Our first-place choice to stay while visiting son who lives nearby. The only draw back is the entrance to the property which is a “bit funky”. Clean, comfortable, breakfast satisfactory and overall location is convenient. Pretty quiet considering that it’s on Savanah Highway.

First I’m trying to straighten our double room charges, the our room smelled like smoky musk. The room walls looked beat up and then a quick fix. The a/c was either freezing cold or warm. The breakfast was not real good( beige sausage, strange scrambled eggs, big pot of oatmeal and another of grits. Basic bread assortment. Coffee was ok. Work out room was basic and small. Pool was under construction. The 2 positives are Jamal at the front desk was very nice and Swig and Swine ( great food) was only a couple of miles away. Oh parking was good also.

Cable went out on second day of my stay and was still out when we checked out the next morning. This is seems to be a common theme with this location. The cable was out when I stayed last month as well.

The first lady at the desk as we entered was cold, but adequate. Later lady was friendly. It was a typical 3 star hotel. I would definitely stay again. Great location to visit Charleston.

Very clean. Would benefit from a non skid mat in shower. Parking was tight. Breakfast was uninspiring and starting around 8:50a no effort was made to refill or refresh. I would stay stay again

Indoor pool was nice for the kids but quite dirty. No housekeeping the entire 4 day stay. Had to pick up towels at desk. Breakfast was good and a convenience. Staff was ok. Price was good.

Very clean spacious newer room about 10 minutes from downtown and most activities and parking was sufficient. The pool was indoor but didn’t look clean so we never swam and with a three year old that loves the water it was disappointing since that’s one reason we chose this property. Thankfully the rest of the hotel was good.

This was a family vacation. It was just okay the rooms bathtub and sink were backed up and we had to call the front desk to fix the problem however all the rooms were book so they brought up something to pour down the drain. Also it was mold in the ice coffee machine at the front desk. My son did enjoy the pool and breakfast.

We reserved 4 rooms for 13 people and we all felt comfortable and satisfied with the accommodations. The sraff were very helpful and professional. Conveniently located within short distance to downtown historical Charleston and boat tours.

Pool was very dirty. In unit: Shower area needed some fixing—dirty, was partially repainted, tp roll falling off the wall on one side, caulking needed behind door.

This was a really nice hotel, plenty of room for 3 ladies attending a week-end meeting. Only bad part was they did not hold the handicap room we requested, so it was a little difficult for 1 of the older ladies in a walker.

Our stay at Comfort Suites was great! As a group of women it’s hard to find places that really feel safe. The sliding doors locked after a certain time and you could only use your key to get in which made everyone feel safer. It was a great room at a great price!

I had seen mixed reviews but this property was great. The staff was attentive and the room was huge. It was clean and the water pressure was great. It was conveniently located to downtown and the beaches!

The hotel was clean and in a good location for us because my daughter was having a cardiac procedure at MUSC. The paper they gave me on check-in said to call the desk if I needed service in the room, they do not do daily housekeeping. So I call for towels and to have trash removed, I was told to come to the front desk for towels and leave dirty towels and trash in hallway. I went daily for towels and twice for trash bags and toilet paper during my 5 day stay. Other than that inconvenience I would stay there again when traveling for non-vacation trips.

Everything in the room was clean and well maintained. Our only problem was the tv remote and how the input couldn’t be changed, a master remote is needed. We also noticed that our room’s phone was not plugged into the wall. A rather scary

The staff was courteous, friendly, and professional. Jamal did an excellent job when checking me in. Each day I was greeted with a smile from a different staffer. The warm chocolate chip cookies added a touch of hospitality. The room was nice and clean. I definitely will be staying again.

One of my favorite hotel stays! Staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel was clean and in a great location. Our room was cozy, very clean, and had very comfortable beds. The daily breakfast was excellent too. I highly recommend this hotel!
