We stayed for 3 nights (3rd week of June).Very nice resort, quiet, well maintained and with beautiful gardens. The staff was very welcoming and courteous. We also enjoyed the swimming pool as the temperature was very hot during our vacation in Italy. The beaches in Gianola and Formia are a few minutes away (by car) as well as the beautiful city of Gaeta.
In short, the Kora Park Resort is a little gem to be discovered.

This was the first stop of our trip, and just loved it. Pulled up to the property and were so impressed!! Oceanview at the front and mountain view from the back. People so friendly, especially Stephania and Aurora. We were about a 10-15 minute drive to Gaeta. Rooms were very clean and new. We loved our terrace!!

This place we’re coming back to! Loved it! Modern clean and the staff so very lovely.. the pool was so clean and we watched it being cleaned the night before, and I was the first one to use it and had the pool to myself early morning for some lengths. It is a family resort but it wasn’t noisy. Quite pleasant.

The location is gorgeous and property well kept. The breakfast was not the best especially the mold on the cakes on the breakfast buffet.

The room was clean, the area was rural, the walls weren't overly thick, but the breakfast was sufficient. We weren't there long enough to use the pool. I laughed when I saw there was a €5 charge per person to use the jacuzzi. Lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful.

Quiet place . Amazing view. In the room I got, junior suite, there was 2 queen beds.
I didn't like that the jacuzzi shower. It needs a pressure. Especially the main shower head.
Over all the places is amazing.

Before this last-minute booking, we stayed one night in B&B “Maryernestgaeta”. But owner Simona lied to us regarding the (promised) parking spot. Non-residents can’t park their car in the centre storico! Don’t let them fool you! And finding a (paying) parking spot for your car in a sea city like “Gaeta”, is very challenging during FERRAGOSTO. After the B&B-adventure “Kora Park Resort” was a relieve (free parking). A lovely Agriturismo (near Gaeta) with a nice garden and nice swimming pool. Most of the staff is very cheerful and helpful. The family room was very basic. But don't expect too much! On the other hand … our kids (13 and 10) really loved this place. If you’re in the area, be sure to visit “Montagna Spaccata”. “Gaeta” was our stop between “Rome” and “Napels”. But to be honest (I’m an experienced Italy-Traveller), for me “this stop wasn’t not worth the effort"!

We stayed for 7 nights. Hotel is quite small, which meant that it was very calm and the pool was very seldom crowded. We spent a lot of time at the pool, and our boys enjoyed it a lot. Room was clean and there was room enough for 4 of us (two queen size beds). Breakfast had a lot of variety and on the last morning they set it up for us one hour earlier because we had to leave for the airport. The service and friendly attitude is the best thing about this hotel (besides the pool :) ). Restaurant had fairly limited opening hours for lunch and dinner, but the food was excellent. The beach by the sea is about 5-10 minutes by car, we only went once.

We loved Kona Park. So clean with lots of modern facilities and a gorgeous view of the sea and mountains. Staff was kind- it is family run so everyone works together. Beautiful outside with flowers everywhere, clean pool, outside dining, and gourmet food.

We had a great weekend stay in Formia at Kora Park. The room was clean with a balcony overlooking the mountains and sea. The food was wonderful and the staff went out of their way for us.

Excellent Hotel with friendly staff. Evening meal very good, breakfast ok. A short distance by car from amenities which for us was good. Worth upgrading as some room views are super. Would return.

We stayed in the family suite with sea view and the room was excellent, huge balcony as well. Fantastic pool and outside area, great food in the restaurant and the staff were very helpful. We stayed mid week and there was one wedding party on the Friday but it didn't detract from our stay. Would highly reccommend if you are in the area, and don't want to stay in one of the crowded seaside towns.

When I couldn't find a reasonable hotel in Gaeta, I found this little resort property outside of Formia (coastal town). It's a bit removed from both places but, if you want relief from the cities, this is a nice place. We had a nice balcony overlooking (from a distance) the sea. Swimming pool was available (but we had to cajole the management to let us swim ... after 6 pm!!!). It was the main reason we booked it. This seems to be customary practice in places in Italy. I requested two beds for two men and got one (small) double bed. I didn't want to cause a fuss so we bit the bullet. The brunch was fine. The restaurant was OK, not great, with a weak wine list to keep prices down. I would improve the hotel on that score.

Small private hotel. Plenty of goodwill from staff. A bit isolated. Very clean. Poor sound insulation between rooms, (could hear person next door snoring etc...). Very little change to menu, so a bit boring.b

Very enjoyable short stay. A modern, bright hotel with efficient staff who are extremely helpful eg organised car hire during stay.

