Not worth the money by any means. Not a nice area and signs everywhere prohibiting prostitution and drug sales. The location is sketchy and they put everyone’s keys into envelopes in the same lock box to be picked up. Either they forgot my envelope or someone else took it, because the box was empty at 16:30. There was no one in the office during the 30 minutes we waited which were posted as normal office house. I called the 2 phone numbers listed (left VM) and emailed twice, no response. We left and got dinner and I tried calling after hours. I finally got the late duty residence manager who was a nice guy and helpful.

Studio was not clean, towels were not very clean, kitchen utensils were dirty, walls were so thin could hear conversations of people in other studios.

Good value for money and walking distance from the centre. Really nice to have kitchen facilities (though limited). The cleaning however wasn’t top notch and we for sure heard mice in the walls at least once.

Condo Garden bears the advantage of being close (20' walking) from the city center. However, it is not the cleanest place on Earth :-/

You can see the rules of hotel on the photo. I could not sleep the whole night long. The first part of night neighbor from the one side watched video, the second part the other fellow waked up with music and loudness. All this happened during 00.00-06.00. The time of check-in was really latest I ever met. The prosedure of check-in was not fine also. The inside look of hotel is interesting and beautiful in some sence. The room is large enough but the room and the whole hotel was not clean. There are a lot of dust. The bed was not comfortable. I had an ache in my back and neck in the morning.

You get what you pay for in this case and this was an inexpensive room. The hotel is old and seems to be also a hostel of some kind perhaps. Many people were smoking out the front of the building each time we came in or out. Reception did not open until 4pm so we could not check our bags early. The room was clean enough but very old and run down. However we had a comfortable sleep and the hotel is located close to many buses or an easy 15 walk to the city centre.

Do not stay here. Have a look at the pics before reading the rest but this has got to be one of the worst apartments Ive had to stay in. I had to book something long term at short notice and this was available - I now understand why. I gave up and went elsewhere happily losing the money. It is no better than a private room in a hostel. My apartment window looked out into the atrium so there was no natural light. The room itself was dated, dirty and had very poor noise insulation. Which was especially annoying when one of my fellow customers felt his room was so bad he had to have his loud italian conversations out in the open for all to hear. The bathroom didmt have a handle. The closet feet were replaced by upside down screws. There wasnt a cutlery set as so much a misfit collection of cutlery items. I think the last occupier preferred using The sink to set fires in rather than The hob. The door didnt inspire confidence in keeping anything secure so I had to lug anything of value with me every day and I didnt hold out hope for the single glazing window either. The local area didnt feel the friendliest but at least it was only a half hour walk tot he city centre or 15 minutes to the harbour. My only positive note to add is that the bottle opener worked and thank f*** it did.

Had to book this late in afternoon. Got greeted by the staff and they set up a great room very quickly. Little noise from outside during night, and friendly service. Everything was overall good, especially considering the price, but would like slightly bigger bathroom and maybe some fan/ventilation in the room.

Warning!!!! iEverything was ok except if you have to use the internet there is a download maximum which in my case closed my connection already after 1 hour of normal office use! That is redicolous and unprofessional. I was not downloading any films etc! It will be a dealbreaker in the future!

Condo Gardens is an OK place to stay -- it's very basic -- a little edgy. We tend to not have high expectations about places we stay -- meaning I would recommend this place but with some caveats. OK place if you don't mind things a little quirky and a little funky. We are in our late 50s, early 60s couple -- this definitely seemed to be a place 'younger' folks would stay -- it's a little funky/quirky. All in all -- it was fine -- not sure I would stay here again -- but in a pinch it would do.

The condo gardens is a great place to stay if you want to see the city or are going to a festival in Belgium, its about a 10 minute walk to the city centre which is great to go for a place to eat or to get a train from Antwerp central to anywhere around Belgium and Antwerp, overall its an ideal place for a cheap stay with all your basic needs and fully serviced,

I think people who gave this place a bad review did not read all the information properly before booking and therefore had the wrong expectations. It is NOT a hotel but a collection of apartments. The office is only open for a couple of hours in the morning and evening so it is possible to stay here, check in and check out and never meet a member of staff. But its very good value, basic but comfortable, very clean and about 15/20 mins walk from the old centre of Antwerp. My only complaint is the usual one for so many hotels - bad noise insulation between the apartments.

Condo garden Hotel have built-in a brilliant concept in the formation of their hospitality, in such a way that all cooking equipment are present in the rooms for use which makes you to feel at home. However, an important thing which condo garden need to take into consideration is the issue of 200mb of internet given to customer is not better because internet facility is what keeps occupant of the hotel busy and it is usually not conducive for customers to start buying internet time before connecting to internet after the free use of the 200mb got exhausted. Therefore, I believe condo garden should have to think of a way of given a free unlimited internet access to their customers and as well factor in the cost of the internet to the cost of the hotel which will help the customer to be able to prepare a budget which is more realistic for their trips.
