Girls weekend every year here. The jacuzzi is the highlight. The drinks are awesome (a little pricy for food in the main building but we didn’t have to leave the resort so I guess that’s what you’re paying for!)

spectacular view. Many amenities. Very nice staff. Fantastic sheets and very comfortable bed.
less good were: 1) check in: Our room was not ready at 4 when it was supposed to be. We had to wait another half hour. When we did get to the room we were disappointed because we didn't really have an ocean view. We called the concierge who said he would try to find something else and would call us back. We waited 30 minutes--no return call and called again. The concierge said he was still checking and would call. We ended up sitting in the room not wanting to mess it up for another 30 minutes before we were told nothing was available. Understandable that there wasn't, but it shouldn't have taken them 90 minutes.
Breakfast food was only fair and excessively expensive ($65 for eggs and juice for two).

Before I made this reservation I made sure it was along the Marginal Way. Google was wrong it was not, and it was not walkable to anything. This was a huge disappointment for us.
We were in room 751.
The housekeeper didn’t make the bed till late afternoon and knocked on the door after 9pm to see if we needed towels??? We had plenty of towels and didn’t she know that? Wondering, if we had been asleep if she would’ve just walked in?
My husband became ill one night and they have nothing like an incidentals shop where you can buy Advil, antacids, toothpaste etc so I went to the front desk to ask if they had anything like Tums or Roland’s and they acted as if I was asking for prescription medication. They told me I would have to drive into Ogunquit. It was late, I had just had 2 glasses of wine. I went to the valet to see if I could get a ride and by that time the front desk called and said “we have plenty of antacids”.
A place that far away from town needs a little store for incidentals instead of just stores that sell art and expensive sweatshirts.
The room? Uncomfortable. They do not use fitted bed sheets and if you toss and turn like me you get tangled up.
Furniture: one UBER uncomfortable chair and a cheap loveseat. The most comfortable chairs were the two on the balcony.
We had a view of partial coastline and the family pool. The best thing about this resort is the view from the lobby and outside.
The valet guys were great!

This Property is not only beautiful but tranquil. As a highly sensitive person I found the bed, pillow and noise factor which bother me most in hotels to be a non issue here. The amenities are wonderful and my only negative was a sewer truck came to empty at 7:30 am so noise and smell were bad for like an hour or so.

The view of the ocean when you walk into the lobby is so impressive. We enjoyed walking around the property, the nautical theme to the rooms, the fluffy robes, the adult pool and hot tub. Great service especially at the front desk.

Love Cliff house! Sadly, the late night wedding guests returning to their rooms while yelling and knocking on doors at 1am was not cool.

I asked the housekeeper to come back in an hour. She didnt . That is but when wr went out for dinner I asked the front desk to have a room refresh. They did the refresh but keft dirty mug, glasses and paper coffee cups on the bureau and did not pride fresh glasses/ mugs. Disappointing .

My teenage children asked to stay at the Cliff House for Christmas. 3 days, 2 nights felt too short. Before check out they asked when we can return. The Christmas decor was spectacular. Some of our best memories include: outdoor hot tub time with ocean view, watching the sunrise over the ocean and being able to experience live music without having to leave the hotel.

Went there with husband for a birthday get away and it was wonderful. Stunning views and our favorite was the outdoor hot tub. Cannot wait to come back!
