This was our first trip to Goa, India and Beleza did not disappoint. After booking on Expedia we contacted the hotel's reservations team to request a taxi from the airport to the hotel. It was roughly £16 one way and about a 45 minute drive. We were blown away when we stepped out of the taxi into the hotel entrance - it immediately gives you tropical holiday vibes! We were presented with a drink whilst we checked in. We booked the Terrace suite and the room was modern, fresh and very clean - the tub on the terrace was also a lovely treat. There were repairs to the neighbouring roof during the day but we were out of the room most times during the day so it didn't bother us. One evening they worked late and a quick call to reception to notify them of the inconvenience (the workers could see directly into our terrace) and they were gone within minutes. There are two restaurants on site, with the Najare on the beach offering evening entertainment some nights. Paddy's Bar and the pool is where my husband and I spent most of our time and we loved it! Leander and Sandroy at Paddy's Bar were amazing. So kind, friendly and attentive - they really made our stay wonderful. The pool area was beautiful, plenty of towels and loungers unlike some of the other reviews. The reception team (Ezekiel and Jason) were also pretty great, going to great lengths to help me get medication when I wasn't feeling well. We were so happy with our stay at Beleza. Thank you everyone! We will defo come again

Easy check in, nice room but disappointing terrace as it was covered so no good for sunbathing also reroofing going on next to it so often workmen on the roof. Good food and drink options. The hotel was popular with families There were activities for children but not much for adults- would have liked aquarobics or Pilates . Luckily the weather was nice as there wouldn’t be much to do if it wasn’t

Staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was excellent and rooms very big. i think there needs to be a clear sign for the adult pool that this is a quiet area not just an adult pool

This property is old. A lot of upgrade needs to be done for it to get the review that it has so far. Staff was wonderful, food was good but the facilities need to be improved especially the bedrooms.

Stay was great. Room was fabulous. I will definitely be a repeat client in the terrace suite. The hotel was very accommodating in our room service food requirements. to short a trip, but i will try and come back for longer. It was a random blind pick, but happy it was a great choice.

It was a great property and had good spacious rooms and a nice big bathroom. The food was great and the direct beach access was the best. It was well maintained and the spa also was well done. However we expect more of oils to be used in Ayurveda for a better experiene. I dint like the fact that when you have so many rooms your reception has only one person at a time. The person was handling almost everything from guests checking in to checking out and all billing and reception calls. I request the management to have two people at all times a it is too exhausting for the person who was there. The spa also had mentioned of some relaxation welcome drink and I dint get one. Otherwise we loved the stay and was great !

Check in proffesional, lobby nice.Ealry check in room ready, room upgraded to Junior suite, vety kind of reception staff. Room beautiful and comfy. View of pool from room balcony and middle of resort. Bathroom great. Food room service okay not up to scratch but food at beach bar which is 4 minute walking distance from resort , food great and higher standard. Pool fun, very nice even with light rain. Light coffee and thatched roof relax setting, coffee, pool table next to pool. Sraff proffesional and nice. Good place to stay 4 resort only, beach borring but lovely relaxed view from beach bar while eating quality wood fired pizza & bloody nary cocktails. Flat tyre while leaving staff helped to change to make my journey. Please come again.

Total show off ....they will try to charge you for ice also..... property is maintained properly but apart from that..be ready to pay for everything else. After paying a hefty amount for one day stay, they will charge you for pool table also. You need to keep on calling for room service ...pathetic 4 star experience.

We enjoyed our stay here - its really close to a lovely beach which was much quieter than the other beach areas we saw (but still had lifeguards) and we had fun swimming in the waves. The restaurant was lovely and the service particularly good there - we had great food at breakfast and in the evening. We liked our room, but thought that the housekeeping could be improved a little given the luxurious resort venue. We found that taxis from the hotel cost more than from the station and were a bit surprised by quite a significant additional charge for an evening transfer. Overall, its a very nice resort for some relaxation time.

Overall a very good place if you are looking for a quite getaway, practically miles away from Goa hustle and bustle, right on the beach. Nice property, competitively priced room and food with helpful staff. Only grievance, reception had been repeatedly slow in attending to requests as I experienced it thrice during my 5 day stay.

The resort is tucked away and private. Good reception, pool, massage, toiletries, and food (a bit pricey with the taxes and service charges). The natural flora is very serene. Everything is hardwood with excellent craftsmanship so no cheap plastic. WiFi went in and out, but the front desk will work to figure out the problem. Better to use hotel beach access (not a private beach tho) because there is a security guard to keep an eye out for you. If you go to the main beach and you are an obvious foreigner like me, be prepared to be followed and stared at. If you want to rent a scooter or car, they can recommend people, but the price is inflated and they will require you to leave an original form of identification or a large returnable deposit. Overall, this is a good place and I would return.
