For the price we paid (which was extremely reasonable), we got a safe and impeccably clean room to sleep in, located right near the Ionian Sea. We (3 adults) stayed for 1 night before we had to fly home.
Lucia contacted me, via WhatsApp to arrange the time I was arriving and she was there to meet us, as soon as we drive in. There are outer gates to get into the parking. If she is not there to let you in, there is a call button.
I accidentally drove to Hotel Nettuna, which was my fault, as I put that in my map for directions. The front desk staff was great to help me get to Nettuna B&B.
Even with a bit of a language barrier, Lucia explained all of the features of the room, using body language and sound effects. We understood perfectly. She also provided recommendations on where to eat nearby (and we could continue to connect with her through WhatsApp).
The hot afternoon brought her back to our room to offer us a frozen Cornetto. What a nice and sweet gesture!!
It was very reasonably priced in an old city, which came with parking. The apartment building was old, but new inside and very safe.
The friendliness and availability of Lucia, along with the cleanliness of the room, are the reasons why I have rated this place so high.

Very nice newly remodeled room with comfortable beds. It was a little hard to find but Sandra was patient and very friendly and helpful once we got to the room. A good location to walk to the oceanfront and a nice walk/bike path there. Nice to have parking but it is a tight squeeze. Only thing I would suggest is some new towels. They were a bit worn and rough. Would stay again.

It was great stay thanks to very friendly and helpful host, Sandra. The entrance is not easy to find ( and google map took me to the wrong side), but it is located beside the sea and the view from the balcony was great. It looks like a normal apartment from outside but inside is beautifully renovated and very clean. I would definitely come back.

It is a little difficult to find the place because it is located in buildings that are very unattractive to the eye, and nearby is the Netunno Hotel with which you can easily get lost.
The room was clean and with the toiletries in order although not as portrayed in the pictures, our room didn’t have any view and was very dark , the tv just have italian channels which make very complicated if you travel with kids.
The hostess really nice she speaks very little english but enough to deliver some instructions. We stayed just for one night even though we pay for 3 .
Bring your own towels the ones that they provide are clean but too rough.

This place was fantastic. The rooms are impeccable and very comfortable. Free parking is a bonus. The area is very nice although in the outskirts of Catania. Beautiful ocean view. But the best part is Sandra, the host. She is so nice and welcoming you want to stay there forever. We will certainly stay there when in Catania! I already miss Sandra!!

Sicily will surprise you by its falling infrastructure, poverty, and poor maintenance. The owner was very kind and helpful. Everything else is negative. The building is something you’d see in a war zone. The building was the most horrible condition I’ve ever seen as accommodation. The room is clean and recently renovated..I think. You can’t go out unless your partner escorts you out and unlock doors and gate due to 6~7 different keys they give to you. It was one of the most inconvenient and inefficient lodging experiences I’ve ever had. There’s nothing much to do around the B&B. The owner recommended a great seafood restaurant, which we loved and ate there every dinner. Also, they only accept cash and want you to pay the entire amount in full in Euro. So, if you don’t have a large amount of Euro, then you are screwed. The description on Hotels.com states, “The property accepts cash”. It should’ve been stated, “The property accepts ONLY cash and demands full lodging payment at check-in”. I’m going to file a complaint with Hotels.com for inaccurate information, which caused a huge inconvenience as I have to scramble to get cash to pay for the lodging. Wasted a lot of time.

I don't have anything negative to say about my stay at this B&B. Welcoming owners, great room, fantastic view, reserved parking spaces, Wi-Fi worked well ... There was a small problem but it was quickly resolved by the owner in a more than acceptable way. Two thumbs up !! The very minor disappointment was the sat. TV --- all I could find were Italian channels. I only tried to find channels in other languages one evening. Maybe my inability to find other than Italian language channels was due to the bad weather over Catania that evening.

Searching for one night B&B and parking facilities. This place is perfect for that. Close to Beach & restaurant area and 15 min walking distance to downtown catania. Service is great, sleep comfort also. It's in the middle of a residential area.

Wonderful place to stay. Bed was comfortable and Sandra and staff were very friendly and had homemade croissants every morning, just wonderful. Secure facility and good location.

The B&B is near to the sea, and there are some small beaches to swim too, but the main beach is far. It is not located in the city center, so it's not that busy, but there is a small theme park nearby, which is quite noisy in the evenings. Our room was very nice, clean and the windows are soundproof. The staff is amazing and the breakfast is great too. The best place to go nearby is the Giovanni Li Cuti street, where you can find a small beach, good restaurants and the best ice cream place!

Our experience was similar to what others have already written. When we first found the right address, we thought we were in the wrong place. We were standing in front of a large somewhat rundown looking apartment complex. We considered not even staying, but some very nice people at the gatehouse directed us to the correct building and parking area, so we went in and up to the 5 floor. What a surprise when Sandra let us in! The apartment is light and airy, beautifully decorated and Sandra and her sister Lucia, absolutely lovely people, and very helpful in getting us familiar with the area. Our room "Elio" faced the ocean, giving us a nice breeze through the doors, and a wonderful sunrise. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom more than adequate and everything spotlessly clean. We had a nice little balcony, where we were able to watch the water while sipping wine and nibbling local cheese and olives! Breakfast was simple, but included the best croissants I think I have ever had. I wish I could get as good here back home. Added bonus was the free secure parking, and wi-fi access in the room. We had our own keys the the building and apartment and could come and go as we pleased.
Catania was very convenient to visit Taormina and Etna ( about 30 minute drive), and the city itself very nice to walk around and explore. Nettuno is located just down from a major road that made getting in and out of the city very easy.

The only problem you may encounter is that this is a B&B there is a 4 star hotel just around the corner of the same name which can confuse matters when trying to locate your accomodation,Other than that everything else about the place is excelent.

B&B Nettuno is a very clean, modern and reasonably priced B&B. The sisters who run the B&B could not be more helpful or friendly. They provided us with maps of Catania, booklets with info on local attractions and told us which buses to catch - even drawing maps of where to find the bus stops and writing messages to show the driver about where we wanted to go! The room was spotlessly clean and looked newly refurbished - we had a balcony with a sea view. Whilst the building from the outside looks worn, once you are inside the B&B is lovely. We would not hesitate to recommend B&B Nettuno.