The hotel was very quiet and peaceful. The food for both breakfast and evening restaurant was really good. Staff very helpfull and any customer facing staff could eeither speak english or had a good go. Maybe loungers on the balcony and/or chairs would be a good idea.

Lovely small, but fully equipped hotel. Exceptionally clean, with high standards. The staff were extremely helpful and always willing to answer any questions with a cheery disposition.

This is a stylish well maintained hotel in a parkland setting with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains which I would have no hesitation recommending to anyone. There is an Acqua Sapone on the doorstep and a major shopping centre that is also very close. Gaeta offers an abundance of restaurants and the area has some of the best beaches in Italy. Sperlonga is nearby and the Bay of Naples a day trip away. We had a car and ate out every evening but also enjoyed our time at the hotel by the pool which our two young children loved. The staff were very attentive and spoke English well too. Its a short taxi into town and you have the peace and quiet of the hotel, bar and facilities at night. We considered (and visited) some of the other luxury hotels in the area but were very glad to find this hotel and extended our stay.

It was perfect. Peaceful, relaxing, wonderful surroundings with the gardens, pool and views... And the rooms and food was great! Worth a visit.

The service was excellent. The grounds are beautiful and "wedding" ready. Great coffee and good food. The staff in general want to make the guest happy. We traveled with our pet that was also welcome. The ease of parking and security are fantastic. The rooms are clean, climate controled and comfortable. TV in multiple languages. We can't wait to go back a third time.

We chose this hotel as an overnight stop between arriving at Naples Airport and visiting Montecassino the following day. It was an excellent location in this respect, being well clear of the depressing areas to the north of Naples and a convenient distance to Montecassino and the next stop at Campobasso. The hotel is situated in beautiful grounds that featured some outstanding rose beds. The room was very comfortable in every way and had lovely views towards the sea. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

This is truly a beautiful hotel, located well off the main road in amongst the olive trees and near the hills.
The staff is TERRIFIC and are really helpful, friendly and enjoy their work. The hotel has beautiful grounds and pool. The rooms are comfortable, very clean and well appointed.
Parking is perfect and the restaurant has everything you will need. The local people come for the food and the great outdoor dinning.
If you love beauty and service take the time to look this one over.

We stayed at Kora Park hotel for two nights in the middle of June '13 as part of a road trip around the West of Italy. Of all the places we stayed, this was FAR the best. The hotel is modern, clean, has all facilities you expect and a few extra (particularly like the fancy shower!). It is set within the most beautifully kept grounds, with plenty of outdoor space to sit and relax the hours away reading and swimming. The food was stunning but the highest credit must be given the staff, every single person was helpful, polite and couldn't do more to make our stay as comfortable as possible. To be honest, I am a frequent traveler and usually think it's pointless to travel to the same place more than once - however, I would happily get back on a flight today to stay at Kora Park again, 2 nights was not enough relaxation time.

We were very impressed with the beauty of the landscaping and the attention to detail. The grounds are lovely. We enjoyed free, secure parking only feet from our hotel. We were able to sleep soundly in the peaceful environment of Kora Park. The reception staff speak English very well and were delighted to be of help to us. We arrived very late to find an alert receptionist and bellboy at our service. The coffee at breakfast was excellent. We were hoping to find an inexpensive place to spend one night but we found a jewel that we want others to enjoy. We plan to return to Kora Park as it is a high quality hotel for a reasonable price. .

Giovanna, Salvatore and Diego were the MOST pleasant people we encountered during our stay in Italy!!!! The hotel is a quiet hidden gem. When we arrived there was a wedding taking place but you would never have known it. We were treated like the only people at the hotel. They set up a table for two on the rooftop and brought us wine and cheese. The meal was delicious and when we retired for the night a bottle of prosseco was waiting for us with a note from the owners wishing us a happy anniversary!! Honestly anything we would have asked for they would have gone out I'd their way to see it through! Grazie Fora Park ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!

The hotel rooms we had were very clean and with all the amenities. The hotel is close to alot of sightseeing. The breakfast there is great ,such a good varied of meats and cereal ,cakes and breads, juices. The dining area is so pretty with white linen table cloth. We just love the place. Thank You,The Maiorino Family.

Great hotel out of the hustle and bustle of the traffic and downtown of Formia. Walls were a little thin and you could here the people in the room next to us with children. Good restaurant and great service. Upper floor was a little warm in the Summer. Great views from the upper deck of the hotel. Very refreshing pool and outdoor area. Would stay again if in the area.
