Huge Room seemed cold with wood floors & no drapes. Several painting details were overlooked. Blue tape left on ceiling, by doorway & tear to wall in bathroom. Tub drain super slow.

due to the recent hurricane I had to shift my business priority and cancel this trip to rebook... hotel refused to cancel my room and refund me for a future stay. would have stayed 2 weeks later same hotel, same booking rate but outright refused

Just an FYI, the bed is too high for a wheelchair user to transfer safely on their own. Not enough room around the bed for a wheelchair and towels are kept really high so would have been difficult for a wheelchair user to actually access the room well. Luckily that wasn't an issue for me but as someone who has lived with a wheelchair user the room needs some adjustments to be fully accessible.

The hotel in general is good. The hotel staff was great and very friendly! Breakfast was good. There is a pool, but no hot tub. The pool is warm which is nice! Our room was sufficient except for the bathroom. It needs updating and refreshing. This is an average hotel, but seemed to be well run.

Very friendly staff and accommodating. We needed a few extra items like pillows and blankets and had no problems getting them. The breakfast was good. Had items like eggs, biscuits and gravy etc. overall the room was very clean, just a few detail spots missed like a red mark on the door that was makeup or something, some little paper trash under the hid-a-bed. Not anything that should keep you from staying. We will definitely use them again if we are back in the area.

Expedia customer service booked us this hotel after we had a bad cockroach experience at the Days Inn down the road. The front desk staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable. The morning breakfast was a nice combination of hot and cold foods. The hotel has an indoor pool, is conveniently located off of the freeway and is right next door to a McDonalds. This hotel was a nice change from the Days Inn,

Checkin staff was super friendly. Lighting in neighborhood was a bit poor. Bathroom tiwel rack had been broken and reinstalled but crudely done. Bath walls were smudged, dented, repairs were sub quality.Picture in grouping above desk was crooked and sealed to the wall that way.

My bedding hasn’t been changed. There was male bodily fluids crusted to the top of the comforter, hair all over the sheets/ cigarette burn holes. The room smelled like urine, cat and human. Lots of mystery stains as well. Not having wifi info in the room is as weird and luckily I can spell the word “welcome”, the staff could not and that’s the password. Wlcom.

There were dead ants in our bed. We planned on staying there nights for a funeral, but cancelled and went somewhere else. Also, the bathroom door in 215 didn't shut. Moved to 211 and the bedroom door wouldn't open. There is a big bump on the floor causing that. The place was just runned down and not comfortable. I would expect more from Radisson.

Room pictures online were not at all what the room looked like. It was very spacious but needed touch up painting & some minor repairs. Lighting was not the best. The floor needed a good mopping. I walked across the room with light colored socks on & they became very soiled. Breakfast fair. I would not stay here again.

Staff was great, professional, and friendly. The hotel is a bit dated. The lights above the bathroom mirror had a thick coat of dust. One of the closet doors was hanging off the glider and not functional. Towels were dirty or stained, but the front desk did get them replaced for us and checked in on us to see if there was any other areas of opportunity to make things better. This place needs a renovation and more thorough cleaning practices, but was ok for the price. Please replace the carpet with hard flooring.

The hotel is convenient to interstates so it’s fairly easy to get to it. The breakfast selection each morning was very good. We were given clean towels every day and housekeeping services were every 3 days. The breakfast room, lobby, hallways and our room were immaculate.

Near-perfect stay. Only complaint I have is the lack of air conditioning in the common areas during a mid-May heatwave. I couldn’t even finish my breakfast down in the breakfast area off of the lobby because it was so uncomfortably hot. In the few minutes to wait for the elevator to go to and from the room I started to sweat. It was more comfortable outside than inside.

We checked in and the pool that was featured in photos is not the pool they actually have. Opened our room and it was in the 80s. Cooled down once turned on individual air conditioner. There was a dirty wash cloth left on our shower curtain rod. The seal was broken on our shampoo and conditioner bottles. The room was not very clean and had a smell to it. The breakfast was a joke.
