Great stay, staff made an effort to put ballons on door and put card through the door for my partners birthday
4.1
Staff was wonderful. Room not so much. The two twins pushed together did not completely merge, leaving a major void between them. The sheets were not tucked in well and came undone, leaving the mattress exposed.

Fantastic friendly check in. Very helpful with left luggage.

We spent there 3 nights. The hotel has an excellent position i.e., only a couple of meters from the Pier Head and the Docks. The room was spacious with a clean bathroom. The only complaint we had was with not very clean towels we had been given which they immediately changed after our notification.

On arrival at the hotel we were told the air con wasn’t working but fans had been put in room and free bottled water available. It wasn’t overly warm outside so not a big deal we thought. How wrong we could be! The room was hot and, presumably for “safety”, the windows weren’t a type that could be opened even a little. The fan made little impact on the heat and was noisy so it was toss up which was the the lesser of two evils when trying to sleep.
Hotel was nice enough and location great but we couldn’t have managed a second night.
4.1
A cheap and cheerful hotel in the perfect location to explore Liverpool. The room was spacious and clean, with an excellent view of the Docks. For the price, I will definitely be back!

It was a hot day/night, and when we checked into this hotel we were told the A/C was broken and 2 big floor fans were placed in the room, which made it very awkward for 3 people to move around the room. Our room was on the 5th floor which is one of their higher floors, and heat rises...
The windows do not open and our room was a sweatbox all night... blowing hot air around. By the look of the HVAC construction work that was going on, they knew days in advance that their system was being replaced /repaired and failed to tell us beforehand (so we could cancel and make other arrangements... or at least make our own decision to stay or not).
(That said... IF the A/C had been working, it was a relatively modern, good, clean place conveniently located.)

The rooms were so hot no one could sleep and this was the same for all staying as the air conditioning is broken and they do not intend to fix it. They offer a fan but it is the least effective fan in the world. It clams to have bar but that closed and does not offer breakfast. Their was dirt everywhere.
4.1
Ideal hotel, which was great value for money and located in a great place for everything.
Just across the road from the Liver building close to the Albert Dock.
Highly recommended.

No air con, tv would not turn off, toilet seat broken, mould in shower, stained carpets, full time residents, dilapidated lift, funky smell.
Comfy bed and friendly staff.

Stayed here for two nights and was given an assessable room with a wet room. I hadn’t ordered one or need one and did tell the staff but they said it was available so I had it allocated. Room was fine and large.
Wet room was ok but of course a lower wash hand basin with no plug was the downside.
My room 501 was adjacent to the lift and I could hear that going up and down all night.
Air conditioning did not work and windows could not be opened.
Room cleaning was every three days or at end of occupation do my room didn’t get cleaned.
Kettle was too large to go under the bathroom tap so had to fill my mug up and fill
It that way.
However the room charges were very reasonable and staff were very nice.
Shame restaurant seems to be open in the evening only and only order to be taken away. Shame there was no breakfast option though loads of local places to eat,
Great location s few minutes walk to the Albert docks and 15 from Lime Street. James Street Station is literally next door to the hotel

Low quality in every way. Bugs in bed. Toilet didn’t flush well. Shower open and uncomfortable. 1/10.
4.1
Booked the last room available which was a mobility room. The room itself was nice, but the bathroom had mould & fixtures were falling off the walls. The soap dispenser did also not work which wasn’t ideal. The hotel also had no A/C when staying which meant we had to use a fan, but even that didn’t help with the heat. I do feel like the hotel should have warned us prior to booking!

Air-conditioning was out other than that it was actually a nice comfortable stay

good staff and nice room

Overall good. Unfortunately it wasn't possible to order food the QR code provided and on the second night someone screamed from 10.30 p.m. to 3 a.m...apart from that the room was good even if a bit claustrophobic. The window was sealed and the room was very hot. Thank goodness there were 2 fans. A/C wasn't available.

Great hotel, customer service was friendly

Staff was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay.

Parking was far away and was not aware that in order to get a parking discount you have to book the parking in advance.

