Did not wipe the numerous piss lines running down the bottom of the toilet, used face cloth in closet, hair behind door in bathroom and hair in sink.

We stayed at the Sleep Inn for 5 days. The location was perfect to see and do everything in Rapid City. Housekeeping is only available on request, but the staff gladly gave us coffee, cups, and towels as needed. We did have them come in one day and clean, which was nice. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was large, but could have used a fan. There also should be a nother bar or a shelf in the tub area. The shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were very nice. I liked having a bar of soap by the sink. Breakfast had a nice variety and the lady who worked there kept it well stocked and clean. We didn't use the pool or hot tub, because it wasn't appealing and the hottub was small. Overall we were very pleased, especially with the location. This is petty, but it bothered me that the lampshades had the seams in the front, not the back. Also there was dust on the back of the bed lamp, and dust on top of the microwave and refrigerator.

Check in was quick, bed was comfortable, but our room could really use a new AC unit. It was so loud, it woke everyone up every time it kicked on all night long. So annoying I was almost thankful we had to check out at 4am for a flight home.

Wouldn't stay again. Staff was nice room ok dirty carpets. Ice machine only on 1st and 3rd floor one not working. Had to use laundry room very dirty trash over flowing in basket. Let staff know day before but never cleaned.

Positives were the friendly staff, walk in shower, clean and comfortable bedding. Negatives were stained carpet in room, noise from other guests, and the area for dogs had trash, broken glass, and dried up grass. Breakfast was subpar with the same thing every day.

We stayed one night on a trip from Montana to Wisconsin. The hotel is clean and inviting. The room was spacious, especially the bathroom. The only thing missing is a bathroom fan to help dissipate the moisture from the shower. The room was also very quiet and restful. Overall, the property could better maintained. During my two night stay, the bathroom toilet never did work properly, even after reporting issue to front desk. I saw some carpet areas not vacuumed as well as they could have been. Interior maintenance was fair. Would I stay there again, probably not. For the price, it could have been better!

Stayed at slewp inns before. Breakfast has sausge eggs biscuits and gravy waffles fresh fruit bagels jiuce yogurt. Rooms were pleasant. Micorwave and fridge were nice. Shower has good water pressure. Beds were ok. Would stay again.

After readinf reviews about bed bugs, blood, and trash in bed, we called to cancel our reservation. We were given the run around from both the hotel and Expedia. We requested a one time courtesy refund without penalty. Both the hotel and Expedia said it was up to the other party and that they would speak with them and help us out, both atated that the "other" party was not willing to provide a refund. We just found a better, more reliable hotel. Thank goodness.
