There was an event going on this day and staff allowed smoking marijuana all out front by the entrance, loud music and heavy traffic until late and elevators smelled like marijuana constantly with crowds in the lobby. Rooms were clean..

Told them the price was to high would find cheaper place after they told me price advertised on line was unavailable they went ahead and ran it through my credit card anyway without informing me at high price called holiday Inn they said they would cancel room because probably price was to high Also contacted Capital one they are monitoring the card.

My family and I traveled to Ohio for my aunt's funeral. I booked an ADA room. Called the hotel directly twice to confirm this. ADA room with walk/sit in shower/tub. We arrived after an 11 hour journey. The hotel did NOT have any ADA room available, they gave it away to someone who checked in before us. They placed my mother in a non complaint ADA room. She was unable to shower and I had to go purchase a toilet riser. The next day, the hotel was able to put her in a regular ADA room. Beds for all of us are very worn out. My 125 niece even sank to the bottom. The hotel allows "pool parties" All night, even after calling, the kids ran up and down the hallway. They were very loud. The hotel even allows weed vaping which stunk up the hallways and elevators. Horrible experience! Will NEVER stay at this hotel again!

The room was very clean, although outdated. The area is so so. My biggest issue is that they have still not refunded my deposit after staying a week ago. I only charged $7.25 to it, and I can see they charged my card $7.25, but still have not given me my $100 back.

The hotel was clean, they could use new mattresses. Staff was very friendly. I did notice when I returned home that there was a 107.00 charge to my card. Since I paid through Expedia, there should have been none from the hotel. But, I called and they could not tell what the charge was for and he removed all but 7. I was not going fight over 7 dollars. But make sure you check you cards.

I liked that ir was quiet. The hotel sits bacj from the main road so you dont there all the traffic. Like the free breakfast selection and the fact that there was plenty of food 10

Transportation to the airport was mainly what I needed, and that's what I got. That's all I got. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. The front desk clerk was nowhere to be found when I wanted to check in, then she handed me a paper and mumbled something and pointed at places for me to sign. It was probably the most uncomfortable, both lodging and personnel, that I have ever been in a Holiday Inn Express
