Nothing exceptional, clean, room showed its age and sparsely appointed. Bathroom small, small toilet, close to the floor, but served its purpose ( older Occupants would have trouble rising from the toilet seat). Typical of an adequate, clean and functional room. Give it a c++ to a B-

GREAT PLACE WITH GREAT PEOPLE (Only issue i truly had was the bed was just pretty much the hardest bed I've ever slept on in my life..very VERY OLD old worn out..) Definitely need to update the mattresses!

From the very start of our stay, everything was fantastic. Check in was easy and fast. The room was clean, and the bed was super soft and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfect. I have stayed in my hotels in Eureka. But this by far has been my favorite place to stay. I will stay here everytime I go.

We found staff to be kind and helpful. Our room was clean and felt clean and comfortable. Older hotel but very well maintained inside and out. Had a nice fire pit and pool with wooded area around it. Great location. I do recommend and will stay again.

Eureka Springs was an interesting town. Jeep Jamboree event was happening. Passion Play was wonderful. Travelers Inn fit our needs.

Nice motel, we enjoyed our stay. Sleeping was not the greatest due to all the noise. The room above sounded like people were falling out of bed and marching around whenever they got up during the night. The room next-door furniture kept banging into our wall and waking us up. We enjoyed the pool, they have a little tiny icemaker that was always empty. There was no way for it to make enough for the whole place. Room was clean and the air conditioner worked great!

The hotel was very informative regarding late check in procedures. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. They do need to fix the ice machine though, it’s 95 degrees and tomorrow will be 99 degrees! The area is beautiful with a lot of quaint stores.

I want to write an emphatic thank you to Brad and this establishment for their supreme customer service, friendliness and class. I inadvertently booked this hotel thinking it was in eureka california. I didnt realize my mistake until i mapquested the directions and saw it was in eureka springs arizona. I had planned a fun evening swimming for my grandaughter and we were devastated when we realized my mistake. All the hotels in eureka ca with pools were so expensive. I had received a lovely text from brad who thought i was merely arriving late with a warm welcome and instructions on how to access our room. I texted him back and explained the problem and he said he would try to issue me a refund. He didnt know any details regarding my life, yet his first impulse was kindness. His immediate courteous and helpful response eased the stress of the situation immensely. I received two emails confirming my refund the very next day. Needless to say i cant recommend this establishment enough as im guessing their accommodations match the efficiency courtesy and exceptional customer service i received. If i ever travel to eureka springs you can bet i will book this hotel I will also use hotels.com for future bookings. Bravo kind folks. Bravo! And thank you from the bottom of my heart. Corlynn

We enjoyed our stay. Front desk guy was very helpful and kind. Tons of shops close by. Only down side was the room floor needed a good scrubbing. My son had black feet fairly fast so I used a wet rag and cleaned the panel flooring twice. After that everything was great! Highly recommend!

Very nice clean hotel I was a little disappointed in the breakfast or lack of. Just a couple selections of cereal and some fruit and microwaveable waffles. I was kinda hoping for some scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage but oh well I found a really good place down the street for breakfast

The room was fine. It was in the back of the property facing a wooded area which was peaceful. I could not get the door opened easily. You must push as you turn the key. I didn’t like being in a room that had a connecting room. Those are great for families but not for couples. It had a clean pool area and the rooms were immaculate. Not fancy at all but good value. There are places to eat and a lovely antique store nearby. The prices are right for this place. Rating of wonderful is incorrect on the sight. It is good.

The room was wonderfully clean and comfortable. Finally a hotel room that did not smell when you walked in. My 2 previous hotels had an overpowering industrial type scent as though attempting to smell new or "clean." Brad, the owner, was extremely nice and accommodating. Thank you for making my stay comfortable while dealing with the hardship of my mom's failing health. I'll definitely be back. 🌈🤓 Ron

Exceptionally clean- we had a dog room. You could not tell that any other dogs had stayed in that room. That doesn’t happen any where else. Even though the place is older, the place is well kept. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

We got to the hotel after office hours and the staff had made sure we still got our keys and were able to check in even though they could not reach us. They personally texted directions of how to get our keys and a map to our room. Not the fanciest place but everything was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The TV is too small about a 24 inch.the TV is not a smart TV. Just cable no premium channels The furniture is out of date. The walls are dark brown paneling in a double queen one of the beds is to firm.no breakfast

The hotel was a great value, convenient place to stay, and the man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. It’s just a little off the main area in the center of downtown, but not far with only a short shuttle ride to all the sights. We’ll definitely stay here the next time we visit.

What I did like was the cleanliness, mattress was great and the pool was really nice. What I didn’t like is the room does not have a phone, the tv remote didn’t want to change channels, the ice machine is extremely too small to handle all the rooms is was almost always out of ice and we had to go buy some. The office is not open all night.

Absolutely LOVED our stay here. Super friendly owner, gorgeous pine trees surround the property. Nice and clean swimming pool. Rooms clean with super comfy beds! We had a fantastic 18th anniversary here, and will be sure to return. Highly recommend. ♡

Travelers Inn was a good choice for our stay in Eureka Springs. Check-in was easy and the clerk was helpful in trying to locate specific souvenirs for us. The hotel is showing its age but it was clean and quiet. The beds were way too soft for me but I still managed a good night's sleep. The AC worked well. The shower was good enough though the shower head was a bit low for those over 6' tall. Overall, the room was comfortable and clean and the price made it a good value. The pool was missing a bit of plaster and some tile here and there but it was sheltered by trees and had a deep (9.5') end without a diving board. I think because it was sheltered and deep the water was rather brisk (yea!) even though the afternoon temps were well into the 90s. The water was clean and clear; very refreshing. The property is showing its age but it was quiet where we were and safe. The hotel sits right on a main road. There are three buildings (I think), one side of one building faces the road and may be noisy depending on what is going on in town. The other two buildings are sheltered from road noise and were quiet. The chances of getting a quiet room seem to be really good. All in all, we may seek another place to stay if we visit the area again but we would absolutely stay at Travelers Inn again should the need arise.
