Wonderful spot within short drive/ easy parking of heart of Bayonne. Lovely breakfasts. The host was a helpful and very pleasant woman.

Its a little bit hard to find but it is a nice old house that has been converted to a small hotel. Our room was spacious which is unusual in France. For two people we usually found our rooms had two beds crammed so close together it may as well have been a single bed. So we two old guys were always rearranging furniture to move the beds apart. here we didnt have to. The facilities were clean and efficient. Of course there are no wash cloths. What Europe has against wash cloths..... The thing that was special was having breakfast on their veranda. Great start to a day. The only thing that put me off was when I first got into the room and sat on my bed a bug, which I believe was a flea jumped on my arm. I squished it and told the owner and she changed the linen and I wasnt bothered again. they do allow pets in the hotel

Lovely stay. Beautiful large room with all the amenities needed. However, it is best to stay here with some knowledge of French words as the proprietors English is not good. Her assistant Celeste does understand, but some things do get missed. However, that said, everything is done to make the stay a comfortable one. Breakfast, either in or on the patio is also quite good. We did enjoy our stay there.

The greatest asset of this hotel was its free parking facility when there was not a parking space free in the town. Its value for money especially in the middle of a festival was also an important attraction.

Overnight stay, so limited experience of the hotel, but we enjoyed our time once there.

Stayed 2 nights. Great little place and easy to find with satnav. Very smart and clean and decor chic. Much nicer than a branded hotel.

We stayed for one night on the way to Spain. The hotel was reasonably easy to find. Parking was free as was wifi. The room was en suite and was really nice. Service was very good and the owners were very friendly. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel to others.

This is a pleasant property in a rather odd suburban location. I am not sure that it warrants its 4 stars in this day and age, I think its closer to 3. Its more B&B than hotel, and just a bit too pricey for what you get. That said, the bed was extremely comfortable, and breakfast was excellent if a tad expensive. I was delighted that they accepted our dog, but unsure as to how her stay in her own bed warranted a 20 euro supplement. I would hope they were hoovering the room before the next guests arrived regardless. Pleasant enough but the lack of a restaurant either in the hotel or within walking distance would stop me staying again.

We had only a bit of trouble finding the hotel, as it is in a residential area, off the main avenues. The common areas are clean and pretty, our room at the top of the building was charming and had a view of treetops as well as the hotel garden.Easily walkable to both Petite Bayonne and Grand Bayonne; nice museums.

Hotel was excellent lovely staff and management The only problem was we needed to eat and the taxi which the hotel called cost us €18.5 to the town centre per the meter and by coincidence the same taxi took us back later and strangely the meter showed €13 it made the stay that more expensive

Lovely little spot. Functional, not luxurious but quite comfortable. Lovely grounds and quiet surroundings. I would stay there again gladly.

Our stay was unexpected, but a pleasure. The owners of the hotel were extremely kind and willing to help with just about anything. They even ordered a pizza for us. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a great experience.

A little gem of a hotel, located far enough out of town to be quiet, but close enough to walk in. Set in beautiful gardens, this stylish mansion offers relaxed comfort in quirky but very comfortable and spacious rooms. Lovely breakfast, relaxed atmosphere and free onsite parking - whats not to like!

Very hospitable owners of this small hotel. No evening dinning facilities, but room service available (limited but very adequate). As an option this was served in the breakfast room. Secure parking for the 8 rooms. Breakfast was made available early and done so with pleasure.

This is a small hotel on a large lot, with a gate and parking in the driveway. It is close to the center of Bayonne, although we drove (3 minutes) to the center and parked for free after 19:00The person in charge could not have been nicer, the bedroom was excellent, by any standards, both large and relaxing, with a good, very separate shower area, and a nice window view. The grounds are charming and you will feel very well served by going to this hotel.

A lovely old house in a residential area around 20 minutes walk from the old town. There seemed a lack of amenities you would expect from a 4 star hotel but this was offset by the charming rooms, furnished with antique furniture. We were assured by the receptionist on arrival that lifts to and from the old town are part of the service but the owner and his wife who were later on duty do not speak English and as our French is fairly non existent, we walked back and forth several times. Not an arduous walk but it became somewhat tedious! Overall, a pleasant hotel for a night or two.
