Mould in the bathroom, taps filthy, airconditioning musty. The room requires a total overhaul. I paid extra for an upgraded room and it had the most basic of facilities and comfort…I would hate to see what the standard room consisted of. The yard was so overgrown that I actually drove past it because I couldn’t see the sign. I didn’t feel safe for security was substandard. I was (if you could call it) welcomed by a lady who unlocked the office door, asked my name and walked away without opening the door or asking me in, then I had to have an awkward conversation with a young child continually asking my name. There is also a resident cat which converses with a dog in the evening and early hours of the morning. Oh, and I stepped out of the shower to find that my bathroom was visible from the reception’s thoroughfare and had to shut the window (which I didn’t realise was open when I got in the shower).

It was an older motel but was very clean. I didn’t realise at the time but a great meal was available for dinner at a very reasonable price. It is off the main road so is very quiet. I shall return

The owners provided a dining choice for an evening meal delivered to our room, which was very nice and filling. The only downside was the lack of water pressure in the shower.

Was very surprised. Boggabilla is NOT an attractive town, but motel was secure and the staff friendly. Motel unit was spacious, clean and undercover parking a bonus.

Comfortable bed and large room. Bathroom was also large and we liked the wall tiles. Air conditioner worked well. All amenities that we needed were supplied Car was parked undercover. Friendly hosts and we would not hesitate to stay here again

The room was clean & tidy, the bed was the most comfortable of my journey, & the host was friendly. However, one window’s insect screen had a tear, the pool looked putrid, & the entrance door to the room was in the carpark bay so the only place to sit outside & undercover was around the corner in the smokers area.

Very basic, and a little 'tired' but had everything you need for a nights sleep. Host was helpful, and certainly better value than paying more 5 minutes into town at Goondiwindi. Nothing in town, so food at Motel was only option, but it was OK.

I stayed here as I made my way from Tasmania to Brisbane. The room was clean, the water in the shower was hot, there was Wifi and airconditioning. I also appreciated the fact that there was a bowl I could use for my cereal in the morning, plus a fridge and microwave. Yes, the room had a dated feel, but it was clean and had everything I needed for my stay.

I will not be back. Noisey air conditioner, barking dog all night, trucks passing by during the night, combined with a deteriorating room condition. To top it off I was billed twice for the room with the proprietor refusing to give me a refund
