Big rooms good price. Friendly helpful staff. Might need to remind them about concerns or needs since rotating staff might not receive. Couldn't control thermostat even after someone came to adjust. I like cold when needed but also warm when stretching. No heat worked that I could figure out but I'm useless with latest tech thermastes. Good exploring to find necessities, very fresh, delicious food almost anywhere, many choices at very decent prices. Would stay again

The buffet breakfast is nice. The hotel maintains a high level of cleanliness. The only drawback is the location, however with a metro station just a 10-minute walk away, exploring Dubai becomes convenient. Overall, extremely satisfied with my stay

Good stay with no complaints, great service, friendly staff, good location, near stores, restaurants and food markets, also metro station within a ten minutes walk. Hotel also has a good restaurant with delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner menus. Edgar, was very helpful concierge as well as housekeeping staff and front desk staff. Overall it was a good, well spent time.

The hotel was an amazing area, full of supermarkets that were easy to get to and it’s not a far walk from the metro station. The room was comfortable, the only part that sucked about the room was the bathroom it was quite old it’s obvious that the hotel was built in 1970s or something and then refurbished. It was a small bath but nice. The water was brownish, that happens in old pipes sometimes. It’s not harmful for your body. The food was AMAZING. Very good breakfast. Lots of choices and top service. Checkout was fast. Will come again.

It was a good location for the airport. You had to get 2 metros into the centre of town while it was simple to change metro it took a little bit of time. Metro come about every 3 minutes. Metro v close to hotel. Staff were v friendly. Hotel v clean. Swimming pool lovely.

Th e place was ordinary but clean. The surrounding area not so much. It was a nice stay and big value for the money. If you're looking for an upscale hotel this is not it.

-comfortable bed -early check in was wonderful -after adding another night and paying for it and getting my room key updated, the front desk called me to tell me I didn't pay. -room service had they phone turned off--I let it ring for 15 minutes, they while I let it ring, I walked down to find them. Saw the guy, turn on the service on his cell and answer my call that was still ringing from my room. -ordered room service after walking down to find the guy. -guy deliver room service while when tje front desk called nlme down to re check into my room. - liked the jacuzzi

It was just got one night . Although it markets as an airport hotel it is about 20-30 minutes away . There is no free shuttle . They can arrange a car service or call a cab . Reception was friendly with Juveel checking us in . Edgar the concierge was very helpful with providing information.

Hotel was really good. The price was fair. It was clean and comfy. Its 15 minutes away from Downtown Dubai. I stayed for 13 days. I will pick the same hotel again if I go to Dubai

Just stayed there for two nights. Kettle didn’t work. Had to call for tooth brush and comb. No valet parking. Receptionist at the time of checkin was a trainee Mohammed, he was very friendly . Over all pretty decent.

It was third time I was staying in this hotel- Staffs at the reception were friendly and efficient - Need some maintenance for rooms , especially in the toilets - Single seater Sofa placed in the rooms not at all comfortable. Cost effective stay - Gym was good.

I stayed in a two-bed room, when I asked if I can have a king size bed they said they didn’t have any. As soon as I entered the room, I noticed trash on the table. The room was filthy and as I moved the bed a tiny bit, I noticed a lot of trash under it. I spoke to management about it and even showed a picture of all the trash, the manger apologized and offered a free night. I told him to give me a couple minutes so that I can consult with my husband. After 5 minutes I told the manager I will take his offer, my flight was canceled and I needed to stay one more night. The manager said he was willing to give me a discount for the second night but he went back on his word. I would never stay at this filthy place again and I would never recommend it to anyone. *Breakfast wasn’t the best, the bread looked old and they had a limited selection of food items.

Too a long time to check in, after a few hours into our stay noticed I was getting bitten by something. Switched the lights on to see there was bed bugs on the bed. Felt so disgusted. Had a change of room at 1am but after the experience of finding bed bugs had a sleepless night and on top the tv didn’t work either, only small hand towels placed in The bathroom This hotel used to be good a few years ago but has gone down hill. General upkeep of the hotel is very poor with everything falling apart.
