Made a reservation for a King. Night Auditor gave us keys to a room with 1 queen bed and didn’t mention anything about switching the bed type on us. We got in late and didn’t want to make a fuss so we just went to sleep. We were put in a room against an elevator and got to hear that throughout the night. Our rooms bathroom had a sink with a giant crack, a broken light fixture and black filth on the floor. We’re hoping for a good breakfast, but they must have been awaiting a delivery as very few items were available. Basically only had a choice of two cereals (3rd option was out), bagels, premade waffles, or cold eggs and bacon. Another patron asked if it was possible to heat up his eggs in the microwave and was advised he could buy warm food next door. There were signs for other items like muffins, but they weren’t out on the line and they must have been out of most items before breakfast started. Disappointing all around.

Overall, decent stay. Hotel is a little outdated but the beds were comfortable. The shower backed up a little and the shower curtain was very short, the towels in our room were frayed and worn. The smart TV was great and the AC in phx was wonderful!!! Staff was friendly and had great customer service skills!

Excellent accommodation.

This hotel is in a good area. It was good for the price. Quiet area and felt safe. Parking was easy and plentiful. Queen beds were comfortable. Room was spacious. Booked 1 bedroom suite with sofabed. Bathroom was nice size. My issues were that the room cards had to be recoded many times, which was a pain. I tried to use the phone to contact housekeeping and front desk. the housekeeping just rang forever and the front dest went to a full mailbox. I called two different times. I walked to front desk several times. I reported to front desk, he seemed surprised but didn't seem to care much. Some updating and fine cleaning would be good. There were spots all over the sofa bed. The shower floor looked a little dingy. The free breakfast was good, I did see a waffle maker in posted pictures but it wasn't anywhere to be found. There was a bottle of syrup, but no waffles or pancakes available. Scrambled eggs weren't great, seemed to be from powder. Bacon was thin and crispy. Oatmeal was good with all the fixings. Bagels, cereal and yogurt were nice to have. There were pre-made sausage sandwiches wrapped and ready to grab go. I might stay again without the issues with the room card.

The location and the breakfast were great!!
The key cards had to be updated multiple times a day. This was very frustrating. The furniture in our room was banged up and outdated. And the wait for requested items (I.e. towels) was hours long,

Good service, quick check-in and check-out! Great place to stay

Great rate for a solid stay

This is our go-to hotel whenever traveling to Chandler (total of 5 times now!) from SoCal. Service so great and the location is excellent. It’s just off the freeway and minutes from everything. I mean everything. Super friendly staff from the front desk to housekeeping. Looking forward to our next return for Thanksgiving!

I enjoyed my stay, staff was helpful and friendly. It was quiet and comfortable.

The staff was polite , but not knowledgeable of the surrounding areas. We got in around 2pm.I asked questions about where to eat and about some of the activities in the surrounding area. She was hesitant and said we can eat at the hotel because she wasn’t sure where to go in Chandler AZ The next hotel was next to one of the biggest malls in AZ. There were restaurants there and plenty of shopping. We had to go through the activity brochures that the hotel offered. It would have been nice to hear about the excursions in a personal manner.
Need a concierge. I’m thinking they want us to google everything.

Love a $100 or less hotel night and the Fairfield hit the mark. Great pool, tasty breakfast with a lot of options, and a nice small gym with new equipment. Staff were all super friendly and pleasant. My room was small and decorated in a slightly older style, but the bed was comfy and it had big windows and a great shower. Only negative was the air conditioner was loud and occasionally smelled kind of like it was overheating. Also, traffic noise from the highway started up pretty early in the morning.
All in all, great for an overnight and appreciated the value of the amenities for the price.

The desk staff were very welcoming and informative.
The only down side was that the carpet was cleaned just before we got there and the carpet was still wet, also carpet cleaning soap was very strong smell and it was overwhelming

Great experience! Nice and clean room. Thank you.

Good location for what we were in town for.

No consideration for the fact that I was disabled and needed first floor room; whoever trains does a terrible job! Your employees require better orientation on customer service!!

Felt comfortable

Minifridges are not working properly got changed two times and they were dirty and missing inside trays to put stuff in it
4.3
Looks ok from the outside and in the lobby but rooms are not nice, and not taken care of at all.
4.3
$250+ a night. Poor service, small room. no check in before 4. Cold coffee in the lobby. dirty elevator. enough said.
4.3
Bed headboard had some broken pieces.
4.3
Staff was friendly and responsive. Facility needed minor maintenance but rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.
4.3
Everything was great, just one little thing, not one day the maid took out the trash. Everything else was excellent.
4.3
It was ok. Nothing special, nothing terrible.
4.3
Small hotel but located close to shopping and restaurants. Could stand to update pillows but otherwise a great stay
4.3
Very quiet and friendly place for my parents to be here. I would highly recommend to anyone.
4.3
The stay was good. We stayed for two nights. The housekeeping after our first night was poor. They didn’t empty trash cans, didn’t do any pickup of things. They made the bed and did take care of a maintenance issue that we had. The chair in the room had stains and I cleaned those off.
The breakfast was very good.

We are visitors to this hotel a couple of times a year and always enjoy the cleanliness, friendly staff, and location. Highly recommend, great value for the price.
4.3
Friendly staff, adequate breakfast, clean rooms.
4.3
We had a king bedroom suite to accommodate 3 people. The room was quite compact and smaller than I had expected; the hide a bed was definitely only for 1 person. The room was smaller than an Embassy Suites room that I have stayed experienced in the past. Small refrigerator and microwave present, but no safe for valuables. The bathroom was good with a stall shower and toilet away from the sink and shower. Breakfast was very good and better than most with hot scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, cereals, hard boiled eggs, fruit, condiments to add, juices, bread, muffins and bagels and coffee. Our 4 night stay over the holidays (some limited housekeeping services) was ultimately good, it would have been desirable to have a larger suite with more privacy between the king bed area and the sofa bed.

First time stay and it was great. No complaints. :)

I was disappointed there was not a hair dryer