Stayed one night , Given room by reception , Went our room and was given the disabled room , , To be honest the hotel should ask first , are you happy with this room or do you want another room , Inside room the toilet and basins was to disability, The shower toiletries was all watered down which not good sign , The beds was lovely and great location, Would i stay there again no

Very convenient, really close to Ducks. Around the corner from The Cavern Club and The Beatles Museum. You may find lifts to the upper floors. It's the nice and cozy. The mattresses were very comfortable and the temperature inside was perfect. The staff was very helpful at the time of keeping our luggage after check out for us to visit the city. I really appreciate that.
Some details as no towel for hands and not good coffee in the room were the only things I didn’t like.
The rest, was really fine. I definitely book again when I were in Liverpool.

Staff very good! Room perfectly adequate! I’d stay there again!

No hot water for my shower, the shower rail was broken room 501 and the shower head would not stay in one position.

Second time staying here. Lovely clean room, comfy bed. Very friendly staff. Handy for all sightseeing.
4.1
Very good location. The hotel and rooms were spotless. Rooms were ok, good size.

Payment on arrival is a joke. No breakfast or dining area to relax. Hotel full of foreign nationals. Only plus is hotel is near shopping centre

Great location, parking nearby, spacious room, kettle on room, free wifi.
Only complaint is that there was a huge was of hair left in the shower upon check in.

I would recommend this hotel. The room was very clean, especially the bathroom. It's very convenient too. It's very close to the town centre and pier area. We used Q Parking in Liverpool One was 5 minutes walk away from the hotel. Hotel very pleasant. It next door to James Street railway station if you dont want to use your car.

Had a problem with the heating, however, this was raised by the team and was sorted very quickly with a heater given

Spent 2 nights at the Hotel, couldn't fault it. Staff excellent and very helpful .
Room a good size and very clean.
Our only quibble they don't do breakfast but on the plus side there is a Weatherspoons just over the road.

Loved that this hotel was a central location to everything that i wanted to do while i was on my visit. Staff were amazing rooms were fantastic bonus of having adjoining doors between rooms with my sisters so were able to all conversate and get dressed for night out without having to leave room to go to another. Will definetly use this hotel on my next visit in july.

Lovely hotel . And right next door to James street station . Literally 10 mins walk to Albert docks and the shopping centre . Staff were lovely and very helpful would reccomend highly . It’s where I will stay again next time I visit Liverpool
4.1
On arrival our room smelled bad of off food we also noticed that there were odd people hanging in and around the hotel which made me feel uncomfortable. later that night we were disturbed with loud voices and shouting until 2am they were so loud and aggressive I couldn’t sleep as I was frightened . In the morning when we were going for breakfast we were meet with 2 police men trying to get access to the room next door so it’s safe to say I won’t be back to this hotel
4.1
Overall a good hotel in an ideal location. The room was clean and the bed was nice and comfy. One of the lifts was out of order, otherwise no issues. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
4.1
Welcoming staff and clean room.
Only issue was the room was beside the lifts so slightly noisy
4.1
Hotel location and facilities are great but our room had broken Air Conditioning (room temp was 28 Celsius) and the phone to contact reception to report was broken.
Maintenance could not fix either issue and reception could not find us another room after I resorted to going down a few times from the 4th floor. I asked if they would refund if we cancelled and looked elsewhere, but the answer was 'probably' depending if she could speak to her boss so we weren't happy to chance it just in case.
We were offered fans but these were just very noisy and simply pushed the hot air around. I suppose at least it drowned out the noise from other guests on our floor blowing a whistle at 1.30 am. It's rare to spend a night with so little sleep because of the heat at this time of year, but with no Air Con the room was like a mini oven.
Both facilities and Customer Service were not acceptable even for a budget hotel.
Such a pity because we had good stays here previously. With so much competition locally, you would expect them to want our custom more than they did.
4.1
Wouldnt use this hotel again no bar or dining available except room service which had no alcohol options available room was ok kinda small for a family location was good for docks etc
4.1
The room was good, comfortable beds and convenient to get around. It was a basic hotel but okay.
4.1
room was very cold when we arrived and didn't warm up
