It’s the second time I stayed there and it’s always perfect! Anthi is great, always ready to help. Restaurant/bar staff also super friendly. They always make me feel welcome there (: on the last day of the stay, we had an early flight and we couldn’t get breakfast so Anthi prepared a few things for us and left everything in our room on the evening before so we could get some food before going to the airport. Highly recommended! Will definitely be back

Amazing stay! The staff were all wonderful and our room was even better than expected. Tons of space, immaculate, great AC and shower, and a beautiful balcony. Can't recommend this property enough. They will take care of everything you need!

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always available and thus working long hours. Good coffee. Aircon worked, always hot water (which is not always the case in Greece), rooms very clean. Ask/book a room higher up, the ground floor rooms are basement level and have a view of a wall. The pool is nice but not enough sunloungers, there is space for more even with social distancing. The beachfront location is perfect, good, attentive service always with a smile. We booked a hire car through the hotel, and it was awful, old, full of dents, central locking didnt work, filthy inside and out, dodgy clutch. Do not get a car from fast and furious! Not the hotels fault but it was their recommendation. Enjoyable stay with lovely staff

Right across the road from beach. Hotel was just a part of a bigger business, where beach service and restaurant seemed to be the most important business for the workers. It was hard to get in touch with the hotel beforehand, no email-adress and, we couldnt reach the hotel on phone, but we understood why when we came there. The hotelworker also worked in the restaurant, leaving the reseption without anyone answering the phone. The beach service was the same all over Perissa. Even better other places. Daily cleaning, but it was a little chalk on the sink and in the shower that wasnt removed. The room seemed/smelled(?) a bit old, but it wasnt a problem. Ok wi-fi, like the rest of the island I guess. Not WiFi in the room. The hotel had a nice pool, but we never tried it.

Perissa Bay is extremely accommodating! Our flight was getting in past check in time around midnight, then our flight got delayed & we didn’t end up getting in until 3AM. was nervous we weren’t going to have a place to sleep but was extremely relieved when we arrived to our room ready for us. They’re friendly, have good food, great facility, & across the street from black sand beach. We ended up staying for a whole week!

Even tho we had a down stairs room we thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 2 nights. Beach across the road with sun lounges, great bar and food with friendly service, nice pool and pool area, and ok breakfast. Room for parking. Booked sunset dinner cruise for us. Lots of beachside tavernas of good quality.

My stay at Perissa Bay was really nice. It’s a small and pops hotel on a black sand beach. The staff is awesome and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The hotel is not far from a bus stop that can take you all over the island. There are 2 scooter and atv rental shops near by also. There are a ton of great restaurants and shops about a block down the road. I would definitely stay here again. They also offer a good breakfast in the morning from 8-10 that’s included for free. The rooms are good size and are in good conditions. The pictures on the site are accurate. The only CON of this place is the internet connection and cell phone reception is weak in the rooms and you will need to step outside in order to use them.

This DUMP shouldn’t have a license. Horrible room, filthy and torn sheets and towels, stinky water, rude receptionist, very week WiFi available 10% of the time, filthy breakfast room with nonappealing very limited breakfast food. To make matters worse, our last night was a nightmare when the water turned to a brown sewer type liquid with very punjunt smell. Unless you drop them from your list and reimburse us with the amount we paid, we will be forced to use another sight.

This hotel is a great bang for your buck. There aren’t many others that are right in the beach in Perissa, most people have to walk to the beach. The hotel staff is beyond excellent and make you feel right at home. They will do anything to make sure all your needs are met. The pool was nice and really clean, and the ocean was calm and great for a swim. The restaurant had good food and drinks and they will bring them out to the beach for you. I only have a few negatives and that is the water is pretty salty so brushing your teeth and showering wasn’t the best, and another was that the wifi didn’t reach the rooms so you must sit at the pool or bar to get access, which isn’t a big deal. Over all we had a wonderful stay and did not want to leave. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Perissa

We couldn’t be happier with our stay at Perissa Bay. It was our first time in Santorini and Lucia and her team made our time there unforgettable, we got an amazing upgrade, Lucia made time to explain us what to do and where to go during our stay and helped us get a rental car. The hotel location is great, right by the beach, room was amazing with a beautiful view. We paid euro 5 each for breakfast and it was worth it. 100% recommended!! Great great hotel and ever better staff. Thank you so much! A & M

Hotel is next to the beach but you have to buy drinks from the very expensive bar to use the sun beds. Travelled around Staying in different areas of Santorini and found there are nicer parts of the island.

Santorini is beautiful place on the World. I was happy with my choice for this place in Perissa,because beach is close with plenty restaurants and is no problem borrow car or ATV and driving anywhere on this island.

Located at the quieter end of Perissa Bay. Really good location. Good facilities, pool and beach area with use of sunbeds. Good buffet breakfast and rooms cleaned daily with fresh linen.Staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent value.
