Prebooked Floral extravaganza which was stunning and well admired by my wife who is a florist. Service phenomenal and so helpful. Very friendly. Breakfast was fantastic. All round 5 stars

If you are looking for a decadent first class experience in Copenhagen especially if you want to visit Tivoli gardens I highly recommend the Nimb. 5 star service and fantastic location plus free Tivoli ride passes!

Too noise and over priced.

We loved everything about this hotel! It was lovely and upscale and comfortable and luxurious. The location was perfection! And the staff was amazing! We highly recommend and will definitely be back. Free access to Tivoli was a plus!

As the say in competitive outdoor cycling when they speak about how difficult the mountains in the Pyrenees are, the Nimb Hotel earns the rating of “Beyond Category”! On a scale of 1 to 5, it earns a “6”!!
Hard to know where to start. Perhaps with the breakfast, which was extravagant and just delicious — you know you have landed well when they serve you Mariage Frères tea in a fine Danish China teapot.
My room (#8) which was so spacious and had a fabulous view of the garden, was spotless and had a working fireplace, and was among the top hotel rooms I have enjoyed in my more than 50 years of travel all over the world.
The staff was tremendously friendly and so ably led by the Cornell School of Hotel Management educated, Maria Oldenbjerg. She was wonderfully outgoing and engaging. Seldom does one ever encounter a Hotel Director who takes such a genuine interest in her clients. Fantastic.
When you are looking for a genuine treat and a hotel stay you will remember as long as you live, book at the Nimb. You will not regret it for one second.

The setting of the hotel with rooms overlooking the Tivoli Gardens is exceptional=, but being located opposite the railway station is not a desirable location. Only a minimal space has been allocated to the hotel lobby which is less than what is expected for a hotel inthis price range. The savinf grace was that we had a beautiful room. Cleanliness of the hotel is not at the expected standard. The concierge service is effectively non-existent, providing inaccurate information when asked for advice, and apparently not aware what serviices a hotel concierge is supposed to provide. with their idea of booking a table at an overbooked restaurant to go on the restaurant's website and put you on the online waiting list. We had unsuccessfully tried to get a table at NOMA prior to arriving at Copenhagen and asked the hotel concierge to try to book a table for us. All they did was to go on the restaurant's website and put you on the online waiting list. Ironically my husband did exeactly the same on the day we arrive in Copenhagen. AIt was amusing that NOMA did not give us a table from the waiting list reservation that the concierge had made, but did give a table to my husband.

Love the hotel so much! All staff are very nice and very helpful. The hotel and the room so beautiful, it’s connected to Tivoli garden, lots of restaurants surrounding the garden and the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely we will be staying in Nimb Hotel again when we are in Copenhagen.

Really close to the train from the airport. Hotel includes admission to Tivoli and free rides which unfortunately we weren’t able to use as we were there too short a time.

It is a very beautiful hotel building including a nice restaurant and pool with great views into Tivoli gardens. I also liked the free convenient access into Tivoli. However, there were disappointments during our stay. Upon entry into our room, there was a large hair found on the pillow and an empty trash potato chip bag in the armoire, which made the room feel not clean. There wasn’t any conditioner available in the shower. The room faced the train station, and we could hear people talking loudly on the street all night. There was also loud annoying dance music until 1:30am, which did not allow me to sleep. (I called the receptionist to report the loud music, and at least they gave me a nice goodie bag the next day to try to make up for the inconvenience.) I asked the staff specifically about fireworks in Tivoli, and asked the start time. They said fireworks started at 10pm. We waited ALL DAY until 10pm for the fireworks, and were very disappointed that there were no fireworks. Apparently, the fireworks are only in the summer time. When leaving our hotel, the staff member wasn’t polite and didn’t help us with most of our luggage into the Taxi. My 74 year old disabled mother had to load her own heavy luggage. I expected better service and quality, especially at the high prices charged for this hotel.

They really hosted you as if you were a guest in their home. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Every single person i interacted with went above and beyond.

Great stay here for a few days with extremely welcoming staff found in all areas of the hotel. I must call out the breakfast waiters as they were always very cheerful and happy first thing.
The location is excellent and enabled a great visit to Copenhagen.

Nimb gave us personal service from the beginning- it’s a boutique hotel and they made us feel special from offering us coffee, to escorting us to our rooms. The property is lovely with views of the gardens outside and antiques everywhere. Everyone was kind and helpful and we had an incredibly delicious lunch in the restaurant! You won’t go wrong with this sweet hotel!

Such a beautiful boutique hotel! I highly recommend this place. Plus, free entrance into the Tivoli Gardens is a plus!

I’m not sure what rating to give the hotel. Many aspects were excellent but a few were very disappointing. The staff were the highlight of the hotel. Every person we interacted with from front desk, the spa and breakfast restaurant were amazing friendly. The hotel breakfast was wonderful. Lots of options and all delicious. The spa is very nice!
The negatives, 2 of the 3 nights we stayed had a rock concert playing. One night from 10pm-11:30pm. It was LOUD! I tried sleeping with ear plugs and pillows over my head. My husband, who does business in US, had to take his business call in our bathroom. The second night was a biggest hits concert from 9pm-10:30pm and fireworks from 11:30pm-12pm. Having a peaceful nights sleep was IMPOSSIBLE. None of this was mentioned on the website, nor when we booked the hotel. The first time we were told about concerts was at checkin. When paying over $900 per night this is really unacceptable.
Another downside was the bathroom. Our shower leaked onto the floor soaking a towel or rug every single time. It was the design not a clogged drain. Cleaning up water on the floor of the bathroom isn’t luxurious.
Lastly the room was lacking. It didn’t feel luxurious or well thought out. We didn’t have drawers for clothing and no place to put a luggage rack. Poorly designed.
We did mention the loud concerts and our leaking shower to the front desk. They brought us some extra towels and offered apologies. Unfortunately we would not return or recommend.

Beautiful location in/at Tivoli gardens. Beautiful hotel an decoration. Extremely friendly staff. But,….location on street side (rooms 38) is terrible due to noisy location (no sound insulation). This seriously hampers a good night rest and this makes the price-quality balance wrong. Early (false) evacuation alarm at 07:30 can happen, but a small gesture (cup of coffee?) or personal note from hotel manager would have been considerate. Parking fee of 85 (!!) euros is prohibitive.

It was the most amazing, welcoming, luxury, beautiful, and delicious stay! I will definitely be back! And i would recommend this hotel 5 star! The staff are so friendly and accommodating we felt right at home. The hotel is so beautiful and the room was the best! We got a one bedroom suite and it was perfect. It had absolutely everything! My wife and i already miss it and we cant wait to be back

This is a stay of a lifetime hotel- if you are looking for somewhere special and can afford to stay here I would heartily recommend - the staff are very friendly and the access to tivoli is an awesome extra - thought we would only stay this once but is back on our list for the future as it was so lovely.

The staff were all friendly, highly trained and were excellent. The location in the Tivoli gardens is brilliant, fireworks from the roof terrace on Saturdays, Friday night concerts, light shows, marching bands.etc

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, we could even watch Tivoli entertainment from our room! Relaxing mornings on the terrace for breakfast were so enjoyable and we loved the rooftop pool for cooling off in the heatwave! Super helpful staff, they even set up our sticks & sushi dinner for our late arrival back from Legoland. Would love to stay again :)
6.0
Although the room itself was lovely and most of the staff were too(just one waitress who commented how quickly we were drinking our wine at dinner!) the noise that comes from the Tivoli park is immense. As it’s open till 11pm it’s not ideal for those of us who want to sleep before then.
IMHO well over-priced for what you get
