Yvette at the front desk made us feel welcomed. Keep her as long as you can! Every place was clean and inviting. The room was immaculate and the central dining, rest, tv area was a very nice touch. Would stay here again.

My kids and i love this hotel i would visit this hotel again. It is really kids friendly my kids love the pool we spend hours in the pool. This hotel is nice and clean and it smell amazing the guess bathroom in the lobby was clean and smell nice. All of the staff was so nice and friendly.

Outgoing and friendly desk services agent Yvette, checked us in. It was such a quick easy experience after our long, long, long, trip, with a delightful surprise “welcome to the Hampton Inn care package”. Nice gesture, It included water and cookie. Property clean, updated, quiet and safe. Breakfast had many choices, western omelet, yogurt, oatmeal, cold cereals, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit bowl, breads, bagels, danish, apples and bananas but disappointingly sign read …. “no waffles today” !!! The friendly staff with their southern charm was a bonus, so pleasant and helpful. This place is a sure guarantee for a nice relaxing, safe, friendly and enjoyable experience. The facility was dated. It had a mildewed scent like mold may have been present. The temperature remained extremely cold causing me to increase the thermostat to 80 degrees. The bed was very comfortable which the best feature of my stay.

Staff was outstanding! Parking was easy. Super sad the waffle maker was broken. The AC on the floors upstairs were not on and they had fans everywhere but the AC in the rooms were amazing! Ice machines were top notch as well!

This was an ok hotel. Evening Staff Attendant was very friendly and helpful , day attendant did not even address. Breakfast food choices was just ok.

Our visit started off great with a very pleasant lady to greet is and check us in. It was a very comfortable visit; nothing to complain about.

Probably won’t return.

Everything was perfect except , that look was closed and the elevators need Maintance they’re pretty scary

As soon as we walked in we were met with a huge smile and big hello by Yvette! She made us feel comfortable and worked to accommodate our stay. Other staff members were also friendly. Will stay here again next trip to the Eastern Shore!

My only compliant was smell in room. Room had a strong musty smell. Hotel was full so couldn’t switch rooms.

The staff were super friendly and kind. The property was clean and well cared for. Our beds were super comfy and we got a great nights sleep. We also enjoyed a dip in the pool at the end of our day.

The staff was friendly and engaging. They were very helpful with suggestions for things like activities and dining in the area. When asked, they always cheerfully responded.

I’ve stayed at this property at least once a year since it opened. The rooms are very spacious and the breakfast has a great selection. They were having computer problems upon check in. It too a very long time to get a room. The refrigerator’s seal in the room was defective. Not my best stay at this property.

The hotel is very old and not maintained. bathtub is stained. toilet is stained.

We have stayed here on our travels several times. Clean rooms, friendly staff and just an overall good experience.

We would have liked an extra trash can. Shower door doesn't slide. Who painted the bathroom? The ceiling seam was poorly done. Dabs of paint on the wallpaper took away from the appearance. I expected a little better from the name Hampton Inn and the rate paid for the lodging. We liked the 11 o'clock check out.

At check in computer system was down which is understandable. We had no fridge, microwave in room and tv did not get espn but 2 other rooms in our group had all. When asked about it front desk clerk said he couldn’t help cause we booked through third party (Expedia) Would never stay here again

Handicap room was not handicap set up. Shower had rails but toilet was low and had no hand rail for my husband to get up which was very difficult. If we hadn't already paid for the room we would have left.

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Checking in was a breeze. Our room was clean but there was what appeared to be a poop stain on the carpet. Also the pillows on the bed were not very supportive.

Room was available on shot notice. Accommodations were very nice, breakfast included. Friendly and professional staff.
