We loved it! It right in the middle of places to eat, places to shop, and right by the freeway to jump on head to mall of america. Very convenient location, will stay again.

We love this hotel. We've been staying there for 5 years now and it's great. The only thing I would suggest is to bring your own pillow. The pillows they have on their beds are not very good. Minor detail but it will save you a sore neck in the morning. Otherwise, 5 stars

Hotel is situated close to restaurants and a major thoroughfare so travel is easy. Very comfortable and quiet. Had a group of cousins together and had several rooms. The kitchen is great. Fridge size is awesome! Had no interaction with hotel staff

Our stay was amazing - Homewood Suites by Hilton St. Louis Park at West End will now be our hotel of choice when we travel to Minneapolis. The customer service exemplified the epitome of professional service - it was refreshing to see that level of service!

Arrived earlier than expected and my room was still ready. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Breakfast changed every day so there was great variety. Pool is indoors and there is no patio.

As a touring party in the music industry, we stay in hotels on a daily basis. The help and service provided by Manager Megan Wright and her team was second to none She personally arranged parking for our tour bus to be allocated and coned off as well as being super helpful all round. Nice rooms and great staff….definitely a hotel I would recommend after 38 yrs as a Tour Manager.

This suite was nice. Everything was clean and in good order. The breakfast buffet was average to slightly above average. I got the impression of the staff would do more if they had the tools, permission or funding. The staff was great. Every single person that we talked to was a pleasure. The 2 gentleman at the front when we checked in should give classes on customer interaction.

Nice location and relatively clean. Pool was a little cold and there is no sound dampening so with a few families in there, it’s almost deafening. Breakfast selection was great!

I’ve stay here previously and enjoyed my stay, but this time was not so good. Construction on the roof was very loud and I was on the 7th floor right under it. Dirty dishes with food on them in the cabinet. Idk if I’ll be returning.

Great location and close to shopping area. It is just a 20 minute drive to mall of america. Room was clean and comfortable. Would probably stay at the same place on my next trip to Minnesota

You use too much air freshener in your rooms! It makes it very hard to breathe and is really obnoxious. Great layout and pretty quiet. Front desk staff was great and breakfast staff on Saturday was very welcoming and pleasant.

Quick drive into Minneapolis. Feels very safe and grocery, restaurants, and shopping are all very close. Can even walk to. The lady at the front desk was very nice and gave good instructions. The hotel is very clean and comfortable

Hotel staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating. The hotel location itself was convenient to everything we wanted to do in the Cities. A little tricky to navigate from the highway, but we figured it out with help from Siri.

Staff was very friendly. breakfast could have been hotter. Waffle iron need replacement. The timer was off. They have no certified tornado room. We saw twirling clouds but tornado didn't form. We hid in the hallway.

I had two other folks in my room and we ran out of toilet paper , towels and shampoo first day . We stayed three days. Room only cleaned and serviced every 4 days. Mold on tile in bathroom

Liked the service. Front desk lady was very nice. Did not like the cleanliness thou. There was a red color liquid all over the freezer and fridge when we first walked in but the front desk was quick to come clean it up. Made me a little more pickier during the rest of the stay. Didnt like that there wasn't a hot tub either. And unfortunately the ice machines on two of the floors didnt work but found one that did down on the first floor
