I would like to say this was one of the best CS i have stayed at the workers were all friendly room was spacious (2 queen with pull out couch ) and clean we had towels for all 4 of us which is unusual the fresh lemon water in the lobby was a great refresher the breakfast was one of the best ive ever had at a hotel B&G, waffles, cereal, fruit,yogurt,bagels,muffins,eggs,potatoes, sausage, grits drinks i would stay again if i return to golfport good location!! Also we ate next door at Mr &Mrs Juicy it was great food and drinks !!

Our stay at Comfort Suites, Gulfport was a real disappointment. While the breakfast was decent and the housekeeping staff was wonderful—truly the best part of our stay—the rest left much to be desired. I booked a room that sleeps six people since we had five in our party, but to my surprise, there were only four towels. On the first morning, I asked housekeeping for an extra, and they kindly provided it without issue. But the next day, I went to the front desk to request six towels. I was shocked when the staff responded, "We only provide four towels per room." I explained that we had five guests, but the response didn’t change. Eventually, they agreed to give us five towels, but not before telling me they'd need to verify we had five to exchange. Really? I’m a guest staying in your hotel, yet I’m being treated like I'm lying about needing enough towels. This policy is absurd. If a room is meant to accommodate more than four people, then it should come with enough towels for all guests. It’s that simple. The issues didn’t stop there. The sleeper sofa was incredibly uncomfortable—so worn out that the mattress was nonexistent. We had to buy a twin airbed from Walmart just to give our fifth guest a place to sleep. To top it off, there was no blanket provided for the sofa bed, just sheets. In short, while housekeeping was great, the rest of the experience fell flat. Comfort Suites needs to update their policies and improve the quality of their rooms. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Hotel was okay. Didnt like that fact they only gave 4 towels and if you need more you need to bring the dirty ones. That was a major inconvenience expecially when you have kids. Breakfast was okay. Bagels were hard. Staff at the front were nice and friendly. The cook was friendly and helpful. Overally i give it a okay stay. Pillows were small. Probably will never come back to this hotel again when passing through.

Floor was wet by the air condition by the bed so you had to crawl on the bed to not get your feet wet. Come to find out the pool was closed due to water dripping from the ceiling. Asked front desk at 645 if we can have the cereal provided because we had to leave for a game and I was told it opens at 7. I asked if we can have dry cereal so my kid had something to eat. He had to ask a supervisor who had to ask another supervisor to give my son permission to have the cereal we saw in the container. I am not sure why this event became so difficult. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable so we didn't sleep well and we were sore in the morning. We won't be going back.

Great for the price & length of stay. The room was very clean. We had everything we needed. The breakfast was great & had various things to choose from. The indoor pool was very small & somewhat crowded during our stay. Also there was a deposit that had to be paid at check in time that was not mentioned when the room was booked. However…it was refunded immediately after the room was check upon checkout. Overall it was a great stay.

Staff accused us of smoking in room. Kept deposit, we did not smoke in the room We don't smoke in our home or our vehicles And we don't disrespect other places . We will not stay here again!! The room we stayed in had a moldy smell to it like nasty carpet, fridge was frozen over!!

The only issue I would say was the swimming pool (indoor) felt like a sauna and when I mentioned that to the front desk CSR and the reply was "She will inform the service tech but they weren't to report until after 3pm. The pool is open until 10pm so my thoughts were, if the Service Team had other priority jobs to tend to before the pool area that meant I would not have been able to use the pool because of my checkout time the following morning. So you're paying for a service that you're not able to use which I think at reserving a room or checking in you should ask the questions what all amenities are working and if they're not working when will they be up and running and if they're not then to give a discount for the customers to stay there without having to use all the amenities.

Check in was easy and our room clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was the pool. It was indoors but very small. The water had a green tinge and was cloudy. The lady at the front desk said it was because it was a salt water pool. That made no sense and we did not venture into the pool. Overall a comfortable place to stay.

Cordial and witty. The front desk clerk gave me a smile after an 11 hour wait for a flight that was then cancelled. The rooms are spotless, all "suites" with couch and comfortable bed with huge tv. Bathrooms are larger than normal and the width of the "hall" in the room as well as the bright lighting reinforced the sense of space , security and cleanliness The water with lemon was still cold at 2am. Breakfast was ample and selection/variety to please all. Close to airport, slightly hidden but well worth the price

I liked the stay a lot, but had a very noisy and inconsiderate occupant above us ugh! I dont know if it was kids or adults, but they should choose the 1st floor wherever they go. I liked the stay a lot, but due to the noise level I heard above me I wouldn't book there again. Great staff and treatment, but I've never heard noise that loud above me in all my years of booking rooms.

The gentleman working the front desk overnight was superb. He was so accommodating and friendly. He gave us helpful information when we checked in pretty late at night. The whole building smelled so clean, it was refreshing as we travel a lot and have been in some not so pleasant smelling places. The woman behind the desk at checkout was really nice too. I'm not sure we encountered a single person there that was not going above and beyond at all times. Definitely recommend this location. We were very impressed.

I chose Comfort Suites because I am a person who gravitates towards what I know and I was not disappointed. I had never stayed in Gulfport but Sharon and her staff made me feel like I was at home. The property was central to everything I had planned to do. The Outlet Mall was a block or two over. The smoke free casino Beach View was a straight shot down the road. The Gulfport beach was two turns and your there! Plus you had your neighborhood Walmart a couple of blocks down the road and a variety of restaurants to chose from in the area. The only issue I ran into was the construction at the Main entrance but I didn't hold that against the hotel. It would have been nice to know that somewhere on the website. That way if you are not familiar with the area you can plan accordingly and not panic concerning lane changes, lane closings and dodging orange barrels. Overall I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for "Home away from Home"! Sharon and her staff will provide you with a smooth check in/out, timely help with any issues with your room, knowledge about the area, all with a smile on their faces. I will definitely be back!

I arrived at the hotel at 2:58 pm to begin the check-in. The front desk personnel Ty informed me that my room was not ready and there were no king rooms available. I informed her that my room was booked the day before. She replied that the hotel's policy is that check-in a three does not mean you can check in at three. She also proceeded to tell me that i was on a waiting list with other guest. She did not know when my room would be ready. I was told to use the hotel lobby restroom to get ready for my event. The lobby restroom was dirty no paper towels, soap, or tissue. After getting dressed. I went to the desk to ask was the room ready she told me no. I told her when i would be back she told me the room might be ready. I will never return here i had to book another room at another property.

The service was quick and easy but the bathroom had black mold all over the ceiling and the tub. The pool area smelled so bad I gagged when I walked in there.
