This is a pretty good hotel for Juneau. It is clean and safe and the rooms are spacious. The mattresses need to be replaced and an airport shuttle would be so helpful, but it’s a good value for the money and we will stay here again.

The TV didn't work and couldn't be repaired till after I checked out. Otherwise it was very comfortable. Room was clean and comfortable. Walkable to the airport if it's not raining.

We've stayed at the Aspen Suites several times now and, each time, it has been quiet and clean. The only thing we would have liked is if there was a shuttle that goes from the ferry and airport. Thank you.

About a half mile from the airport so I could walk to it as I had only a backpack. Hotel was very clean and modern and staff very friendly. The only downsides are there is no airport shuttle and places to eat are about a half mile away. (Again, no problem if one is able to walk and it is not snowing.)

This place is just ok. Nothing special. Reception closes overnight and no breakfast or coffee available early in the morning. Vending machines were half empty. Convenient for the airport, but otherwise out in the middle of nowhere when it comes to services. Asked for a list of local restaurants that might deliver and they had nothing. Zero literature in the room highlighting local attractions. Really kind of lame.

I think this was one of the worst experiences I have had with a hotel. It started the night before checkout. We called to see if we could drop our luggage off early because we had a day trip planned to Ketchikan and didn’t want to take our luggage. The lady said yes. I told her our plane was for 7:30 AM and that we would need to drop it off by 6 AM, she said that was fine. However, the next morning the front desk was closed with just a VM saying what time they opened. Now we had to take the luggage back to previous hotel. That eve when we returned, we called for the shuttle and was told they didn’t have a shuttle. The website clearly says they do, but she insisted they did not. Our flight was delayed so when we got back it was late 11PM, we couldn’t get a taxi or Uber so we had to call our previous place (Grandmas Feather B&B) that had a shuttle and was kind enough to send that to us so we could get our luggage. When we got to the front, again the front desk was closed even though they knew our situation. They didn’t care. In the morning I went to the front desk hoping to have something to eat, and she simply replied NO there don’t provide food of any type but they do have a vending machine. I would NEVER stay at this place again and if it had not been so late at night I would have found somewhere else to stay
