What a wonderful hotel, facilities, and team.
It's so wonderful to see an independent hotel full!
The breakfast spread is great and vast.
We opted for dinner every night available and the 3 courses plus cheese was delicious, fresh, varied and didn't need to be rolled to our rooms but felt full.
The pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and salt room were wonderful to use daily to unwind after the slopes and before dinner.
The location is quiet and just over the bridge from Super Morzine gondola.

I found one member of staff a bit dictatorial about the use of breakfast tables. She wasn't rude but not far off. Other staff were very good. This one person left a bad taste.

Used the hotel for a week skiing holiday for a family of 3x in Morzine.
Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating.
Room was clean and tidy and supplied with a private room safe.
There were plenty of wardrobes but no hooks on the walls to hang damp/wet ski wear which would have been extremely handy to dry clothing out at the end of the day.
The bath towels and bath mats have seen better days and were rather tatty. The bath towels were very small and more like hand towels.
The bath was extremely narrow with no room to bathe properly sitting/lying down without fear of becoming wedged in the bath.
There was no shower curtain or screen, either was there a hook to attach the shower head to so you had to stand and shower holding the shower head above you which was awkward.
We used the restaurant once for an evening meal and the food was good.
Breakfast was basic offering either continental (cold meat, cheese & bread/croissant) or scrambled/boiled egg option.
The hotel offered a steam room, jacuzzi and pool.
Both the pool and jacuzzi were luke warm so we had to go to the sauna afterwards to warm up.

Great locatio, a short walk from the lift and town.

Nice hotel and good location. Very friendly staff, organised for me vegetarian food.

Clean, quiet and well located. Lacking a little in après ski atmosphere but easy to walk in to town for that.

Stayed 4 nights for a ski trip. Very local to What we required e.g. super morzine lift and just across the bridge to town. The bridge was a bit of a surprise not keen on heights so this was a feat on its own let alone the movement when it's busy but was short enough to get across. The hotel was great pool sauna hot tub, we had 2 singles which were a bit short for me 6ft 1in and had a bath with shower attachment would have preferred just a shower but was all very clean and acceptable. Breakfast was standard and nice and dinner was ok 4 courses. But found the cost of drinks wine etc very expensive. Overall great stay loved the hotel would definitely recommend.

Great hotel with lovely staff. Food surpassed expectations. Was quite quiet in the evenings. Great location for Super Morzine lifts to Avoriaz side for skiing, and 10min walk into Morzine. Would definitely recommend this hotel

We had a lovely weekend break at Hotel Alpina - the service was fantastic (including ironing shirts at short notice, a free drink while we waited for our room despite being earlier than check in time), lovely comfy room with great views from the balcony. Overall a perfect stay!

We stayed at the Alpina Chalet Hotel in Morzine and had a wonderful long weekend there. The chalet is excellently located, just the other side of the bridge leading directly to the Super Morzine Cable Car and Morzine town centre, literally no more than a 5 minute walk at most. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming and are always there for any help required. The chalet is very clean and spacious and the swimming pool is wonderful for easing aching muscles after a day on the slopes, as is the Jacuzzi! I have a few food allergies / intollerances which makes it quite difficult for me when eating out, but the staff made sure they cooked appropriate meals for me each night and always provided alternatives where possible for deserts / breakfast items etc which was great and the quality of the food was very good also. Our room had a lovely balcony overlooking the mountains and was very spacious. There was no bath, but having the pool and Jacuzzi meant we didn't miss it, the shower was very good and hot! The only thing we missed was the ability to make a coffee in the morning. It would be great if the rooms had tea / coffee making facilities as Breakfast is not until 8am, so if you do like a drink when you wake up, bring a kettle! We would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Morzine and would recommend it to others! A great find and we really did enjoy our stay!

Excellent value hotel. Very clean, friendly staff and excellent food. Also a great location to the bridge across the valley and therefore only a few minutes walk to the ski lifts

This is one of those hotels that you would stay in every time you are in the area without hesitation and will be my 1st choice for future visits. My 4 days here were excellent and i wish i could have stayed longer.

I have stayed in this hotel quite a few times now and it is a very nice stay. The staff are always friendly and very willing to help, the rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. It is in a perfect location with the Super Morzine Lift under 5 mins walk over the wobbly bridge, the bus stops just outside and the town is just past the lift. Parking is right out the front if needed. I will certainly be staying here again.

Skiing trip. Slightly peculiar hotel where the hot water is not on in the daytime, you cant control the temperature of your room, breakfast is only on for an hour and a half, the sauna and jacuzzi is only available for two hours in the evening and the wifi is rarely available. However, the service was good and the staff were attentive, the hotel was well appointed and in a good location. For that combination of reasons I can only give an average review for this hotel.

Loved this hotel. Great service, fantastic breakfast, and room was like new. Really good location, just across the bridge from the centre of town. Really helpful staff who made sure we had our ski passes organised.

Very welcoming, English speaking hostess. Very comfortable room and plentiful breakfast. Great location. Excellent value for money.

Very nice little hotel, very practically situated: it's just across the bridge from the town centre. At the other end of the bridge there's the Intersport ski rental store and a ski lift which takes you directly to the slopes. This means that you don't need to take the bus or carry your skis around when you go to or come back from the slopes. There are also a couple of nice restaurants and many shops barely a 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Very clean, warm, efficient. Nice friendly family. Well located, five minutes walk from telecabine to Avoriaz and the little train/bus to Pleney telecabine.
Our room was basic but very clean and warm, bathroom had small bath and hand held shower over, would have preferred a proper shower and no bath.
Nice little balcony overlooking the mountains.
Breakfast was nice - delicious croissants, yogurt, boiled eggs, fruit, fresh bread, jams. Helped ourselves to drinks from machine. We dined in first night, again adequate - soup, pork chop with veg, cheese board and nice pud. Mainly French families which was great, immaculately behaved children eating with their parents - not like the spoilt English brats we often see!
