I could not have my dog at first until he realized he is a service dog and roaches floor are so dirty that has to wash them myself n the bed n pillow had blood on them and the towels had dirt

I don’t normally give bad reviews, but this place was…atrocious. I want to make it known that the man working the front desk was WONDERFUL, KIND, and EFFICIENT…so he is blameless. It was everything ELSE that was terrible. There were stains all over the beds and chairs - they didn’t even smell clean. The water came out a bad color. The shower hardly worked. The T.V. didn’t work AT ALL, and the noise…well, let’s just say they let some drunk guy scream and rap in the parking lot for hours.

It is located near to my interests. I like that the floor was not carpet, but it needed to be mopped. I wouldn’t sit on the loveseat without covering it with a blanket from the trunk of my car

I stayed at this location for one night. While I was not expecting the Ritz Carlton, the room provided fit the need and I did not have any negative experiences while staying here. I did find it odd that the television would turn off when you turned the lights off...and the air conditioning unit was situated above the sink (there was a table I used to turn it on and off), I believe the experience was worth the price. I would stay at this location again, if needed, in the future.

I liked the proximity of the motel as it was close to everything. The staff was very friendly. It was extremely outdated, smelled of smoke ( was supposed to be nonsmoking) & the pool was not in working order.

The location is right in the middle of Heber Springs so conveniently located. The staff was not knowledgeable of the area. The room was clean but the toilet didn’t flush. Apparently other guests had to be relocated, so the room I reserved was not available. I would stay here again, but I hope things will improve before then.

The blanket had a spot of blood on it and the pillows smell bad. Not scrubbed clean, had to clean off toilet seat before using and something smooshed on floor that needed scrubbed not just vaccuumed over.

If you do not mind to pay 85.00 a night for a room that was right out of the 60's era with the only improvement was a flat screen tv, then this room was for you. The room was clean but it was really outdated. I would have not minded to pay around 40.00 per night for this room. The reviews seemed to have come from friends after I got there and looked around. There were no vending machines around, the ice machine was inside and you had to ask the desk for a refill. The bathroom, although functional, was also not updated, clean, but way out of date.

The towels didn't look clean. Had to slam refrigerator door to close. Actual room door would hardly open. Had to wake up the staff in order to get ice and it took several attempts. Very outdated room. Lots of money for not a so great hotel.

The conditions of the rooms are getting worse. The were bugs in the room, a tub faucet that you could not turn off from running, stains in the tub. Worse of all they said they did not have my reservation when I arrived. Instead of getting a king size bed they only had a single queen size bed available at the same rate. Being a holiday weekend all other hotels near by were booked, so I had to take what was offered said the desk clerk who ran the hotel.The stay was very unpleasant.
