Massive complex,so some rooms are quite a trek from the pools, but they are excellent pools, food as expected, grounds and buildings really good condition and clean, clearing service bit slow at meals, good WiFi, quite isolated, nothing within walking distance but bus stop outside hotel if you feel like exploring, although car a much more practical option.

Very all inclusive style. Mass amount of people. They're were live cockroaches not only on the grounds but in the dinning hall. Location is very inconveniente. Long windy road to leave the hotel to get anywhere. Couldn't turn off a/c in the room.

The property is beautiful, food delicious and amazing gym and fitness. But full of cockroaches and stuff not bothering.

For a four star it was good. Thumps up. only a few things that should not spoil it for you...
1. Only 1 heated pool in the Autumn.
2. For meals you are told where to sit, rather than choosing for yourself. (I felt like a school child, after queuing to get in the dining hall) And a member of senior staff, very rude, for a chair that was not allocated to a table that we wanted to sit on. Very bizarre, on every meal. The food was very good.
3. The other staff including reception, were great.

Good resort value for the price. Beautiful views, incredible pool facilities. Facilities not the newest but they are well-maintained, very comfortable, and looks like the resort is constantly updating small items as they go along. Great attention to detail in design and upkeep. Included kids club a great plus for families with younger children. Accommodations spread out across low-rise buildings make the resort not feel overwhelming. Note that WiFi is a separate charge - would advise hotel to include it in this day and age!

Nice Hotel, nice Location, plenty of opportunities to relax, good for families

The hotel grossly over promised on some of the features.
The resort is kind of shabby, food is awful and the staff is a bit rude and not accommodating at all.

We stayed here for 6 nights (before this we stay in another hotel in Los Cancajos near Santa Cruz for 5 nights). The hotel is better for people who like to be in the quiet, separate location. If you like going on the trips around the island, it is better to rent a car. Or you have an option to book overpriced guided tours. A location near Santa Cruz is more strategic to explore the island. Around the hotel is nothing to do, you can go only on short walk over the cliffs or around banana plantations. The food quality on the breakfast and dinner was good, but on the lunch I have a big problem to choose something. The hotel area looks good, there are many pools and sunbeds, but the hotel is on the cliff, so there is not a hotel beach. The quality of drinks is below average, because there is almost no alcohol and too much ice. Overall, I would not return, but I don´t regret, that I had choose this hotel for 6 nights.

Rude staff, especially at front desk, treat guests as if they were small children, calling their attention of what be done and not be done. Huge lines for everything. It's like being in a bad cruise ship. Food below average, in large quantities. Hotels caters to low middle income tours and guests. Avoid if possible.

Nice place but they need to offer free Wifi

The showers/drains need to get upgraded to avoid overflow.
