Its incredibly spacious, very comfortable beds. 3 heated swimming pools and 5 min walk to beach, secure parking, and well stocked kitchen for self catering. We had our own roof terrace with bbq but as it was raining a lot we sadly couldnt use it, but would normally be wonderful. Very helpful hosts, i could hapoily live there.

What a great place to stay. We travelled with our 2 sons and had a 3 bedroom apartment which had everything you need. Very spacious, clean, walking distance to beach and restaurants. Owners were very nice and pools and spas were great. We'll definitely stay here again.

A very clean well appointed apartment. You are about 700 metres from Coolum Beach and shops. Walking distance to many restaurants of which most are very good or excellent. A great place.

The apartments are huge and great for families with small children. They are older style with older looking furniture but again that is fine when you have small children. Easy walk to the beach and the bbq area was great

Recently renovated apartment 6 very large with plenty of room and everything you need to have a comfortable stay. There is a apartment block being built in front of the complex so the ocean glimpses will become minimalistic and the ugly old roof on the building in front is an eyesore. Great location convenient to the main shopping and eating street and the beach. Check in and out was easy and efficient parking is available but not easy with a large vehicle. Small incident with someone accusing us of throwing rubbish over our balcony and the managers calling us up on the phone to accuse us left an unpleasant taste in my mouth other than that was very happy with the size and condition

Easy check-in, underground parking, WiFi in house, with great TV and sitting room Very clean, and with Fans + AC in all rooms, it was easy to remain comfortable. Very short walk to the shops and places to eat as well.

The aircon in the studio we originally booked was faulty so management transferred us to the other unit itted for disabled and it was delightful

We arrived mid afternoon on a Sunday and there was no reception; however we had been contacted prior to arrival with instructions on how to obtain our room key and room location within the large complex. We only stayed overnight and facilities were good and comfortable. We thought price was a bit over the top, but it was a resort style location on the Sunshine Coast, so maybe some excuse.

Lovely place, clean and comfortable, with a nice pool and very close to the beach. These are apartments, rather than a hotel. You have to take out your own rubbish or you will be charged $12.50! There were a few other inconviences--reception closes at 5:30 but we were able to get the key from a lock box; pool towels are available at reception, but for a cost of $3 each (not refundable); and the "free" wifi provided a measly 300MB that ran out shortly after we started using it. Aside from the nickel & dining, everything was great. I'd stay there again.

We had the 2-bedroom apartment which is very spacious and well equipped. Close to the beach and shopping but quiet, well maintained. We were very happy. Lovely deck with grill overlooking the hinterland and ocean. Great place and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed at Coolum before and this hotel was a surprise. We had a two bedroom appt room 12, this room along with room 10 is ground floor and have a court yard and covered balcony. They both have easy access to all three pools and the easiest access to the beach, (go past the gym through the car park and alley way, not more the 200 metres from the room) will stay again it's great!

We stayed here just for one night, and I am definitely going to come back and stay longer. They had pools, spas, BBQ areas, tennis court and gym, but I didn't get to use any of them! The two bedroom was very spacious, and the ensuite for the main room was ideal. Plenty of kitchen facilities.
