Room had a weird smell, like a dog peed in there at some point and it wasn’t completely removed from the carpet. Some of the furniture was damaged by a pet as well. I would suggest vinyl flooring if it’s a pet friendly room and a dedicated section for those customers.
The beds were comfortable and the lobby was nice. Plenty of well lit parking.

The room was comfortable. Convenient for our pick up and drop off car service to the airport.
Guests with kids didn't always respect noise in the hallways with loud voices and slamming of doors. Heard several times a dog barking from a room.
4.2
The room was nice, bathroom is nice, but needs ventilation. The ice machine didn't work on the the 3rd & 4th floors.
4.2
Was unable to access our room without staff having to keep opening our door. Key system was down was told i could use the digital key, only to be told later on in my stay that it doesn't work.
4.2
Nice quiet comfortable stay

We booked this hotel paying extra for breakfast included, but my parents were harrassed by two ladies at the breakfast. They told them to pay for their breakfast. When i came downstairs to explain them they started saying hot breakfast is not included and they were making everything so confusing. They kept looking at us and spoke in their language. The lobby and breakfast area had no AC during our stay and to make the matter worse the lady in the kitchen burnt something and didnt use exhaust so the fire alarm went off. Fire truck had to come..it was a fiasco. The staffs were not polite (except the check out lady). The facilities werent that clean. The only good thing is the lobby "looked" nice.

Old property, we just stayed less than one hour and we left, bad smell in room, ripped off curtains , huge stains on carpet, hot tub doesn’t work.
4.2
It was awful if you had taken the time to read what I already sent. Stop wasting my f’n time

All was good!
4.2
Old, dirty and very loud

The property and room were clean. However, the overall maintenance of the room and property were poor: torn room black out curtains, cat claw marks on room chair, no AC in lobby, only 1 working ice machine in hotel, no soap in lobby bathrooms, only 1 working elevator. Hard to believe this is a Hilton property!

When checking in for 4 rooms for 3 nights I let the representative know that there was a possibility they I would not need the 3rd night. She told me to contact Expedia and let the front desk know if there were any problems which I did right away. Expedia told me they would have to get a manger to approve and would call me back, but never did. I called again the following day and was told that manager did.not approve the cancellation of the 3rd night. Went to front desk and was told that my employee, who had to bring his dog on the trip was being evicted due to excessive barking. He said they only allow dogs up to 10 lbs even though their website says dogs up to 70lbs are permitted. I still understood their position as they got complaints about the dog barking. I told the manager I accepted their decision with the dog and was willing to pay for all 3 nights for that room but requested a refund for the 3 other rooms for the 3rd night that we did not need. I was told “absolutely not” by the extremely rude general manager stating that I caused him lost revenue because of the dog. I explained that one thing had nothing to do with the other and that I notified them of this being a possibility upon my check in and followed their instructions by contacting Expedia first and gave 48hrs notice. My business does a lot of work in this area , but I’d sleep in my trucks before EVER staying at this hotel again.

Curtains ripped also stains on curtains and hot tub need to be repainted and it was dirty when I went down to get in it but everything else was fine cozy and everything and got to pay for everything laundry breakfast is expensive
4.2
Will definitely stay here again.

Service was great and nice looking hotel, but two huge negatives. The cleaning scent/air freshener scent was almost strong enough in the rooms and hallways to make you ill. I had to leave the window open all night just to be able to sleep. The front desk offered to switch up my room, but the whole hallway smells also, so I can’t imagine that would help. Second, the mattresses are too firm to be comfortable, particularly if you have a back back.
4.2
Very clean and very quiet
4.2
Dirt around corners of bathtub on floor. Curtains were torn as was the same in a different room six months ago. Had a cold shower in the morning. No hot water. Would not recommend this facility to anyone.

The hotel smelled nice and was super clean

So -so.. our hallway had the constant smell of marijuana.. the pool was pretty dirty.. not the maintenance guys fault at all, just some rowdy guests..
also, not too pleased with having to pay separate for a continental breakfast, maybe that’s commonplace in this area though
4.2
The room was old, unclean and noisy throughout. I paid for breakfast and the waiter wanted to charge for breakfast again.
4.2
Very pleasant and peaceful
4.2
Newly renovated

Greatly appreciated their simple pet policy.

We will stay again while visiting New Jersey.
4.2
Always a great stay here.

Pillows were terrible. Bed was uncomfortable. When did bathrooms stop having fans?
4.2
So many people came down expecting to be able to eat the continental breakfast buffet that was laid out only to be stopped by the staff and told that it wasn’t complimentary. It was very off-putting. Just make the cereal and bagels free. Also, the walls were quite thin and I could hear the people next door and people talking loudly in the halls.
