We stayed at this hotel for just one night, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The bed was clean, warm, and super comfortable, which made for a great night’s rest. The bathroom was spotless, though the door was a bit oversized for the space—nothing major, but you had to close it to comfortably use the sink. Breakfast was a highlight! The lady managing the area was fantastic—very attentive and quick to refill items, so nothing ever ran out. The food was fresh and delicious, which was a great way to start the day. The only hiccup we had wasn’t entirely the hotel’s fault. The TV randomly switched to AirPlay mode in the middle of the night, and the remote provided couldn’t fix it. I tried resetting the TV, but since the remote didn’t match the model, it wasn’t much help. I could’ve gone to the front desk, but at 2 a.m., sleep was a bigger priority. All in all, a good stay, and I’d return!

Great nights stay to see the Festival of Lights and a High School football game in Natchitoches. Hotel is conveniently located right off of I-49. Facility was clean. Staff was courteous. Breakfast had more to offer than a typical continental breakfast. Our room was well maintained. Honestly it was a lot better than expected. Would stay again. The main negative was a very narrow parking lot out front. There might be more parking in the back.

I paid pet fee at desk $60 cash for my sister’s dog. A week later they charged my bank $60 twice. I never gave them my card. I had stayed there last year and they just decided to help themselves to my bank account. I paid Serisa when I checked in. She apparently stole my cash so they charged my card I used last year twice. Shelia the manager refused to help at all and had all day to look at camera footage in lobby. She also refused to give me her bosses name or any contact info. Not even an email. I never even used my card at the motel. I booked at hotels.com

room was nice and clean - bed and pillows is very comfortable sheets appeared, clean, and pristine white. AC worked amazing- Nice large refrigerator, large TV with a microwave as well which is a wonderful amenity. Breakfast was OK. I did enjoy the cereal, selection and the coffee creamer selection. Staff very friendly. The lady that checked me in on night of 08/15 was very friendly and the breakfast attendant was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Ok hotel. The night we stayed there was no cable so no tv. Pipes made noise all night and our sink gurgled. We chose the hotel because we were traveling with our dog so their $30 pet fee was a plus. Room also was musty smelling and had stains on the ceiling.

The location was very convenient for all our needs. My husband & family said the breakfast was good. There's a DOG that lives in the hotel. There were dirty socks under the bathroom sink. Dusty. They never made up our beds. The front desk manager (white female) very rude. I was trying to check out on Monday, waited for someone to appear for over 8 minutes. I went back to room & called and called, no answer. I finally call the main hotel number and someone answered and said they would be right there.

I had trouble finding the hotel due the heavy road construction. After driving through gas stations parking lots, fast food parking lots, and a hotel parking lot, i was able to finally reach my destination. The staff was very friendly and welcoming upon my arrival. The front desk clerk also made sure everything was okay with my room after i checked in.

We arrived at check in time and had to wait for our room to be ready for about 15 minutes. They were not busy so it was surprising that we had to wait extra time. The bedroom was nice and bed was comfy. Hot water in the shower took a long time to heat up, I finished my shower before it actually got hot. All around it was ok but most likely won’t stay at this location at again.

You can tell it’s been renovated, the bathroom was clean but needs to be throughly cleaned. There was mold in our air conditioner on the vents. The ice machine didn’t work on the 2 floor. The bed is a medium hard, it’s comfy but lil hard. Overall rating probably a 5/10.

Hotel and room were clean, great breakfast as usual for BW. My only 2 complaints were: The beds were so hard and uncomfortable. The pool was closed. I booked this hotel because it had a pool, my whole family was looking forward to spending time hanging out by the pool all weekend. We check in, change into our bathing suits, only for it to be closed the whole time we’re there. I contacted Expedia, who was extremely helpful trying to cancel my stay, but BW would only cancel my Saturday reservation, not Friday. I’ll definitely think twice before staying with any BW again.
