This hotel is 1 minute walk from the subway entrance. The large public bath (hot spring) was great and the amenities (hair products, soaps, etc.) was perfect. The breakfast was not a large scale, but the quality of food was very nice.
The only issue, which can't not be avoided in any large cities like Tokyo, was that the room (with 2 beds) was very small. If you sleep in the bed further from the entrance, there is no way to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night without stepping on the mattress of your roommate. This won't be an issue if you have a room to yourself.
Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and will do it again with no hesitations.

Breakfast was amazing.

Compact, comfy room overlooking a pretty canal. Onsen is great after a day of work or walking.

Great hotel close to a subway station and several small bars and restaurants, quiet riverside area. Above average sized room for Japan. Much less expensive than many others yet it has a free onsen and sauna, free ice cream and free ramen suppers. Mix of tourists and local businessmen. Very comfortable bed. A bargain.

No tooth brush, toothpaste provided.

Very relaxing public bath, and after bath snacks

The hotel has a very modern design and the room was well priced. The hot spring bath was an excellent opportunity to relax after a day in Tokyo

Good, quiet neighbourhood.

I've stayed at this hotel probably 8 times now, and I keep coming back. It's all about the onsen (spa). It's just a great experience, both morning & night. The breakfast is good, too; and so is the option for late night noodles. I hadn't stayed here since the pandemic, and now they have free ice cream! Just a great little spot in Tokyo. Not luxurious, but who cares about that with an onsen right in the hotel!

Liked the large spa bath, sauna and services such as soft drinks offered, ice candies, ramen noodles at night. Excellent breakfast, including sushi. A short walk from the nearby train station and a convenient location to Ginza district. The only con was the room was VERY small and did not have any room to spread out personal items.

Great location near metro. Slightly old building but spotless, great service, great breakfast and really nice onsen.
4.4
Great value! Simple room. Very quiet with comfy mattress. Great location near metro exit. Great breakfast. Great onset!

if you consider to start the ramen service slightly earlier time, it will be great for me.

This is a perfect property for well seasoned travelers who are comfortable with Japanese culture and getting by without English. Rooms are minuscule but absolutely sufficient for our 1 week stay, and they provide slippers and "hotel clothes" for use. The onsens and Japanese breakfast were top notch. However, if you're used to Western style living or you don't enjoy fish for breakfast, this is not the hotel for you. In fact I am loath to write a review in case the hotel gets overrun with tourists. It's a train ride away from the more touristy areas and it's in a very quiet, local business district that has few late night restaurants. But if you can get around like a local and most importantly, follow local custom in the onsen and around the hotel, you'll find this hotel is an absolute gem.

Requested for a high floor, river facing room, however I got a room on the the 9 Fl, facing the main street and some high- rise apartment.

I like the public hot spring bath that is opened all night. And breakfast is great.

喜欢这家酒店的温泉,早餐一般但我喜欢他们的咖啡☕️,晚上有免费拉面。房间很小,但酒店靠近地铁站B4出口但没有电梯,B2出口有电梯。附近也有不错的餐厅。

Excellent value option given the great amenities. Staff did not always speak English.
4.4
Convenient location with some restaurants & family mart nearby. Staff are nice & polite both reception & restaurant. It's better if they provide more choices for breakfast.

This was 4th hotel Dormy Inn that I did in Japan and it was the worst. Unfortunatly I did a long stay, 22 nights. This place is old and need to renoveted. I guess just ok for 1 or 2 nights

Everything was fine and clean, except the clothes they provided were too big for me and had a smell of body odour from previous users, and the carpet of my room had a slight smell of foot odour.

My stay could not have been more perfect. I had an extremely important meeting the next day and having landed at HND that afternoon; I maneuvered to this hotel in about 40 minutes, and even with jet lag, was able to sleep like a king and grab a fantastic meal nearby (Enoteca Shin); I love this place.
