Horrendous 2 hour sleep. Room stank of cigarette smoke on arrival via the air conditioning system. It smelled damp and of cigarettes due to the cold air pumped from elsewhere in the building. Sink didn’t drain. Hair came UP out of the plug when you ran the tap water. Trains and noise from station broadcasts carried directly to the room as no protection from it. Would have raised issues had we been at the hotel for longer. As it was, we arrived late and departed early. The service from the reception team far exceeded the quality of the hotel, sleep or condition of the room.

Stayed for two nights in Blois. Hotel is quiet despite the main road outside. Staff very helpful despite me not speaking French. The whole hotel is clean and the breakfast good. The room was small but adequate with a good shower. Good value for money.

The hotel appeared clean, but there was a terrible odor in our room. We asked for a different room, but the manager came to the room and said he didn’t smell anything and that was how all their room smelled. Air conditioning worked great!

The location (across from train station) and the air conditioning were good. There were very limited food and drinks in the immediate area. The attached restaurant had very limited food and no drinks. The bakery next door is all right.

We booked a 4 guests room and we had a 2, it took 15 minutes to find a new room. The person at the reception was lost. He had to change the bedsheets and it took another 12 minutes. No parking. Left the car in the street next to it. The mattress is bended into the middle not comfortable at all.

When I was searching Expedia had an icône indicating that breakfast was included and it was not. I chose on that basis. The personnel were rude and impolite, trying to lecture me. I even have to get mad and told them they were impolite. Part of this is your fault, false advertising

The team is super nice. The hotel is very clean and calm. The bed was very comfortable, we had a great rest. Its 5 minutes walk from the castel and restaurants. The rooms are very small versus price in the region, only one suitcase can fit

기차역 바로 앞에 있음. 호텔 바로 옆엔 빵집이 있어서 좋음. 생각보다 방이 좀 작아서 답답했던 게 살짝 아쉬웠음. 청결상태나 직원 서비스는 좋음. It is very easy to find this hotel from the train station. There is a bakery next to the hotel, so you can have fresh bread and coffee. The room is a bit smaller than I expected, but it is clean and the staffs were nice.

Average facility for the price and service inconsistent.There is a great boulongerie and a restaurant OBlendright at the front. Neither belong to the hotel.A 10 min walk into the centre.

Third time of staying but disappointed this time. Booked family room for 4 adults as on previous occasion family room was lovely and spacious. However this time we were cramped into much smaller room which would have been fine for 2 adults and 2 small children. When I asked owner (?) about larger room he was rude, inferring that we expected the best room at a cheaper price. We weren't given the opportunity to say we would have been happy to pay extra for that room. It made me feel really uncomfortable. He later apologised and said the next time if we wanted that room to call direct and state our nationality. To be honest I don't think there will be a next time!

Well positioned hotel for exploring Blois albeit 10 minutes and up-hill from from true centre of town. Rooms have been modernised and our well designed to make use of original building. Hotel faces onto large car park for Blois station which can be quite lively, at all hours, if people are travelling in large groups. On the basis of this stay, I have had to re-assess my opinion of Best Western and would cerainly now consider their offering when given a choice.

The room reeked of cigarette smoke. The hotel staff was unsympathetic and slightly rude when we brought the issue to his attention. Because it was a holiday week there were no other rooms available. They tried to mask the smell with some type of spray but it only slightly made the stay more tolerable. Other than the smell, the room was decent and comfortable.

My daughter and I stayed here for just one night and were very pleased with everything about this hotel. First, it is literally right across the street from the train station which was great. We arrived mid-morning and room was not yet available but we were warmly welcomed and given information about the local area. We were able to leave our luggage and set off to explore. Once we checked into our room, we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was and the full stand up shower was a nice change from other places we stayed on our trip. The towels were also great - nice and fluffy! The free wifi was also a plus. We decided to eat breakfast at the hotel and were once again pleasantly surprised. The breakfast room was quite large, very bright and comfortable. The food selection was outstanding with everything from eggs, sausage, pastries, cereal, bread, cold cuts, cheese, etc. We were able to leave our luggage again while we explored some more chateaus before leaving on the train that evening. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
