I saw the coffee station dirty a few times. One male staff walked away after seeing me approaching the kitchen area. All I wanted to ask for was water for making coffee. There was none on the table in the hallway. I had a very bad headache and as I stayed in the hotel while dealing with my son’s funeral. The front desk Spanish girl was very nice, pleasant and courteous.

The breakfast was cold and limited. They couldn’t light the fire pit because they “lost the key”. That’s something me and my family went there specifically for and were looking forward to.

I have used Expedia for a long time and need a refund, I did not get the room you advertised and up charged me for the room smelled of musty body odor and pets. I found a disgusting large mucus booger with nose hair right visible on the wall and have the video of it. I used Expedia so much and need this resolved and no one emailed me from front desk as they said I would Melissa and Lovely the night deal reps said they would make sure manager would. Still no response. This was a beyond upsetting.

This is the 3rd review I’m summitting. Everything was great, we loved it and would stay there again. In fact we liked it so much that I just booked a stay for a sister hotel operated by the same company.

We only stayed there for the pool with a baseball team of kids. Pool wasn’t open due to no lifeguard. I’ve never seen a lifeguard at a hotel pool.

Overall our stay was good. Our hotel room was cozy, clean and a good size for a family of three. Having a full size refrigerator, stove & everything that you need to cook (ie. pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, etc.) was really convenient because it allowed us to save money vs having to dine out all the time. One thing that would’ve been nice was the pool to have been heated. It was cold even after we “got used to” the temperature. We would definitely stay at this hotel again, though.

We have stayed here many times over the years and have always been happy/satisfied. This trip was no different. The rooms are comfortable and the staff are helpful and happy. We needed two rooms and the staff eagerly helped us stay close to one another. The breakfast was great and the lifeguard in the pool was a welcome surprise.

It’s a beautiful place. I loved being there, I can’t wait to go back. It was clean, the food was delicious, and the staff was friendly and respectful.

Everything was almost perfect for my stay. Breakfast was good, the gym was nice and the fire pit area was a nice place to sit and unwind at the end of the day. The only thing is the pool is still not ready to be used. We have been using this hotel for about the last 6 months consistantly and the pool has been closed. With the summer approaching this is one commodity i wish was working as we (my family and friends we recommend to stay at the property) look forward to spending time at the pool.

The residence inn is, in all respects, just lovely, with particularly great staff I found. The only drawback, and it’s reflected in the reasonable price, is that it’s pretty much in the middle of nowhere: for example, commuter railroad is a good 30 minute walk, as is nearest supermarket. So, it only really works if you’ve rented a car.
