The hotel is great and staff are fantastic .
They have a good restaurant in basement . The rooms and sheets were clean . The issues I seen were the exhaust fan in toilet is not working and secondly the safe in the room was not working . Otherwise a great hotel to stay .

Home away from home😊. I felt sad when I left because it had an extreme connection to it; perhaps it is the town itself.
I will return.
Thank you!

At breakfast, I forgot my purse hanged on the chair’s back, the waiter instead of taking it directly or keeping it on a safe place, left it on a window seal and it was stolen, later a staff member found it but money was gone.

Good, but the hotel served me only one key. so, when one of us gets out of Hotel and returns, he must knock the door. And the information of garage is not sufficient.

I wish the wifi and air condition would have worked better in the rooms and they would have got top ratings from me. The food is the best I try in Fatima and Lisbon! They need to update the carpet and beds aren't comfortable!

Family trip. We booked three rooms for two nights. Very welcoming reception. Glass of port to welcome us. Hotel could do with a re furb a bit run down in spots. Location excellent and for what we paid we go very good value for money. I would stay again.Only a few parking spaces 5 or 6 in front of hotel you will need to wait to get an opportunity to park.

Very friendly staff and eager to help their customers. The night audit John a very friendly man and ready to serve even when we arrived late. Food was very good and the staff Anna and Nouno gave a fantastic service. I think it was Carmella or Isabelle was very helpful as well assisted us in and with every need. A Hotel which we will recommend to all our friends and for sure our every visit to Fatima will be at Santo Amaro. Well wishes to all staff at Santo Amaro who made our stay a happy one.

I cannot express how pleased I was to "discover" the Hotel Santo Amaro. When I have visited Fatima in the past, I had the privilege of staying in a guesthouse of one of the monasteries in the town. This time, the guesthouse was closed and I had to find a three-night accommodation. Thanks to hotels.com, I found the Santo Amaro. For me, the location was ideal, since it was "centrally" located with regard to the Shrine and a chapel that I visit often for Adoration. The facilities in the hotel are also excellent - restaurant, bar/cafe, etc.. But what tops the list are the people who work at the hotel - the receptionists, the night porter, the servers in the restaurants. They are totally committed in serving their guests.

This is a family owned hotel. tHey make you welcome and food is good .. I recommend their dinner a la carte which we had every evening for 12 euros or set menu for 10. . this family is devout and if you are a pilgrim you can stay here privately or as part of a group. Fly to Lisbon, take line 2 bus from airport to sete rios and get express coach to fatima. about 3 hours at most. The hotel is minutes from basilica and site of apparition and about 15 minute walk for home of seers. I recommend it wholeheartedly. Great value .
