the end of our trip we noticed that the room was not being cleaned properly and was being left in a state. Room service to me means cleaning the whole room including the tables and toilets but not here. One night me and my sisters were chilling and getting ready in our rooms and I do admit we were being a bit loud the owner of the hotel comes in and glares at us from the front door. What gives you the nerve to interprupt and walk into our room? Throughout our stay that elderly lady kept glaring at us making us feel very uncomfortable to the point where we didn’t want to stay there anymore. The breakfast was not the best there should be more for vegetarians rather than just bread and cheese quite shocking. Then on checkout I was being finessed of skiing passes I already paid he claimed it was a mistake in which things happen so I wasn’t too worried but it annoyed me quite a bit. Overall it wouldn’t have been too bad if the elderly lady didn’t glare at us and walk into our room and make us feel uncomfortable. If I do come morzine again I will not stay here due to being made feel uncomfortable to that level.

Great hotel, very comfortable bed with great blackout blinds. Lovely breakfast, very friendly staff who are always happy to help from giving directions and recommendation to lifts to the ski lift in the mornings. Great hot tug and swimming pool after a long day on the slopes. Only a 5 minute walk in to the centre

The Hotel staff were very welcoming and the facilities were very good. The reception staff, especially David, attended to our every need and made us feel very happy. Nothing was an issue for them to help us with. His knowledge and guidance to the local area and services was second to none. I could not recommend his services high enough.

Good clean and comfortable hotel with super friendly and helpful staff.
Rooms are traditional but adequate for a really nice stay. Breakfast was 'buffet style' well presented and good quality.
Ski bus arrives right outside the hotel but is only a 15 minute walk across the bridge to the centre of morzine.
Overall I would highly reccommend

This is a wonderful, friendly, family run hotel that made us feel very welcome throughout. We stayed on a 'half board' basis and the food and service was outstanding. We will definitely return for another stay.

Very welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful run hotel. Room was great with a brilliant view; breakfast was on time and continental every morning in my room; shuttle service used twice; only 10 mins walk from the centre but you need to know the shortcut via the bridge otherwise its a good hour's walk. If I ever return to Morzine, I would stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended for service with a smile and cleaniness.

lovely warm and welcoming hotel about 5 mins walk across suspension bridge from Morzine. All staff very friendly and the place is very clean and well looked after. Lovely room that had handy little kitchen and great private balcony. Nice little swimming pool [great view when its snowing outside] and the little one was very pleased with the games room [in which all games are FREE!!! - which parents will enjoy]. Initially was concerned that the walk might be a little far but actually enjoyed the stroll up and down from the chairlifts each morning and every evening [found a store at the bottom of the gondola where we could leave the boards to save lugging back and forth every day]. If there is a negative it was only that breakfast is brought to your room every morning and consisted of hot drink, bread and pastry [personally I love a buffet breakfast every morning to stock up on carbs in preparation for a good day on the slopes]. However, everything else is so lovely about the place I feel a little mean criticising - that being said breakfast is breakfast and one of the things I really look forward to when in the mountains.

Bed & breakfast very clean and well appointed, breakfast brought to room promptly at time requested every day. Had 3 night stay for snowboarding trip, 15 mins walk to slopes but free bus pulled up outside hotel and ran every half an hour so was fine. Small disagreement at Bill time as left hotel at 5:00 and tried to charge us for extra night, admittedly I should have known this (apparently should have vacated room by 11:00, but wasn't informed at checkin). On insistence the owner eventually agreed to charge us for only the 3 nights we had stayed, so all fine and lovely hotel, nice pool and hot tub, rustic alpine feel to decor with some modern touched e.g touch pad front futuristic sliding entrance doors. Found short cut walk down to town, ask hotel for directions as saves atleast 10 minutes on awl into town otherwise.
