Disastrous check-in on self service.

No water in room neither coffees or anything

Unbearable hot, small room. It is truly unbelievable that the hotel has the nerve to rent a room at about 40 c inside temperature, No AC, no blackout curtains, sun shining directly in the room. I left, it was cooler in my car at 30 c. I would never book the Constantine Hotel ever again. They refused to reimburse the second night, even after they knew the room was unlivable

Check in was through a tablet (which was a little frustrating) and parking was limited. I ended up parking in a spot that seemed reserved for another business and was grateful I didn't get towed. The facility and room were fine

The property is in a decent location which is walking distance from the old town. The draw back is that it is located on a busy street which was very loud throughout the night especially with the window open (no ac or fan) on a hot summer night.

Great location near the Roman bridge, but quite noisy due to being right on the street. Room is OK but a bit on the dirty side overall. No air conditioning so a bit on the hot side. Poor Wi-Fi service had to be rebooted multiple times. Parking area under construction with limited spaces. Concierge at check-in was very helpful in trying to remedy some of these issues.

Great location. Friendly front desk. Very clean bathroom. Recommend that you bring your own soap, shampoo and coffee/tea. No hotel staff onsite from 7:30 pm to 10 am, so keep that in mind. I would stay here again.

How has taught me to not believe the pictures. As we drove up to the hotel their were piles of trash everywhere. Old newspapers covered the windows, the sign looked like it was tattered and run down, the entrance was dilapidated.
It was nowhere near the Christmas market. I am still fighting to get my money back.

Very comfortable conditions with excellent customer service. Great location.

No breakfast, no hot water at night (and nowhere to complaint as the front desk closes at 20.00). No hot water first part of the morning, no parking spaces available. Do I need to go on....

No A/C, No coffee in room. Price reflects these. Easy to find right on the highway. Parking is reasonably priced. Good place for spring or fall stay.

Good place to stay for a day or two. Clean hotel, friendly staff, easy access also after hours.Unfortunatelly I stayed there 5 night and the breakfest was really very monotonous. Not enough fruits and vegetables - just few slices of tomatoes and cucumbers. No diversity. Neighborhood of the hotel not so interesting.

We stayed for 2 nights in a room with a view of the river and hills behind ... and the dual carriageway. The room was clean and comfortable and the welcome friendly. The shower had a good flow of water. The hotel is conveniently situated for the town and all it has to offer, including restaurants. The breakfast buffer was well stocked and excellent value for money. A kettle in the room would have been much appreciated.

Very close to some of the Roman ruins which is why we were visiting Trier. Location of hotel did appear to be seedy with numerous strip clubs and night clubs in the street behind the building. Saying this we didnt hear or see anything when we stayed. We found a nice restaurant down the road which was great. Laundromat was within walking distance which was handy. Free parking was also a bonus. Loved the fact we had a 2 bedroom apartment with a lounge and kitchen. We would have stayed here longer as Trier had heaps to offer. Our location was a little way out of the main town but bus services are very close.

The Hotel looks pretty rough on the outside and is in what appears to be a rough area. On the inside it looked good but the apartment room isn’t in the main building. The breakfast was worth the time savings. The room was well cleaned. Bring earbuds. It is near the fire station and near an all night busy street. If they sound proofed the rooms I would stay there again.

Booked this hotel to be close to the river. From the photo it looked like it was possible to enjoy the sun terrace on the banks of the river. This is not the case. There is a 6 lane busy road between the hotel and the river and the terrace has none of the tablecloths or cushions - just metal chairs. So disappointed on arrival and lots of traffic noise as most of the local traffic crosses the bridge across from the hotel. However, location is only a short walk from the centre and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Only tried the breakfast on one day as there are lots of nice cafes in town but it was good value. Overall not a hotel I would have picked if I have seen the real location but if you can put up with the traffic it is a reasonable choice for the price and you are not too far from some good restaurants.

Interesting location right on the Moselle river, so easy to get out and about for a nice walk along the river. Also, the downtown area with outdoor cafe's is a 10 minute walk from the hotel.
I travelled with a co-worker, and our budget dictated that we share a room. I asked for a room with 2 twin beds. There were 2 twin beds in the room, but the were pushed together, and the other furnishings prevented them from being separated. They were not able to move us to a room that better suited our needs.
Secure parking and a nice breakfast too!
Photo is the bridge over the Moselle, across the street from the hotel. It's a Unesco World Heritage Site - the oldest standing bridge in Germany, and the bridge supports date back to the 2nd century AD, built by the Romans.
