It appears to be newly remodeled and is very nice. The breakfast was good with a nice variety. The only issues are that the towels are extremely rough and the pillows could be fuller. We each at to use 3 pillows to get enough neck support. Overall it was nice stay and I would return.

The bed was hard and horrible, we were both awake and up all night! Staff made no apologies the next morning and were not friendly. We will NOT stay there again!

Appears in a remodel. However, the non-smoking room on third floor smelled like smoke! Bed linens were clean and bed was comfortable. We didnt eat at breakfast due to other plans. A/C was great.

Our second time staying here. Friendly staff. Building very clean. Room and bathroom were clean, towels for 2 people, desk for work. Very good breakfast with waffles, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausage one day, bacon the next day. Fruit, juice and cereal. Coffee and tea are available all day. Wiill stay here again the next time we are in Dallas.

The property was ok around the hotel, but I stayed there a year ago and it was a lot nicer and cleaner. The floor in our bathroom had a spot that felt like you could fall through. No baseboards . Maybe they are doing a renovation, but no one on staff mentioned it.

We had a good stay. All the staff were very friendly, breakfast was good, and service was prompt. It looks like they may be at the tail end of a remodel, so it wasn’t super clean but clean enough. The only major complaint we had was the pool water was a bit too warm for a pool. My husband took our little guy swimming and he said it was so warm, it wasn’t comfortable to swim in. Otherwise, we would definitely stay here again.

Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Hard bed no for my wife and I, pillows way to soft. Floor we were on was being repainted so our room had a bad paint smell. Air conditioner cooled room but was noisy

We enjoyed the time we spent at the Hampton Inn in Dennison. The pool was a nice surprise and we had some nice pool time in the mornings when it was quiet. Kirsten, who worked the front desk was always cheerful and friendly to anyone coming in or out of your establishment.

I pretty much liked every thing. If I have to say what I didn’t like to much.I would say the carpet can use a cleaning and the phone in my room didn’t work an I had to go down stairs. How ever I did show that some wall paper renovation in the lobby was going on. But the staff was so friendly and professional also accommodating that things like that could be overlooked

The locations was great, front desk was always friendly. But looks like they were possibly under construction. Hallways were dirty, room service did not show up to my rooms once the 4 days I was there. I had to call front desk for clean towels.

I would have liked it better if the walls weren’t so thin. I literally could hear the dinging of the elevator, the people on the floor above me talking loudly on the phone at 5 am, and things like that. But overall, a good place to stay.

Although they are under renivations they had everything clean. Parking was tight due to the construction materials but we were able to find a space. The room was clean, the ac cooled down quickly and the bed was very comfortable. We would stay there again.

They are updating the location and three people were unloading a delivery for the construction in the front awning so customers could not get under it to load luggage. Unbelievable two were Hampton employees. Other every thing was very good.

The hotel is undergoing upgrade but it is a mess. Very unclean, light bulbs missing, dirt and trash everywhere. I would not stay there again.
